David & Marquis are stellar employees. When I pulled in David greeted me with a huge smile(even though he was mask covered it was obvious through his eyes that he was smiling)! It was so obvious that he was happy to be at work. When I was in the lobby I complimented him on his positive, polite demeanor and he simply said he loves his job!!! With so many not even willing to work it is refreshing to see a person so dedicated and enthusiastic to serve others! Marquis was also extremely polite it was a welcoming experience. They also went above and beyond to take care of the service quickly and professionally. This Jiffy Lube should be the benchmark for service! May God Bless these young men mightily in Jesus name!

This is my first time using Jiffy Lube. My experience here was quick and efficient for my car care. The cashier Anthony was very friendly and welcoming. No hassle, no wait, and no appointment needed. Great staff very friendly knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to get my car serviced here again.

Way too expensive! They wanted to charge me over $90 for synthetic oil. They told me that is what the manufacturer requires. I called Pep Boys right down the road, and they only charged me $40 for thr factory recommended oil.

I went here for the first time today and this has been my best experience at an autoshop. They were friendly, SO fast, and had very reasonable prices. I will definitely make this my regular place.

Very quick service, they did everything that was expected. It cost 50 bucks for the basic oil change, but I prefer them charging enough to make their money so they dont have to upsell everything after luring you in with a 19.99 loss leader. They sent me a 10 dollar coupon for the next service, so I will definitely take the path of least resistance and let them change the oil again next time.

The staff was super friendly! We were able to stay in the car while they performed the oil change (definitely a plus because I have a 3 year old). They checked my tire pressure, all the fluids, and changed my oil super quickly. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Great service! Ive been to many locations over the past decade and this has been the best service I have ever received. From the time that I pulled in, to the time that I pulled out, every employee acknowledged me and I felt like a valued customer. Marquis had exceptional customer service skills, informative about my vehicles issues and options to repair but not a pushy sales pitch I normally get.The team leader Jennifer was very polite and asked me if I was ok when in waiting room. The techs who worked on my vehicle Robert and Stanley were fast and efficient and very friendly when I had questions!This location is an asset to Jiffy Lube and an example of how all locations should be ran. I cant comment on many Jiffy Lube locations but this one is exceptionally well run by Jennifer. She sets the tone from the start - friendly, welcoming, professional, expertly informed and customer focused in every moment that follows. 20 minutes later and Im confident my car is at its best.

The service!!! Ive NEVER rated anyone 5 stars for customer service, but they are AWESOME from start to finish! I made an appt for a different jiffy lube, but pulled here in error. The female worker was still getting set up, but she told that they could take me, was extremely personable as was the guy there also. Im extremely pleased and although they can be a little pricey I would definitely recommend this location on Midlothian in the city.

Good job..change was completed in about 15-20 min. and bonus topped the fluids and accepted both the online and physical coupons for a $16 savings....

I went to get an oil change right before closing time and they still provided amazing customer service. The woman there also let me know what was wrong with the car without trying to push further sales. She was genuine and kind.

We Paid over $136.00 for oil change and brake fluid system change so we could go out of State, but Nothing Was Topped Off > Nothing so Im wondering if they really changed everything as charged. Just watch to ensure your getting what your paying for.

Went in for an oil change. After seeing my mechanic we discovered that no one had drained the old oil before adding the new oil. Thankful no real damage was done.

I visited because I just had an oil change yet my vehicle needed more fluids. The 3 guys working all ran into the parking lot and immediately topped off my fluids. They had great attitudes, they knew what they were doing, they provided superior service. I am very grateful for them and happy with the service they provided. I visited this location for an oil change while out of town and was very surprised by the professionalism shown. The front desk representative brought me in and explained what the options were. After the initial inspection of my vehicle he brought other issues to my attention but wasn’t pushy about adding the services on. During checkout he remembered our military discount and even wrote pricing down for recommended services. I’ve used Jiffy Lube on and off for years. This was the first location to do such an outstanding job I felt it necessary to leave a review. If you’re in the area please stop in! This team will do an amazing job.

My favorite Jiffy Lube location yet. Very fast and not too pushy.

The staff were very nice here. However, when I visited they were out of the cheaper standard oil, forcing me to pay nearly twice as much for synthetic. Even worse, after getting home, I saw my car’s air filter sitting on the floor of the passenger seat. They forgot to put it back in after showing it to me. So I’ll have to make a return trip to get it placed. Super annoying.

I went in for an oil change and new brakes. The staff was friendly and they educated me about car maintenance. Will definitely return!

Hubby went there last year. My sticker says next oil change at 63,000. Keep in mind I only had 32,000?? They better not have entered this in their data base so when I get my next oil change they think that I’ve tampered with the miles. I shall see tomorrow when I go to PepBoys. If I wasn’t an honest person this could have been a lawsuit if I waited 30,000.

Prices to high for me and staff always trying to sell you product you dont need.

