Visited the print & copy service desk today (with let’s just say a few uncertainties regarding the idea that I wanted to execute) & long story short, Crystal helped me figure everything out. I walked out an extremely happy customer! 😊

Please note cards are not printed double sided. Some cards will come out with the white line on the side. Also anticipate Julians demeanor to be belittling towards you and be upset to assist you. Mind you at checkout my edit did not show white lines since some cards did not have the line.Love that they offer same day service but be sure to check your items prior to heading out. Even if you ask kindly still expect Juilian to cut you off.Gentlemen at the register is nice and helpful!

Currently they are running a promo for a case of 24 bottles of Office Depot brand water per household just for $1.99 with online order and pick up in-store option. The limit is 4 cases per household. 4 cases cost just $7.96. Get yours soon. The best part is their customer service. The employees will bring the water to you for curbside pickup and their attitude was awesome. Recommend this store for your normal office supplies.

Every time i come to this place I leave with a smile...the staff in copy center are friendly and you can tell they love their job or at least they play a good part but yea 2 thumbs up for Office Max on Vine👍👍Dec/20...so the other day I left my wallet there and the courteous young man who had helped me w my prints emailed me and told me before I realized it was missing... a shout to Logan and for his great attitude, effort, great people skills.👏✔️

Very friendly staff. They welcome u at the door, then ask if u need any asst. I love that they are knowledgeable of their products and its location. Check out was also pleasant, the young lady checking me out was also nice. She asked about my day, which didnt seem fake. Had a smile on her face the whole time. Overall, my visit was great!

Looks like another place Id recommend for fax services as well and pretty affordable too! FedEx was my go to spot (since I was unaware of other places) but this may have to be my new one due to how inexpensive it is to fax for a non-local number.

I used to work there, 2000 November thru 2001 June, at the CopyMax as a DTP (Graphic Designer) under Terri McKenzie (Manager 1996 – 2010) and I loved it..! :) My fellow workers were mostly great people other than that one venomous person that you mostly get where ever you go... but that didnt bother me much..! The kindness of the others was uplifting and it went well for what it was in that little amount of time I was able to work for with my Foreign Student Work Permit (OPT) and it went all well..! I go to Office Depot for my business Prints often and I use my Store Purchase card for my prints. This was only my second time at this location. The cost is clearly listed on the card, but somehow today the cost was different? He came up with something that I have never heard of about why the cost is different than what ive paid for the last 5 years! Even after looking at the card, he didnt change the price! Because I was pressed for time, I couldnt stay. When asked to speak with a manager, he said he was a supervisor! WOW if that is the best Office Depot can do, this is SAD! I am very disappointed at the lack of service and help received by this supervisor. Eddie in the print shop was not only rude, distant and cold... but he also didnt acknowledge other customers that were waiting for help. The customers had to tell him hed been waiting ther to be acknowledged and ask if he needed help! Im not sure if you all are short staffed or not, but the service there needs a upgrade! I will also be putting in a formal complaint as well.

Horrible customer service I was charged way more this time for the same product. And the guy working in the back I believe his name is Carlos tried to say he had to charge me twice for 1 page I will not be going back I’ll stick to staples from now on.

I do a lot of shopping here for my company and they always have the best prices

As a business owner Im usually pressed for time and this used to be my go to store, friendly staff willing to help, but dont expect anything near that in the printing dept anymore, theres never enough staff, all there services are out sourced and expect to wait. Ill do better driving the further distance to Staples

The Mgr is Terrific,caring, kind, has her heart in the rtt place no other if everyone was like her we would all be so blessed... My prayers and wishes go up and may her blessing continue to shower her with health wealth and success.

This is by far one of the most horrible places to ever purchase anything from.. RUN I TELL RUN AND NEVER TURN BACK!!! not only do they sell you broken furniture, they scam you into buying a warranty where they GUARANTEE no questions asked replacement. Yet I bought a desk, I paid for a professional to install, yet my desk sat for 2 weeks in my garage to be built by this so called professional. Professional arrives and already with an attitude. 2 hrs later he tells me sorry your desk is not complete because a metal piece is broken and it will take 2 weeks for the order to arrive and another 2 weeks for professional to come and fix.. a month later never heard back from them.. I call the store speak with Courtney assistant manager and ceaser manager and they were able to reimburse the professional delivery and set up, but inconvenience me again by leaving me without a desk for another 2 weeks even after meeting with district manager Robert Kim and Luis both TOLD ceaser and Courtney to take care of my situation at whatever cost.. yet this morning I received a call from ceaser stating other wise and brought me to tears to hear how unethical, unprofessional, rude he was to me and handling this situationI have decided to report all of this to the BBB which BBB has reviewed and its being investigated along with going to the courts to file against the company and all those involved including cooperate.. AGAIN DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH PROBLEMSThis place robbed us .. I have cameras and evidence showing the assembler manhandled my desk and it broke yet NOBODY wants to take responsibility, I paid for a broken desk December 20th and until today February 4th I dont have a desk and no money reimburse..The district manager Robert Kim promised to contact us February 3rd before he leaves in his trip to Florida tomorrow and as of now STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM!!! Who do we call now, who do we contact courts thats where all of this will be resolved!!! to resolve this situation!!!

Young, inexperienced girl there by herself -- crazy busy. Management, needs to rethink scheduling. Its the end of the year, probably one of the busiest of all! She gets props for her sweetly polite cust svc skills under pressure.

The store was very hot and gloomy, in my opinion. I guess they were conserving energy because the lights were dim and the a/c was off. The automatic door didnt open when I arrived and the employee had to pry/push it open. Everything was overpriced and I never found what I was looking for. I couldnt wait to leave so I could get some fresh air.

I like going here because of the friendly staff. The other locations have poor customer service so I go out of my way to go to this location for the excellent customer service

This place used to be great, now not so much. Their reward system sucks. We buy a lot of stuff and get hardly any rewards which only can be used in a short amount of time. Then I found out that two names are associated with my phone number. I asked that my name be removed as the other name is for my business. The clerk said it couldnt be removed, that I would have to call a corporate number. After talking to two different phone numbers and three people, including a supervisor, nothing was resolved. COSTCO - HERE WE COME!!

I was having problems with my computer...took it to best buy they wanted over 200...a friend told me about office Depot so for $40 i was able to get my computer fixed they had the best staff everyone was all super friendly and they had my comp fixed later that night i will keep going back!

Been shopping here for the business for over almost 2 decades. The transition from officemax to office depot was a little different, but overall they always have what I need and the management does what it takes to keep you happy.

I gave it 3 stars because of the rep in the printing area made me wait while she was working on something and then asked what I needed I said I needed to print from my email. She said did you forward our convo into my phone afterwards she was nice.

They dont have a post office like other Office Max, but the phone receptionist was really nice.💁

I pretty much go here for everything I need--printers, PC mice, office supplies, nice paper, you can get nice desks and office chairs, high-quality writing utencils [pens, pencils, markers, ink, et cetera], this place is really convenient.

If you need something printed here, make sure you set aside an hour. In no way am I exaggerating. The staff they have at the printing center do not know how lines work and will start helping anyone who walks up, regardless of how many current customers theyre already in the middle of helping. My last and final time coming here, I just walked out after 35 min of waiting for my paper to print (after being printed incorrectly the first time)
