I brought my Range Rover to fix a problem with the water pump and also about a nose that when in reverse it made. I toke it to previous places and no one could find what was wrong. They found the problem right away and it was a simple fix! Not only did was their work on my auto was excellent, their customer service is outstanding. I want to give a special thanks to Brian, their service department manager. He went out of his way to help me out. His friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile was awesome! Because they were so busy, he put me into a rental (all paid by them) while they worked on my Range Rover. Everything that was worked on, they made sure I understood what was needed and the cost. No surprises, except for their outstanding service they provided. When my vehicle was ready, they washed it and clean the interior. I highly recommend Land Rover Riverside. If you want honest, great customer service, this is the place to go.

I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Riverside dealership, and by far it was one of the best and simple buying experience ever. The dealer had a good amount of options to pick from, while others in the area did not. The level of professionalism and the customer experience is definitely different than other brands and you will feel the exclusivity. Hae and Eric worked on my deal to make it happen, they were very easy and nice to work with. Owning/leasing German cars for many years, I can definitely say Range Rover is a different beast and the driving feeling is seamless. I would definitely recommend Range Rover and Riverside dealership specifically.

Buying our first used Land Rover Range Rover was a wonderful experience. They (Geoff, Patrick, Steven and Clara) were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. From the sale of the vehicle to the various warranty details, they answered all of our many questions. Geoff was especially attentive in assuring the vehicle will be delivered to us in mint condition. He was also very knowledgeable in the vehicle registration process, state sales tax and options available to us moving between California and Arizona. I have no idea why this place has such “good” reviews. They rescheduled my service on my brand new 2021 Range Rover time and time again. The fact that my rover is only a few months old and already experiences so many issues is ridiculous in of itself. However, they have not called me back to pick up my car after it’s been in the shop for an entire week. I kept checking my app and it didn’t show any activity on my car until TODAY FRIDAY when it was dropped off Monday and promised to be ready on Wednesday. I could’ve been using my car this whole time instead of just leaving it parked on the lot. I call to request updates and they just give me the runaround. I have been waiting for months now for parts that were manufactured wrong and again, they just go around and around without actually solving anything. I have been patient but I’m starting to think my needs are not being met due to me being a hispanic woman. I pay a good amount monthly to not be provided with the same customer service and care that I was when they were first trying to sell me my vehicle. My first ever google review… sad that it’s this one. Have not received word back from my vehicle and they close in about an hour. What was suppose to be 3 days max will now be over a week due to Labor Day weekend. It also sucks because they make you rent a vehicle through a third party instead of they themselves providing you a courtesy rental…

LR Riverside was great. I purchased a 2021 Velar that I customed designed. Car was ordered start of May and received end of July, before the original promised date. My salesperson, Nancy was fantastic and Luis in finance was excellent. The entire experience from start to finish was expeditious. The staff is always professional and courteous. We were on a road trip to Escondido from SF Bay Area when our car had a problem. Called Randy Yates at Land Rover Riverside, Ca.He got us a rental and kept the car overnight. It was fixed early the next afternoon and we were on our way. From Randy in Service to the nice gentleman that gave us a ride to the rental car company, and the unknown mechanic that troubleshooted the issue they are top notch with customer service. Im writing to express my disappointment on my recent lease experience with this particular dealer. I recently leased a Range rover evoque with the sales department and traded in my previous jaguar F type, which I also leased from the same land rover dealer. It was an agreement that the jaguar vehicle would be traded in with no extra charges. However the bank has sent me a bill of wear and tear and termination fee for over $1100. I have never had this issue when I used to lease multiple vehicles from Mercedes at all. This is Dishonesty and is very upsetting. When I questioned about my bill, I was being ignored for more than a week without a response. I tried to call the dealer for the specific sales manager but he never replied. I will no longer refer any of my friends and family from leasing or buying from this particular land rover dealer. And I will definitely not lease or buy any vehicles from land rover due to this horrible experience.

I sent the Rewards program Land Rover was offering. He asked team agreed but it was not put into the system right and it is still not fixed.

I was apprehensive about using a dealership for my routine car maintenance as the price is a little bit higher, however after getting my oil changed, waiting in the very nice waiting room area, and having time to really sit down and talk to my service rep about what I was needing help with, the price was the furthest thing from my mind! My service rep was incredibly nice! He really took the time to listen to me and explain several things to me.I had an appt at 12, and they were right on time! It was a hot day so being able to pull into the very clean air conditioned garage was so incredibly nice! Then in the waiting area there were snacks and all kinds of refreshments. The bathrooms were cleaned twice while I was there for my oil change! Even though my last oil change at Valvoline was $40 cheaper, I would pay the extra money any day after the incredible experience I had here, and I cant believe I am even saying that about a dealer after all the horrible experiences I have had with Brake masters and Valvoline trying to save money.I am definitely a new customer of this place and will continue to be!

