I love the store, it has a perfect size, the staff is very kind and they take the extra mile to help you find what you need. And if they don’t have it, they will order it for you. They truly take care of you. You feel welcome.The owner is super nice too and very helpful. Always ready to help you. They also offer fabulous classes. And the teachers are great too!It is truly a great store! And beyond five star customer service!I am very happy with Casini.

I called 15 mins before I came in at 10:16am when they’re advertised to open at 10am on Fridays. No one spoke fluent English but they said they were open. I knew what I was looking for so I don’t mind not being able to communicate as long as I get supplies I need.I get there at 10:31am (exactly 15 mins later) and it’s closed. All the lights are off with a sign in the front window that says “CLOSED WILL RETURN AT 10:00AM”. I call the number again and the lady just tells me that she doesn’t speak English. Thanks for the complete waste of time and energy and gas for no reason but this isn’t a great way to run a business.I’ll just keep purchasing all of my baking supplies online and have them delivered to my door next time.EDIT: I went to a store called Cake Art that was literally a 7 minute drive away from Casini and they were definitely open during their advertised business hours, they stayed open after I called and asked if they were open, and they were willing to sell me the supplies I need! I recommend them 100%. Go there. You’ll find everything you need and more. You won’t have to worry about wasting your time.

For the first time I decided to take pastry classes and I had a great experience, I would go back... love Casini clases, they have a wonderful team.
