Spencer was super helpful and really took his time to try and figure out what was wrong with the motherboard on my bbq. He was persistent and was able to diagnose the problem. He was very communicative and detailed and explained a lot of what was going on with it. This will definitely be my spot for any type of electronic or computer repair.

This is my 1st time visiting Tektronix and I have to say that my experience was a 100% positive. Spencer was very knowledgeable about the equipment that I brought in which was an Apollo twin. He opened it up right in front of me and helped me find the source of my problem. Overall 10/10 will definitely recommend and will definitely be going back for future issues.

Brought my MACbook in for repair after dropping it on the garage floor. Was pleased that they were able to repair it for a reasonable cost. Bummer that I lost all my information, but its not their fault. They made every effort to try to recover it. They got it working like a brand new computer. I brought it back a second time a little over a year later for a separate issue and again was pleased with the repair. Very knowledgeable and friendly

I brought my Android phone in for a cracked screen repair and was very happy with the result. It was done so well that later on when I had a manufacturing issue with the phone their work had not voided the manufacturers warranty. Job well done!

Great customer service! Had issues with a brand new Gaming PC build. I took apart my Ibuypower BB980 case so I could build a larger PC with my Lian Li PC 011 Dynamic. They were more than knowledgeable when it came to addressing my concerns or questions during my build. The components used during this build were the following. Corsair RM850x PSU, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 RAM, Nvidia RTX 1660 Super GPU, Seagate Firecuda 520, Corsair ICUE H150i Elite Capellix CPU Cooler, Corsair SP120 RGB PRO fans (Count of 9) and the Corsair Commander Pro Controller.Thank you again guys!

These guys are AWESOME!!! We own a small business and took our Mac and a Windows PC into them for repair and they did exactly what they said they were going to do at the price they quoted. Great place Spencer helped me find the right ram for my laptop and they had a ssd for more space. Great place for pc parts and any questions. They also do repairs and clone hard drives so as soon as I can get a new nvme ssd I’ll come back and get cloned

I came in to get an SD card recovered. They were very helpful in laying out my options and made it clear what the costs were. They also gave me recommendations for SD card brands, apps and programs for storage, and were very friendly enough to stay open later than their hours for me. Super nice and knowledgable. Id come back here again for any device repair.

I called Tectronics to see about having the charging port in my tablet replaced & the cost.I spoke with Cesar who was very polite. I took my tablet in after the part had arrived & it was fixed in a few hours.When I returned to pick it up, I spoke with Cesar again in hopes of getting a software question answered.Cesar not only answered my question, he physically showed me how to fix that problem the next time it happens. He also told me to feel free to call if I have any other questions. I felt that was a very generous offer, especially in todays day & age where customer service is all but non-existent.I highly recommend Tectronics for any repairs on your electronics.Patty

I went on line looking to purchase ram for my laptop, met Cesar one of the owners of TecTronics, after talking with him about some concerns, went home talked to my wife realizing I just met the person that I wanted to build my new tower. I called Ceaser a few days later he remembered everything we talked about.I asked if he could build me the tower.