I would absolutely without reservation recommend the services of Land Rover Riverside. Our journey in pursuit of a certified pre-owned Range Rover began with Patrick Branson, whos cheerful attitude showed us and accompanied us on a test drive of the Range Rover that we eventually purchased. That led to the services of Geoff Rawe, a knowledgeable and patient man. He immediately answered most of our questions, and when he did not have an answer, he did not try to BS us, but rather politely excused himself from the conversation and pursued an answer to our questions. Within a few minutes he returned and had the necessary answers. Quite honestly, Im not sure if no is part of his vocabulary, he was very accommodating in all of our requests. After we finished with Geoff, we were introduced to Steven Morales. As a former Marine, he did the Corps proud with his polite, can-do attitude. Steven easily and comfortably walked us through the final stage of the purchase, signing all the necessary paperwork. Finally, I was introduced to Karla Curtsinger to let her know what a fine job her sales staff did on this particular Range Rover purchase. I would humbly submit to anyone interested in buying a new or used Land Rover / Range Rover to take the time to drive out to Riverside and visit with the folks there. It may certainly be worth your time and effort.

I really really had an awesome experience at this place. No one told me to leave a good reference or even mentioned it so this is completely by my own submission. I had the pleasure of working with Scott. I saw him as I was driving the lot with my husband. My husband and I are really hyperactive, hypersensitive people so anything wrong someone does or anything off-putting vibes someone gives we are out of there and not once did I ever experience that. If you want to go to a dealership with experience and find someone who is attentive and adaptivable to your situation and wont try to upsell you for no reason this place is the place to be. Your not going to see a bunch of young kids trying to approach you or give you bad body vibes the minute you have doubts. Youll find someone who will answer all your questions and be honest with you. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. The employee helping me seemed too busy and uninterested in thoroughly helping me with my car issues, and actually had the audacity to say “I’m really busy today,” even though I had an appointment and an appointed time slot to be seen. I pay top dollar as a Land Rover customer, and expect high quality service. I hate feeling as if this poor customer service would have to do with the fact that I am a woman, but it seems like a likely explanation and a disappointing one at that.

I thought Patrick & Steven made buying a car a great experience. Patrick for starters, made it very simple by taking his time explaining and made the customer service experience comfortable. Steven was quick and explained well the reasons for buying certain things and made sure everything went through to my email. The quality of service Steven and Patrick put in was exceptional. The only thing that was a downfall the navigation sim was not properly working, so that was going to be an hour which is kinda long. But overall the quality of service, the experience, friendliness, and easiness of purchasing was excellent!!

New place is great. Looks good. The WORST part is always always always never getting a loner car! You set up your appointment weeks in advance and you get there and the porter takes you to Hertz to get a cruddy car that you have to wait be washed while you sit outside due to covid. Never have this issue with any other manufacturers. I truly expect more from Land Rover for what the cost of the cars are.

We had considered a Rover a few years back and had a terrible customer service experience at the Anaheim Hills location, and it left a bad taste in our mouths. Was a bit weary but when we came here, it was like night and day. Pedro Patlan in sales was so very patient and worked with us so well - I truly think it’s because of him we were able to get a new Velar. Highly recommended. Great experience, in and out, fair pricing. I live in Riverside and this dealer just opened here in town. I was going to Yorba Linda and not only was the drive inconvenient but I paid over $600 for a yearly service and tire rotation. Riverside was about half that in price as where I expected the service should cost. Happy customer!

Stopped by the service department today because the Land Rover emblem on the tailgate of my 2016 full size fell off while parked in my garage.Upon arrival, I was told “we’re really busy but if you want to buy the part, someone will be out to help you.” Fair enough.I purchased the part and then was “helped” by another service advisor. I told him what the issue was and said I hoped a tech could help my quickly replace the emblem in the proper place. His response: “you get me.”He came out and looked at the tailgate and said the old residue needed to be cleaned away and they had nothing in the shop to remove it (odd, considering they sell and detail new and used cars). He then said the detailer was at the other lot (about a mile away).He didn’t offer to bring him over or have me meet the detailer for a job that would have taken 5 minutes. I was repeatedly told how busy they were. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and he effectively told me “no.” He then offered to get some rulers so I could take pictures for myself for where the emblem was supposed to be situated.Really?Long story short, they could not have been less interested in helping a potential new service customer with a very quick job that could have been handled in the driveway.Truly a sad introduction to the brand new local dealership for a premium brand. I was looking forward to having a local dealership to service this vehicle. Looks like I will still be going to Orange County for this vehicle’s service needs.

Absolutely horrible experience! Still waiting for service manager to call us back! We made an appointment to drop off our car! We were asked if we needed a loaner vehicle and advised we would. I took the day off to drop off the car! When I got to the dealership to drop the car off things were going good. Then when it came time for me to leave they tried to drive me to enterprise to get a car! Needless to say I didn’t leave my vehicle with them. I’m not going to a tried party for a rental! Horrible service! We will see if the service manager ever calls me back.

Great doing business with Land Rover Riverside yesterday. I woke up with the intent on getting a Defender, I drove my trade over, negotiated with friendly people and really appreciated, Hae, our salesman. I now own a crackin 2020 Defender with lots of extras. Thank you.

My husband And I walked into Land Rover of Riverside to look around this past weekend. Mind you we are not the yuppie or fancy type of people and usually everyone will cast judgement by the way we dress which is more on a casual side. Hae Lee was the first person to even say hello to us with a genuine want to help us. Hae Lee was my Sales Consultant and was amazing every step of the way. The experience was very pleasant and did not feel rushed in anyway. Erik and Steven where also very helpful and answered all my questions. I would Highly recommend this location and the staff that I worked with.
