My son and I decided to build a gaming PC for him and during the build we realized we did not have enough fan ports on the motherboard. We called them up and asked if they had a fan splitter. He did not think he had one so we kept looking. We received a phone call from him almost immediately when he found one. This part was only 8 dollars but he went out of his way to make sure we had it. This was the reason that when we finished building the PC and it didnt work (because i dont know what Im doing) I brought it to him. Not only did he get it running but he also loaded windows for me and he charged me way less than I was expecting.

Probably the best thing you can experience at a service/repair shop of any kind is getting genuinely good advice from a knowledgeable owner or employee WITHOUT them trying to sell you something. The man does great work, and helped me out with another issue with instructions on what I could do about it myself rather than paying extra. Will definitely be going back for any future computer troubles, cant recommend enough!

John was super helpful and super honest. These days that’s so hard to come by. He reset my settings on my broken computer and let know to just purchase a monitor since my desktop was fried. He saved me a good $500 which geek squad and HP were both charging me an arm, a leg plus my soul for something that isn’t even worth it. Thanks for looking out John.

I have worked with more than a few computer stores and techs. I use to own a large electronics business, we had more than a hundred computers and a large network to support it along with our own in-house tech support who was very experienced. But I have to say that Human Computers is my new computer store. John was very fast, courteous and knowledgeable. He know his stuff. I had a major problem, a person hacked my computer delegated all my passwords and took control of my computer. Ever other computer store said that they would have to delete all my files and wipe the computer before reinstalling windows. I had 4 years of business files that I could not loose. He was able to fix the problem in just a few hours in the same day. Thanks John you’re the best.

I took my iMac 27 2013 in for repair. It was running like a slug. Over a two week span, my computer got slower and slower until every little task would take a long time. The little spinning wheel just kept spinning! I used my disk utility and did everything I was supposed to with no luck. Apple has everything shut down so I couldnt take it to Apple. I was very lucky to hear about Human Computer. My computer was repaired and updated with a solid state hard drive. My Mac runs like a Jet !Thank you John for your great and prompt service! This place is great! I needed an older processor in order to update the BIOS on my board which was not compatible with the latest processor without the update. They sold me an older cpu to use and then I was able to return it when I was done. It was a good price and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with computer needs.

I was happy with the service and help they provided for me. I came in with my MacBook having a problem with not turning on and was worried that I had to get a new MacBook. I bought MacBook charger block from them a while back and exchanged my old block with a new block for free. They helped me solved my solution quickly and didn’t charge me at all. My computer stopped getting power after changing my motherboard and case so I called the shop and took it in. They solved the problem within the hour and gave advice on what parts to get for my computer later on. I brought my laptop in because I had a cracked screen. The man was very kind and asked when I needed it by. I replied a week and he called me in two hours with the job finished. The pricing is not bad and service was excellent 10/10 recommended.

I’m not big on reviews but if any company deserves a five star review it is Human Computer. This is the only place I’d recommend for computer / tech repair. John is brilliant and seems to be able to fix anything. He is extremely honest and completely transparent throughout the repair process so there are no surprises when it comes time to pay your tab.

I took in my desktop that kept freezing. I thought it might be a power supply issue but when I took it in but John thought it was a defective video card. He removed the card and it seemed to work fine until I took it home. Long story short, it ended up being the keyboard. It was the last thing that anyone would look at. John provided me with an old keyboard that worked and when I offered to pay for his time he politely declined me paying for his time and even the old keyboard. He may not have made any money from me that day but he will definitely get an opportunity to earn it back the next time I have a computer issue. Small businesss survive with great customer service. John Lim, owner of Human Computer, knows all about customer service. I purchased a referb laptop for my wife from John several months ago. An issue developed with the CD drive and I brought it back. As soon as I walked in John greeted me by my first name, shook hands, asked about my work, and then asked whats up. Made me feel like Ive known him for years. He took care of the problem right away with no charge. He knows that I will be coming back for my next computer purchase. And I know that I will.

Amazing service. My laptop became bricked after a regular restart. I went in expecting my storage to be corrupted and having to replace my whole pc. Turns out just my hard drive lost its warranty on cue and he replaced it with an ssd instead. He had it fixed and running after two days and I got a good upgrade

They worked tirelessly to save everything for me. I got my computer back like nothing had ever happened. And the cost to fix it was less than what they quoted me. NOBODY does that!

John convinced me several months ago to NOT pay him to transfer my files to a new computer and helped me find the way to do it myself. This month he did a quick turnaround pulling my hard drive from a problematic lap top and transferring my .pst files to a new computer. I have always gotten straight answers, sound counsel and effective troubleshooting and repairs at Human Computer.

Great place. i went there because i was having problems with my graphics card. he helped me figure out what the problem was with his spare parts and didnt even charge me. his knowledge was great and very professional. this is the only place that crosses my mind when i have computer problems now
