Do not use this location for passport photos. I would expect any location offering passport photos to know the basic photo requirements but apparently they do not. Department of State is now requesting a new photo and I get to stress about getting my passport before the wedding.

Over priced and employee’s don’t want to help/work. Asked for help multiple times and they did not want to leave behind the counter. It took 2.5Hours to print a few documents. Gave up on the last three. It should have taken 15 mins for everything.

WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Rude, inefficient, slow. Took 15 minutes to get a FedEx envelope going. When I asked how much longer it would be, because I had an appointment to get to, I was told to go to UPS. Seriously! Rudest jerk of a sales associate ever!!! Upside is I discovered the lovely folks at A Street Print Shop in Ashland; they will get my business from now on.

Staff not wearing masks and very unfriendly. Better off going to the FedEx store on Biddle (staff is awesome there). Seems with so many out of work, those who are working should be friendlier and definitely more helpful but 🤷‍♀️

Fed ex paid $0 in taxes in the last three years ???Yet they charge a mint, I spent over 3000$ bucks there in this store in 2020 & I paid my taxes . What did they donate to better our country with the extra money they save????This company is dead to me! They are far over priced anyways go to the post office way cheaper & they respect their employees with a living wage unlike fed ex!

Stopped in to send a quick fax....45 minutes and @$25 dollars later ....slowest machines, staff who could care less, although finally when machine wouldnt reset and I called again for help young man came and offered to send from behind counter. Machine was just as slow! Save yourself go elsewhere.

Kyle was very capable and gave me one of a kind attention despite being the only one working on a Saturday afternoon. I saw him calmly explain things to other customers and did an amazing job on a custom print job for me. He is very good at prioritizing and also giving excellent customer service. He really went above and beyond.

Horrible customer service. They treated the other people in the store rudely was they wouldn’t scan there shipping labels. Then we’re out of big express boxes and told me to ship them out another day... I was shipping time sentimental items. They refused to look in the back. I travel a lot (few times a week) for my profession and use fedex all the time. This was by far the worst location I’ve been too.

The manager and a few workers are helpful, but there are several men that should not work in customer service. Time after time they have acted resentfully towards myself and others, and shown themselves to possess very little knowledge on their own practices and policies. I go anywhere else I can to print and ship, unfortunately.

I was heartbroken when FedEx and Kinkos merged. I thought that FedEx would do away with all the creative types. I was wrong on her at least in this store. If you want something done that is unconventional or kind of funky these copy technicians know how to get it done. Always friendly always happy to see you.

This location is close to my small business and convenient. However their staff are so rude. I was in 12/15/2015 to check in a FedEx ground package that was prepaid. As I approached the counter, the staff behind the counter (Carol) said, What?! I ask her to scan my ground package in and in a huff she completed the 5 second task. I took the receipt, looked her right in the eyes and said, Thanks. Have a great day. She rolled her eyes and said nothing.I am shipping UPS from know on. It is a drive across town to the UPS center, Carol must be to busy for my business.

Do not go to this place not only are they over double the price of the local printer near by but they service and the machines are terrible. The machines are junk and constantly stop mid printing and then you have to open all the doors to remove the paper jam. When I asked the staff for help or another machine they just walked off. Seriously the google reviews here are exactly what you can expect. If you need to print something go to Mikes Copy. Not only were they friendly and helpful but less than half the price and better quality. Avoid this place at all cost, I know I will be!

My mother and I went into this fedex office today on 4/25, around 1pm, to print a very important document. I realized I couldnt print the document because it was in a different format that their computers cant open. My mother and I got frustrated with the circumstance. We didnt get angry with any employee, just ourselves. After this happens, I look up only to see an employee laughing at us with another customer. If they only knew what the document was, they wouldnt have been smirking at each other. So, I just have to say well never be back because of lack of sympathy, unwillingness to help, and your unexceptional customer service skills.

Sad that they prey on people who dont know how to work computers or scanners to make money. I had a simple request that would have taken a trained employee less then 5 minutes to do. But instead they tell you, you have to do all the work. I wasted 10$ worth of time trying to read the instructions to figure out this scanner and computer ive never used before. I get it its a semi simple task but whats the point of having employees if they dont help customers . the workers were nice the policys suck. Save money and go to a comfort inn or Marriott business center . free scanning and free computer time. No room needed.

