Service Advisor Wendy is horrible! She hates applying any type of service coupon and makes every excuse not to do so. Whats the point of service coupons when you refuse to apply them when applicable. She up charges for everything and is very rude. This dealership needs more quality personnel in their service department who actually services the customers appropriately. If I could post a negative for her I would. Doesnt even deserve a one ⭐

Parts department was helpful. They did me wrong at first but when I came back he corrected the mistake and took care of me.

On of the worst service you will ever see in your life time.. I bought a car from this dealership (Mazda6) and when today I needed to fix my battery but when I bought the car I signed on extra warranty fee that I will pay extra to get all electronic covered for 7 years (including battery).. today I went to fix my battery or trade it if its bad and the first thing they make me do is sign a paper says check up that cost me 132$ without fixing anything and then one agent tells me that there is no warranties on battery and another want to sell me a new battery with 5 Yeats warranty (just imagine) I asked them to show me my contract and guess what (warranty is there) yet they claim it doesnt cover the battery... so I ended up paying 132$ for nothing and guess what (I had a free recall)So basically I got robbedWill never go again for sure but I must tell everyone the truth
