My engine check light went on, and so I stopped in to check it out. Jared and staff were wonderful, took time to do diagnosis. They are busy too, so call ahead. Been there for 30 years. Recommend!!

I highly recommend that you do not take your vehicle to this place for service or anything for that matter this place lies and does not perform what was promised at the beginning of contact, they use the old very well known bait and switch they tell you something up front and then they contact you 2 days later asking for more money.After it’s all said and done and time wasted your better of going to the dealership. Don’t make the mistake that I made trusting this place look for other options wish there’s many out there.

They charged me a very fair price on parts/labor and provided excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop (which we all know is hard to find), look no further.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I called to get an estimate on a diagnosed car and a guys named Tony instantly told me “well have him fix it then” in a rude manner so I politely said thank you Tony and hung up I’ll take my car somewhere else. Tony is losing this company a lot of money. Call lasted less than 20 seconds don’t call here!!

Prices are to high and always after taken there something else goes wrong with the vehicle and have to take to another shop to get fixed right

Drove by this shop for an AC issue in my car in the middle of the summer. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in just a couple of hours. They communicated thoroughly what the issue was and the receipt and statement showed detailed information about the issue and what was repaired. As well as a price breakdown of the parts and service. I was very satisfied with their service.

Estimates were precise, work done on time and perfectly. Ill be back.

Although weve been with Autotech for 6 years and though theyre rather high, their work was good. I dont mind paying the price for quality work. Autotech just went through my engine and replaced all gaskets but afterwards my A/C quit on me. They repaired it for $830.00 but it blew hot air right afterwards. I asked them to repair it like they were paid to do but they wanted an additional $1800.00. I took it to another local Mechanic in Rancho Cucamonga and they replaced the compressor, tensioner and belt for only $753.00 and guaranteed me that if it doesnt work they would repair it again for free. We try to be faithful to good people. We will in the future. Thank you.

I recently brought my car here for a STAR smog inspection, repair of broken AC system, and some general inspections. Im not knowledgeable enough about car maintenance to really comment on the quality, speed, or price of the work, but it all seemed good to me, and I was impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and apparent knowledgeability of the staff. My AC has worked fine for the month since they fixed it, and although they were unable to confirm at the time that my freon leak was 100% fixed, they were willing to do so for no additional charge when I brought my car back for a re-check later. They were also very accommodating with incorporating the clumsy list of personal maintenance checks I brought them into my inspection and service, and they were honest enough to actually talk me out of getting my spark plugs replaced earlier than I needed to. So, I think Ive found my new favorite local garage, and Id definitely come here again and recommend others to give this place a chance.

Took a vehicle here that had lost front brakes. My usual mechanic didnt have time to look at it, figured these guys were close by and be worth giving them a shot. Dropped it off for the evaluation and were very prompt. However when I got the estimate they wanted 1900 to replace rotors, pads and hubs on an E450. Denied the estimate had it towed away and had my mobile mechanic do it for about half, and found that the actual problem was a leaky seal in the master cylinder which was never even addressed by autotech. Not sure if this is status quo, maybe I just got an off day, I just know I wont be taking any other vehicles there.

Tony and Rudy helped get to the bottom of my issues. I think the cost reflected the service -- you MIGHT pay less elsewhere, but I think the fact that they went out of their way to get this job done in my time frame and showed me all the broken AC components to prove that they werent doing pointless work to make money. Im appreciative and think they do honest and quality work.

For years, AutoTech has proven its a strong community business intent on providing a needed service at a reasonable price. Staff members call you a few days after a vehicle repair to ask if the vehicle is working properly.

Had car diagnosed in morning. Fixed by that afternoon. Works great. My Mercedes Benz CLK 320 had an A/C problem. They fixed it perfectly and in a timely manner.

We were impressed with AutoTech. Were visiting from out of town and had a check engine light on. Of course we were nervous about picking an auto shop because you never know. They were very honest. They didnt try to overcharge us or take advantage. They did only what was necessary. They even recommended a really good ice cream spot.

Came in for a smog check. They took a while, but I came in with no appointment.I really appreciated the additional check up on my car that was done after. I was aware of most of the issues and they did point out some that I wasnt. My commuter car isnt in the best shape and they still took the time to look at it.Toyota Camery 2001

I have to say their service is pretty good. Jared is a nice guy though look serious all the time. I made an appointment and brought my car to them. They spent a whole afternoon to change the oil, fix the bumper lips, and inspect my cars condition. And Only charge me for the oil change. The only problem is they do not open on weekends, and if you want to have a car service, you have to make a appointment, they are busy all the time.

My wife has a BMW 328i (2008), it would stumble a little at idle. So, since she worked nearby, I had her drop the car off. They diagnosed it ($108) and said it needed new plugs and a new cabin filter. I asked how much and they quoted almost $31 per plug and with the filter and installation a total of $455. They said it needed new rear brake pads and the sensor for a whopping total of $1391. Wow, apparently these people are trying to take advantage of BMW (break my wallet) owners. I told my wife no way and changed them myself with the cabin filter in less than an hour, it was really pretty simple. I paid a little over 8 bucks per plug for the exact same one they were going to install and $23 for the cabin filter. Ill do the brakes next. Thats just plain gouging in my book.Oh, and I almost forgot, the compartment covers on each side of the cabin filter they never put back on. When my wife got home and I opened the hood, they were gone. Nice job guys! Can I have my covers back?

