This is a small but very nice furniture store. My wife and I bought a TV stand and book shelf from here. I was impressed by the variety, quality and price of the items that were on display. Was also pleased to find out that they offered delivery. They staff were all very nice and polite. Good place to shop for home furniture.

Cheap furniture for way too much money. I went there for a dresser and saw what looked to be a nice wood one but turned out to be a cheap wood dresser that was like that chipboard. The asking price was almost $400 and was a complete ripoff in my opinion.

I bought a table and a dresser. Dresser was already assembled and I built the table. Good inside display, good variety of different products, and some good prices with some sales too. One of the salesmen was pretty cold when I went the second time though. Ill still come for more products

Wish they could work with you on the price a bit. Better payment plan or longer without high interest. Friendly staff and cool selection. I would recommend.

We bought a full sofa set of leather furniture, another sofa set for another room, a coffee table, and an entertainment center. I will do all business here. The employees were friendly, negotiable, and prices were fair. After delivery, one of our recliners snapped. They immediately drove back, repaired, and returned. I didnt like the coffee table. They immediately drove back, returned, and switched for another. No charge for fixing mistakes and switching. Quality furniture. No particle board. I will always shop there.

I went hear the other day ..To but some couches and a tree and nice heavy mirror ..The price said 150.00 on the tree they gave it to me for 50.00 it’s 8” fall perfect ..Then I got a really nice judge picture for free and they knocked off a few 100s dollars off my sectional..They helped me load and strap it out Excellent Service ..A1

I went into this store searching for a toy chest for my daughters. I walked in and I wasn’t greeted but I just continued to look around the store. I didn’t see exactly what I needed at first. A man finally asked me if I needed help after being there for about 10 minutes and I explained to him I was looking for something I can store toys in. He quickly said they don’t have that. On my way out I noticed a storage chest which looked just like a toy box. It was very small and was 75 dollars. I asked him if they had more in the back because I would need two because of the size he told me yes. I said I was going to take a picture so I can make sure i can fit two in my space. He told me I couldn’t take a picture because of policy. When I asked him to show me that policy because I’ve never heard of you not being able to take photos at a furniture store. He quickly got quite and had no response. Annoyed with how rude the man was I just told him I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

This is the place you go to if you already know what you want and are looking for. I came knowing what kind of Dining table I was looking for and they had it on their floor. The sales people were very helpful. Despite being a small staff they made sure I had a comfortable experience. The price is also a plus. Very inexpensive.

I dont usually write reviews but Im doing it for this store because I have had a great time shopping here. This is my third time my family has bought furniture from this store and every time it has been a pleasant experience. The person (I think is the manager) who helped us was honest and explained to us everything we need for the best deal. He didnt just try to make the sale and gave us different options and prices. My family and friends have shopped here and they have had a great experience too. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for good prices and service.

I am very satisfied with Furniture Outlet. i walked in there looking for a new Bed right at 7:15 pm shortly before closing time, Kurtis i believe his name was help us out we were literally in and out. Prices ave very affordable, i recommend this place for sure. Now Im only waiting for the delivery and installment of our new bed.

I love this place! I was driving down van buren blvd when I saw their grand opening sign so I decided to stop by and check it out. I couldnt believe how great of a deal I got. This store had quality furniture at a very reasonable price. My bed set that I got at a discount from them a year ago is still holding up pretty good. The people working there do not make you wait and they work really fast to not keep me waiting. I have told my friends to buy from here and they got free delivery! I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Very poor service from the moment we tried buying one of their chairs to the delivery of it. We were told multiple times all sales are final which is understandable and we ordered the chair and wanted them to deliver it it for us since if something were to happen it would be on them and not us. When delivery day came they brought the chair into the house and told us that there were 2 pieces to put together, we were a little worried since we wanted to make sure the chair wasnt damaged and it worked properly but they told us that they checked it at the store and it wall good. We still wanted to look at it ourselves but they insisted it was fine and they tried to leave in a hurry. On the bill we had to sign, we wrote it still need inspection and it was unopened in the box, then they rushed off not giving a chance for them to verify that product was in tact when we opened it after we asked them to stay. Once opened we saw to cuts on the arm of the chair, furious we ran outside to talk to them and they told us to call the store. After contacting the manager he talked to his drivers and called us back saying that they told him that we didnt want them to wait which we clearly asked them to since it was all sales were final. So the store lied saying we didnt want to inspect it with them their and the manager didnt really try to help us at all. After the first call things were heated between us and the manager, we called back after we were calm and we asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he refused in multiple ways to even let us try and contact them. Will never do business with them again, think twice before doing business with them.

We needed a box spring. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, and the product was affordable. We were barely there for twenty minutes. SOLD!

Better service heere than the larger furniture stores. So my girl and I just moved to the area from out of state and we left all our furniture back at the old house because shipping cost was too much. We needed to get furniture pronto and we landed on this place. The person that helped me was the best! He helped us choose all the furniture we needed. And even though their schedule was full, he understood our situation and booked us ahead and we got our furniture the next day!!! We went to a lot of other stores and some were really unprofessional and some were mediocre but this store was the best! From the get-go he was professional and friendly. I will be a returning customer.

Do not purchase anything from this store. I learned the hard way. I purchased two brand new recliners. One week later, one of the recliners broke and I was advised that either I would need to bring the recliner back into the store or pay $50 to have them come out and repair. Since I dont have a truck, I agreed to the $50 repair. It took them six days to come out to my home and after they repaired the chair, I wrote them a check for $50 and they advised they dont take checks. The owner yelled at me even though I was never was I told that I needed cash and that they would not accept a check. I offered to pay via credit card, check or debit card as I did not have $50 cash. I was told tough. I will do the right thing and take $50 to the store and I will insist on a receipt. This store has horrible business practices, please dont support.

Bad owner sevice. Never answers the phone. Great workers, but they were unable to help me as they would like to do to the lack of leadership that their boss has. Owner not in the store, to make decisions. Negative impression

Manager accepted my cash money (almost $1600), then delayed my delivery twice because he claims he tried to contact me to change the delivery schedule and couldnt get a hold of me. He never left any message on my VM. When I disputed it and asked for a refund he denied it and began screaming and yelling at me over the phone when I told him Id call the police for theft if he didnt deliver my furniture to my office that day or return my money. He ended up having it delivered that day but his staff put my couch and stools together so ragedy they fell apart 2 months later. A Year later he still has his Grand Opening sign up and his store stays empty...Karma!