The employees here have always been courteous and the upselling is minimal and not pushy. Service time is pretty quick and Ive never had more than a couple people in front of me in line upon arrival.

I pulled up on the Thursday before Labor Day expecting a wait. But the employees where standing around up front smoking and laughing w ith nothing going on. No customers in the bays. I thought cool. But then someone came out to greet me. Great smile and leaned over to talk to me seeing my coupons she/he said we dont take those. Did I say leaned on my car with both greasy hands telling me that she could go ahead and give be 10 off anyway. Everyone was watching our conversation from the bay how embarrassing to those hard working people that person that greeted me worked their hardest to over talk me make sure I knew that the coupons would work. I had to leave. Went to my auto dealer where I had a coup that worked. They wiped the greasy fingerprints off and sent me on my way.

Arrived at this location at 6:40, was meet by Rebecca P. She informed me “I was lucky I got here we are about to close”. Stanley and arron pulled the truck in and asked me a few questions. Very friendly guys and wanted to service my truck. Stanley even said we may be a few minutes after 7:00 but not to worry. Rebecca proceeded to take down my information for the computer system and every question was asked in a very rude way. I believe her Managment team needs to have a chat with her and concentrate on customer service. Employees like this will drive away repeat business. So when my truck was complete Stanley asked did I have any questions and wished me a happy evening. These guys GET IT! 5 stars to Aaron and Stanley, 0 stars to Rebecca for the rudeness and comments.

Ive been sitting here for over 2 hours for an oil change. They drained the oil as soon as I got here so Im stuck until they refill it. There are currently 6 employees and 3 customers, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Pulled up for a signature oil change and was told my car needed synthetic oil which is not something I had ever heard and directly contradicted the manufacturer information which I was given later at another store. When I said I just wanted the same oil I always get (conventional oil) the employee looked up my information and returned after conferring with co-workers over at the console and told me that they were out of conventional oil. Both the next Jiffy Lube location I went to and the call center verified that the information I was given was most likely untrue and that the regional manager will be responsible for making sure that these practices are not maintained. Would not suggest going back until they fix up some of their practices and unethical behavior, which is unfortunate because I believe this location previously had good service in the past.

The overfilled my oil, resulting in loss of power and white smoke. I had to take it right back and tell them what they did wrong. The manager had a silly grin the whole time like she was high! The two guys made it right, but that geeked manager needs to be replaced with one more professional.

Worst Jiffy Lube experience Ive ever had. I went in for a full service oil change several months ago and the staff was shockingly careless and dishonest...they didnt fill my tires and somehow forgot about changing the wiper blades, leaving the old ones on and the new ones placed on top, causing them to fly away once I got on the highway. When I returned and asked them about the low tire pressure, a staff member lied and said the indicator light would go off eventually. They didnt refund me, but they said theyd give me a discount next time. As if I would EVER return to such a poorly run operation again.

SURE ENOUGH IF I RODE IT ANOTHER HALF MILE IT WOULD HAVE. I HAD CHILDREN IN THE CAR. I CALLED AND DEMANDED THEY SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT. SO THE GUY COMES AND IS LIKE WOW THEY WERENT TIGHT AT ALL TIGHTENS THEM AND LEAVES. I GO BACK TO THE STORE TO FIND OUT TO COVER HIS A$* HE SAID I WAS LYING AND THEY WERE NOT FINGER LOOSE. LITTLE DID THEY KNOW WHERE I PULLED OVER WAS A DEALER SHIP AND I HAD HIM COME OUT TO WITNESS AND TAKE PICTURES. SO IF YOU VALUE YOU LIFE DO NOT GO HERE.UDATE!**** SO THEY GAVE ME A FREE OIL CHANGE WHEN THE TIRE SITUATION HAPPENED STUPD ME I USED IT AND WENT BACK.. THIS TIME INSTEAD OF MY 2007 FORD MUSTANG I HAVE A 2014 FORD MUSTANG. THEY DID THE OIL CHANGE.. FOR A FEW WEEKS ITS BEEN SOUNDING WEIRD NOT RIDING RIGHT SO SINCE ITS ONLY GOT 6K MILES I TOOK IT TO FORD DEALERSHIP TURNS OUT THEY CANT TIGHTEN AN OIL PLUG EITHER. MY OIL HAD BEEN LEAKING FOR WEEKS AND POSSIBLY MESSED UP MY ENGINE SO FAR THOSE MORONS COST ME ALMOST 200 FOR THE DIAGNOSTICS AND OIL NOT TO MENTION ALMOST RUINED MY NEW 2014 MUSTANG. AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT! I DIDNT TAKE MY OWN ADVICE AND IT ALMOST COST ME THOUSANDSSS!!!!

Dont spend money here, go some where else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 185.14 is what i paid for, oil change, air filter, tire rotation, wiper blades. I start my vehicle the next day the engine is knocking. Look under the hood the oil cap is off and oil every where.