The customer service here is exceptional! Jared and Joseph helped me, and the were both friendly and made me feel welcome. In August, I took my car in for an AAA inspection on my car, and when it was over, Jared explained to me everything that needed to be worked on, and without trying to sell me something that I didnt need. The repairs on my car were taken care of faster than the estimated time, and within the estimate that I was given. They have a great shuttle service. Im very happy with the overall experience. I will definitely return, if I should ever need any other repairs done to my car. I highly recommend them.In early October, my check engine light came on, and I brought my car in to have it checked. They figured put what the problem was, and they also told me that I needed a couple of filters to be replaced. I also needed my trunk to be looked at because it would not open. They figured out that it needed a new latch. They had to order the part, and told me that it wouldnt get there until the next day. I left my car over night, and everything was fixed early the next day.The price was within the estimate, and they completed the work faster than I thought they would. The mechanic told me exactly what needed to be done. The staff is always great when I come in. And I love that they offer shuttle service.I have an older car, and this was the second time that brought my car to their shop to have some things fixed. The experience that I had this time was just as great as it was the first time I took my car in.They do great work, and I, again, would highly recommend their shop. And if I should need anything else done to my car, I will definitely be taking it back to them.

I drove around to four different shops Autotech was one of them. I was told I had to make an appointment. I was feeling bummed out, the deadline was approaching to have my car brake and the tail lights inspected and certified. The only place that was open on a Sunday. Had a problem with my ABS on my Mazda3 and the guys at Autotech diagnosed it and fixed it. I had to leave the vehicle over night but they fixed it for ~150. I was happy overall with the experience at Autotech. Would go back if I have other problems.

I was charged 400.00 for my ac repair on my 92 Honda Accord and 3 days later they are going to tell me I need a ac condenser because the one I have has a hairline crack in it but they knew that when they did the dye test first they took my money and I got nothing but for them to tell me that they would charge me more money for the part

Brought the car I had at the time (Ive since junked it), to receive the free AAA inspection service. Had to make an appointment but received one for the following day. Had been having several problems with the vehicle, and wanted to see if there was anything else I didnt know was wrong.The service here was amazing. I had a million questions and they were patient and answered all questions. They were very thorough. They showed me the list of the inspection and all the problems they found. They didnt inspect everything, as I only wanted what was included in the free inspection.I was very satisfied with this establishment. They were honest and helpful and not pushy at all like dealerships.I wish I had the car inspected here before I purchased the car, as it was gonna cost more to fix than it was worth. Its amazing what a simple inspection can find.If you are interested in buying a used car from a private party, bring it here to be inspected. Yes it will cost you to be inspected (AAA inspection is one time use I believe), but worth it in the end. I wouldnt have bought the car if I had it inspected first, I would have saved so much money.I will bring any future vehicles here even if its just an oil change, I believe their oil change comes with the inspection, it is worth it.Thank you Autotech for great service and honesty!

They have a great deal on oil change and tire rotation service. I was there just over an hour and I felt they took their time with my vehicle. They gave me a list of things that needed to be changed (e.g. windshield wiper blades) but didnt pressure me to have them do it. The waiting room is pretty dingy but its a lot cheaper than a quickie Valvoline change and I like supporting a local business. They were very friendly and I felt they were honest.

Everybody works great together and are reliable and dependable and honest.

Took my 02 Malibu in for apparent over-heating problems. With 151000+ miles was thinking water pump? Turned out to be faulty sensor. MUCH CHEAPER. And although they were short handed, were able to get me fixed up quickly. Than ks guys!

My family has know Tony for years. He has always been kind and knowledgeable. The staff at Autotech understands thin wallets and priority of making ends meet. Having said that I can honestly say that Autotech is one of the only places I will let touch my car. I never have to wonder whether their motives are sketchy. He is always on the up and up, his customers are happy and satisfy. The only thing I can say needs work, if any, is the place needs a good cleaning. But thats a given for most auto repair shop.

I arrived and asked if they could SMOG my truck and it was done quickly and efficiently. Going to bring it back to have it serviced on a regular basis.

Got their name from the CA DMV site. For once, the government came thru. This is a great shop as theyre friendly and didnt talk down to me because Im female. I only needed the smog inspection and ppwork but I will return soon with a tuneup request and also my husbands old truck that he wont get rid of. OK I know this is probably a female oriented comment but, they had the best magazines, Natl Geographic and readers digest. Not all tattered and dusty either. Thank you for your great service.

Tony and his crew did a great job in repairing our A/C. They got it right the first time and we had our car back the next day. Good honest shop.

Damaged my vehicle, was unable to fix it, then refused to cover the repair costs.Took my MINI Cooper in for a water pump replacement (~$700). Unable to consistently start my car after getting it back. Had my car towed back the next day to see what the problem was. It started for them and they claimed it was the immobilizer. Once back home, it would not start again. Had it towed to Autotech a second time. After 4 days, they could not determine the problem and admitted that they did not have the proper tools to diagnose. They recommended I get it towed to a dealer.Had it towed to another mechanic that was able to identify the problem: the wiring harness that passes over the water pump was crushed (tool marks pressed into the insulation) and torn. All of the wires were bright copper (i.e. no dust or oxidation = new damage). There has been no other engine bay repairs for over 18 months.I presented documentation to the owner, Tony Solorio, including my request that he refund the original Autotech repair costs, which totaled less than the harness repair and towing fees. Tony claimed that the wires appeared to have been chewed and that there was no way Autotech could have been responsible for the damage. He refused my offer to look at the harness in person. Autotech has opted to allow third party arbitrators to decide.

They are not the best in terms of congeniality but they know BMWs and get the work done.

Good customer service, very expensive for auto repair (150$ to replace a battery, 90 to just inspection...), flushing motor oil is cheap, wont revisit for other purpose, and i wont recommend for doing any autorepair over heregiving it 2 stars due to overly inflated price.

Overpriced!!!! I just called them for an estimate for a new alternator... $608 for an alternator on a PT Cruiser?? No thank you.
