Propack and Ship is such a wonderful local business. They will take care of all your packing and shipping needs, give honest advice. Plus, they always have wonderful fun locally-made gifts like quilts, masks, etc and free deliscious candy for you and your kiddos.

The Best place for all your needs. Rick and Richard are really great guys. I used to be the Mailman for this business so I know what a professional place this is with that Personal touch to make you feel special.

Went in to do two returns today. It was fast and simple but that was not the best part. I was in an ok mood when I went in. And when I left I was in the best mood ever. Rick helped me and he was so cheerful and funny he was cracking jokes and I couldn’t stop laughing. Even when fed ex driver came in he mad the driver laugh and he left happy. Could tell he had a great relationship with everyone who came into the store and his good mood spread to everyone. Thank you Rick I was having a bad day and a good laugh today was exactly what I needed!

Kind of run down, but a lot of neat things inside. The people are friendly enough, but they did lose one of my return packages. They had me write something lengthy on it instead of simply return to sender or declined delivery (I dont remember what it was now) They werent super familiar with the carrier, so they just put it in with the post office pile, probably went to the Jacksonville office. About a month later a man who works with the carrier knocked on my door and had to clarify what it was that was needed. Eesh. Other pro is that they have a very convenient notary public thats available all the time :) anyway, good for a few random things here and there but wouldnt frequent regularly.

I went here to print out a paper so I could sign it and fax it to a real estate companyI was working with one gentleman here. He did not want to fax the paper, he insisted on emailing it to the company I needed it sent to.So I brought up the email on my cell phone and handed him my phone to copy the email address.The next day I emailed the Real estate people. They checked their inbox and junk mail, nothing.So I went back to pro pack and ship and told them what happened. This time I was working with the older guy, who I was friendlier. They charged me AGAIN. This time he faxed it.Let me repeat, they charged me twice for THEIR mistake. That is a shady business practice.This time the real estate company received the fax. Thank goodness.

Nice quiet place. Great for skipping the post office line!

A complete rip off! They tried to charge $171 to send a package which I then took to UPS to learn the actual cost was only $66 Be Aware!

Great place. Lots of cool stuff in there too.
