I submitted a service request on their website to see if they would be able to service my vehicle, including descriptions of the issues and days I could drop off the vehicle. Three days later I still had no response from them. I called, mentioned the web inquiry, and when I described the issues they happen to be things they don’t service on Mercedes... so much for “major overhaul to the most complex dia​gnosis” if they can’t replace a convertible top relay...

Seriously the dynamic duo of Sonia & Kevin are amazing. Down to earth people that I trust with my mercedes fully. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone with a MBZ. Good pricing. Honest people. Small shop with great skills.

I have been taking my car to Inland Mercedes since 1998. Kevin is the reason I buy pre-owner Mercedes. He is fair, honest, price conscious and his work is exceptional. To me there is only one Mercedes Mechanic and Services Center and that is Inland Mercedes.

My family has been using Inland Mercedes for years. Kevin does quality affordable work at a portion of the price that dealers charge. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes cars. He and his wife are both very professional and honest. If you can live without the “free” donuts and “free” rental while you’re car is being worked on, then I’d highly recommend this place over the dealership. I use the word “free” lightly because in reality you’re absolutely paying for all of it with the prices that you pay at the dealership.

You know how difficult to find a good mechanic who knows what he is doing and will not charge you for bunch of extra parts which your car absolutely dont need. Well, I changed so many shops and mechanics in past years, until I found Kevin from Inland Mercedes. Coming here for about 4 years already and every time I’m leaving his shop super happy. Hands down, the best Mechanic for Mercedes Benz. Kevin really goes into detail and explains whats wrong with your vehicle. My vehicle needed a B1 services and he got it done in aprox 3 hours. Price is about 30% less than the Dealer. He only focuses on Mercedes so that gives me a piece of mind knowing that he has years of experience with similar vehicles. I will highly recommend his services.
