Second time i go.The first time i went, the attention was medium. Also they opened at 10, difficult time if you work in a office and do cakes occasionally.Anyways they had all i needed.I went today again, to find stuff i couldn’t at Michaels and they have it.Thankfully they OPEN AT 9 AM!! and the service were nice!(maybe new people)Thanks!!

This is the second time I have been here and both times I have been shocked at how rude the staff has been. It is obvious they dont seem to want or need knew customers. I will not be back. If you want great service you should go to Camilas cake supply on bird road. The girls there are lovely and so helpful.

As an owner of a cake design company this is the worst shop I have ever been to. I should have looked at the reviews before driving all the way to this location. Very rude staff and apparently you must grab a number and wait in line for everyone to be served in order to checkout even though youre ready to pay as soon as you walk in and grab what you need. I waited 30 minutes after I was ready to pay and ended up leaving without making a purchase. Absolutely ridiculous!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They close before the time they say! If you arrive 10 minutes before 5 pm they close the door and do not attend you! I do not understand why then they do not put that they close before! And they treat you like theyre doing you a favor! Terrible!!

I went for a macarons course with a cost of $ 70 per person hoping to learn a little more, the very nice lady, but her knowledge for the price they charged us was very low; On the website it says “you will learn to make new fillings”, “we will make Italian buttercream” and the only thing I did was chocolate american buttercream, the macarons were very bad, some hard and others raw, I had the idea that each one was going to have the opportunity to make a recipe, and no, the 4 students made a single recipe, it was not a private room as it says on the website, the only thing that separated where we were and the regular customers of the store was a piece of furniture like that That 0 hygiene, dirty environment, very disorganized. I really expected better quality.

Worse customer service experience in my entire life! I came in as first time customer and say good afternoon to everyone with no answer from any of the workers. I started walking around trying to understand the system and how supplies where organized. Employees walking in an out without saying a word to me .. is like I wasnt there! Suddenly I hear number 80! I see there is a ticket machine and that they go by number. I approached one of the employees and explained that I was there long before everyone else but that nobody told me that they go by number. Another lady comes from the other room and rudely says well I would have to walk all that with a sign in my forehead to make you understand that you have to have a ticket to be served ... wow ... i had no words to explain how I felted !! Rude and stupid lady, you have no Idea how to treat people !! The only nice person was a young lady that chosed to help me instead making me wait knowing I got there before everyone else. I decided to buy because I really needed the supplies for my daughter birthday cake .. but honestly I WILL NEVER COME BACK! And Im going to make sure that all the people that I know never go there. Owner you need to read this! Make sure you change your personal or you are going out of business pretty soon leaving it in their hands ...This is the WORST EXPERIENCE to serve theClient that I have had in my life !!! I came to this business for the first time and entered cordially, saying good afternoon to everyone. I get that nobody answers me. I keep walking to understand the system a little and what materials I need to sell ... move on to another area where it was never even recognized by any employee. While they mechanically attended to other clients, I was preparing to wait for my turn ... several employees passed in front of me for a while and suddenly I heard number 80! And I realize that the attention is by ticket! I approached one of the employees and told him that I had a long time waiting and that he hadnt realized how much it was with a ticket. He tells me that I have to grab my ticket and wait for my turn to come! I understand that there is a respect for logistics but you have to be considered and explain to the public and I express them to the employees .. in that a very rude lady comes out of the other room and tells me I will have to walk with a poster all day in my forehead so you know what to grab a ticket upon entering! ... I was speechless ... rude and rude! A young girl approaches me and decides to help me. If it wasnt for her, these words were worse. I tell them to buy just why I saw myself in need because of the urgency I had of getting my daughters 1st birthday cake ready. But believe me when I tell you that I WILL NEVER COME BACK and that I will make sure that each and every one of the people I know knows this so that they avoid a bad time! These people have no idea what customer service is!

Customer service is frivolous, you need to be more helpful to consumers. I was not satisfied. I must recognize that the store has a variety of products.

Lousy customer service, the people who work there are not kind to customers, they dont seem to have an education, they look at you very badly, they talk to you horrible, they should take some classes on how to treat customers. That pregnant girl and the other lady have such a hard face and they really dont know how to be a bit kind, I never go back to that place again.

The worst service in Miami: the only educated person there is the older lady, the rest are the most rude people if they dont like their work what they do there !!!!!!! Asking them for a product would seem to be asking for a gift, out of necessity I have had to go there several times but I NEVER come back I prefer to pay a dollar more with the competition than to go to a place of bitter employees: PESIMO.

I will give this store 0 star- worse customer service- my wife came in this week and the lady by the name Elena was very rude and nasty- she need to go back to basic customer services and learn manners too.
