I was referred to these guys from another awning company that was overbooked and Im starting to see why. They did not want any of their business stolen. I called to get an estimate scheduled and I waited a week for them to come out. They never showed up. I understand that things happen, so I then gave them another shot. I tried to schedule an appointment to which they said they could not give me a timed appointment! Just an approximate time in the afternoon maybe. Needless to say, they never showed up. I can only imagine how they perform work if this is how they treat their prospective clients. I wanted to pay these people thousands of dollars for awnings and they acted like I was wasting their time!
