I love our Sleep Number bed. When we bought a new RV, the mattress was quite inferior. Since my husband likes a firm mattress and I like a softer one, we decided to bite the bullet and buy an RV Sleep Number mattress. Well, less than a week after we purchased, Camping World had a sale on the same mattress for $100 less PLUS free shipping, for total savings of almost $200. The store couldnt help us get a credit but gave us the Customer Service phone number and said they would be able to help me. I called Sleep Number and they claim their policy is that they dont match promos from other companies. When I asked to see the policy, they refused. Thats just plain bad customer service AND poor customer retention.

Great place, super clean and Mark... Mark was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helped us find the best bed for our budget! He addressed all our needs,questions and was very informative. He had us lay in the bed we had in mind, helped us find our own person sleep number setting. It was like laying on a cloud. We ended up getting the King P5 FLEX TOP with the adjustable head base, sheets to fit our bed and a mattress protector. We couldnt of been happier with our visit!

We just bought our second Sleep Number Bed ... needed to upgrade to one with more adjustability. Liked the old bed ... love the new one. The staff here were great to work with.

My husband and I bought a sleep number from this store just over 2 years ago...we love it!! The bed is amazing, and the handful of times weve gone in to buy accessories or to do exchanges or get something fixed, the staff has been SO helpful and INCREDIBLY friendly! We fully recommend both the bed and this store for the best customer service Ive seen in a very long time. Thanks guys!

The only thing I dislike is they don’t let you chose a delivery date or time and u have to wait two days before the filers date for them to tell you a time frame . So frustrating .Rep who assisted us was very knowledgeable but he did say we would get a discount and then when they ran my credit he told us a different amount.

Well, bit the bullet ad paid about $7k for a new bed. How could I go wrong? They tell you you have a 100 night trial, satisfaction guaranteed. The salesman seemed to be really knowledgeable and nice. I should have nothing to worry about.But what they dont tell you is that you can only return part of your bed. The base is not returnable. How can your bed be satisfaction guaranteed, but you cannot return half of it??!! Of course the salesman did not mention this.BUYER BEWARE, PLEASE!! You CANNOT return half of your bed despite Sleep Number claiming you have a 100 night trial. I learned my $3.5k lesson the hard way. I completed the purchase over the phone so it was really easy for them to be deceitful. Please be very cautious when buying so you dont get ripped off a chunk of cash like me.

They were not pushy at all. They just provided great customer service and guided us through the process rather than trying to sell us.

Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable took a lot of time to show us what would be good for us after asking about what hurts and didnt try to push most expensive bed and let us try multiple beds and gave us multiple discounts we were VERY pleased and would recommend him to anybody looking for a bed

Unfortunately the salesman really didnt know what he was doing. We were quoted a price on the ILE bed. We didnt want the adjustable base. We just wanted the basic frame with 4 legs. We asked and were assured that the purchase would include everything needed to setup our bed. We even purchased the mattress cover to protect our investment. When we were ready to pay the salesman suddenly looked confused and said the price was 800 more dollars than the quote he provided just 20 minutes earlier. He was noticeably bewildered and it took him another 30 minutes to come up with some excuse/reason for the difference in price. An error on his part by quoting from a profile of a person who had a discount for already owning a bed. Despite this issue we decided to go ahead and spend the extra money and purchase the bed. We asked and were assured again that the fixed base frame and everything we needed to setup the bed was purchased. As you probably have already guessed our bed was delivered and the first thing the delivery person says is, do you want us to just put it on the floor? You didnt purchase a frame. Our 20 year old daughter accompanied us during this purchase. All 3 of us can attest the salesman assured us the the frame and all items to setup the bed were included. Looking back the warning signs were there. At one point the salesman mentioned that he hadnt sold a fixed base in a long time and was searching on the computer for a while setting up the purchase. The salesman is in dire need of training. I have purchased many beds over the years. I have always purchased the frame and everything needed. This bed cost 4 times what our last Tempurpedic mattress and didnt include a basic frame. Very disappointed. Beware.

Devyn and the entire team were amazing! I had done quite a bit of research before I went to the store, and had specific questions. Another customer had no idea about Sleep Number beds; together we had many questions and Devyn answered every one without making us feel rushed, and patiently answered some that we repeated. No hard sell, which I greatly appreciated. I was there 2 hours; Devyn was so patient and friendly and professional.My neighbor had told me specifically to go to the Moreno Valley store; she had gone to 3 local stores and said Moreno Valley had the best customer service, by far. I definitely agree!