I came in with a well packed box and it was in good shape just not taped close. They wanted me to purchase a new box and repack it because they said the box had structural issues. This was not true as the box just needed to be taped close. Personally, after this experience I will never use Fedex again as they are extremely rude and are just looking for an extra dollar.

Update: It was pretty good before, but Danny the manager has whipped this place into shape. Its remodeled and the staff has changed for the better. Danny is always there and professional. My go to place to ship stuff in Medford now.

This is the single worst FedEx office location in the entire country. I travel for a living and somehow this is the only one where they cant ship using my FedEx account. They cant print from an email, which if you have ever used the incredibly inefficient print and go service for 10-15 black and white pages, is a special kind of time consuming repetative hell.Every other FedEx can print my documents with ease from an email, ships from directly from my account number with no headache.Not to mention the wifi. I think my dial up 15 years ago was about just as quick...

I have been working with the staff of Fedex for a little over three years now, they have been helpful, and trainable (we have a business and have specific ways to do our shipping) and they go our of their way to make sure we get our packages out as efficiently as possible. They are a bit understaffed however and this makes it hard for them to keep up with everything, so we give a big shout out to them and say we appreciate all they do! Thank you Fedex Staff!

I thought how convenient to be able to send them an email with pictures I wanted printed out. .not! Waited 5 minutes inside, fedex person tells us that sometimes the building interferes with sending, went outside and waited another 15..not going through yet. .never mind I have to go. .sucky email system

This place is terrible. I was waiting for 5 minutes for people to finish so I can print 2 papers from my cell email, easy and quick. No worries, I expected to wait a little.Little after I tell an employee that Im going to the restroom and to make sure its okay if I leave and still have my spot. He agrees. I got come back see 2 guys just walk up and start using it. I tell the employee who basically tells me I shouldnt of left and theres no spot saving. What a 2 faced dick.So, now after waiting 10 more minutes for this guys to print 90 copies, they have idea what theyre doing, So, I use the computer that costs. 35 cents a minute. Nbd it should take me less than 2 minutes.NOPE. They purposely slow the living hell out the internet and computer so loading pages take around a few minutes each. I was on there at least 10 extra minutes just for the pages to load. What should of been a cheap minute trip turned out costing me 30+ minutes and $5+Sounds Stupid and Petty, but never in my life have I dealt with a more unprofessional place

Ive been in here three times and every time I have been met with rudeness and a mean attitude. Ive had them make me open boxes to inspect them, repackage, wont let me use a tape gun for liability reasons. This last time I sent my employee down to drop off two 50lb boxes that were shipping on our Fedex account. We had bought the big cardboard boxes from the UPS Store and the employee refused to accept them because there was a UPS logo on them. Excuse me, what? He had to run across town to another drop off location and they laughed about it and had no problem. That cost me time and money, since by then wed missed the cutoff...NOT HAPPY! Try smiling, being friendly and helpful or just get different jobs.

I will go out of my way to never patron this store again. Shown very little courtesy, no one smiles, nor have I ever heard, Well be right with you regardless of how long I stand and wait. I see all the negative comments and wonder if anyone at Fed Ex cares or knows how they are being represented. Sad.

Not a very friendly staff, the manager (Mark) was rude. Said the box I bought in was not unshippable because I cut it down. I receive boxes from Amazon and a dozen other companies that are cut down and many shipped via Fedex. He took it after arguing about it and said this is the last time.

Does not care about destroying your packages. Upon walking in and asking for a dolly, employee named Jim took a dolly with several stacked packages and unloaded it by dumping then all on the ground with no regard for damaging them. After bringing my 6 large packages in he tells us that we need to lift our 130lb packages onto the 5ft high counter. We told him they were large and heavy and he tapped the scale and told us to lift them up there while there was a floor scale towards the back of the building we noticed later on. After the first package was weighed he yanked the package off the counter and let it slam to the floor. He did not care about the packages nor the customer. Jims actions coupled with his lack of respect for customers and his rudeness speak volumes about this FedEX.
