So I will start out by saying I have not had any work done by built right patios. However I have had nothing but problems with Southern California Patios and called built right to talk about getting an extension on my existing Southern California patio cover. The wealth of knowledge that came from built right patios blew me away. He took the time to give me some helpful tips and tricks and explain to me why I was running into so much of an issue with my previous builder and it’s only been a year. Although he wasn’t able to help with my specific situation the amount of knowledge that I received was by far more help than anybody else is giving me including my previous builder. I wish I found built right patios a year ago so I could actually have a patio cover done right. If you are looking for a patio cover in this extreme heat of summer I would highly suggest that you look into built right patios not only for their education, experience but their communication and seemingly customer service was top notch and I didn’t even pay them a dime. Thanks guys for taking time out to be human. So many larger companies forget where they came from. My wife and I have been planning to change our backyard look, and after 35 years in our home. The first new change will be a new Patio this summer. From the estimate to the final install everything was smooth and easy. Our install team of Johny, Alex and Brenny were great to deal with on the install date. Were SO happy with our entire experience working with Kees and Built Right Patios! First off, I so appreciate people who have a heart of a teacher and arent salesy. Kees is super knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, gave me different options and explained pros and cons but I never felt like he was selling me on anything and because of that, right away I trusted him!His guys were fantastic and the entire process was smooth! I felt like Kees and his guys truly care about the customers satisfaction and Kees even came back after everything was completed to hang our light posts (they didnt get delivered on time before the job was done). They left my back yard cleaner then when they started. Hired them to Demo a old wood patio cover. They even told me they would haul away any thing else I had NO Charge! They did a amazing job at a great price. Im already enjoying my new patio cover. This alumawood stuff is supposed to last a life time.

I’m absolutely loving our new aluma-wood patio cover! I really appreciated the fact that the workers were well dressed and respectful, as well as very easy to communicate with - all of my and my husband’s questions were answered when we asked! The owner of the company was present during the build process and didn’t use any sub contractors to do any of the labor. I am very pleased with the end result of our patio! I definitely would recommend Built Right Patios to anyone looking to improve their backyard, and I have already convinced my in-laws to use them in the future!

We got four bids from aluminum patio builders. All had different opinions and suggestions on how to accomplish what we wanted. The “big name” builder was high pressure sales, and that didn’t feel right to us. Kees, owner of Built Right Patios, came to our home during early morning hours to accommodate our work schedule. He designed a great looking patio that worked for us, and his price was competitive. The work crew and product were great. Between his administrative and company management duties, Kees would put on the tool belt. This is a young man who delivers great customer service, a great product, and good prices. Talk with him and check his reviews. This is a first class organization!

Case, the owner of the company, was extremely helpful with my leaking patio situation he was very responsive and he even did a video call with me to show me how to address the situation with my patio which, was installed by another company couple years ago. OMG I cant believe how fast and easy the process was. Started by calling so many contractors but Kees the owner of built right patio picked up right away. He always replied to my text messages. Showed up on a monday for a estimate and I had a new Aluma-wood patio the following tueday. Such a good clean up as well.
