Stay far away from this place,My daughter Financed a 2012 Nissan Altima 99,000 miles on it,First week she had it it had to be taken back because the check engine light came on and it wouldn’t go over 20 miles a hour,I Question one of the sales man’s how do you sell a car that has this kind of problems I was told we don’t check out Every car we sell,Brought the car back in three weeks later having the same problem around Thanksgiving time I was told it’s a holiday weekend so they wouldn’t know how long they would have the vehicle. This dealership had the car towed back to the shop where they had it for two days I picked it back up they said the problem was fixed ! Now here we are two weeks later the car won’t go over 20 miles again,So once again here we are with a 2012 Nissan Ultima at $6000 in debt that doesn’t even work I was told by my mechanic that the transmission is going I would not advise anyone to purchase a car from this dealership unless you have your mechanic thoroughly check it out because clearly they’re selling cars That has a Band-Aid on it good enough to get off the lot😡😡😡😡

Sold me a car with problems said they fixed it and didn’t had to go through bmw. Totally overpriced I wouldn’t buy from them. Don’t like when they have to pay for the work they should of done before selling it.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!My sister purchased a car not even a week into her having it the car began to Buck and stall. They claim that a sensor needed to be flushed. Another week later same issue and the same diagnosis was given. Now onto the third week and my vehicle is no longer shifting into second gear and she cannot go over 25 miles per hour. Not to mention within this time span she had to do brakes and rotors all the way around a week into having the car because they began to grind. The vehicle has been nothing but unreliable and its safe to say that ideal Motors has sold a lemon. If I could give this dealership zero Stars I would!!!

I was searching for a car for work, I ended up going to this dealership trusting the good reviews. I was so wrong, they were able to get me a loan for the car I wanted, but please be aware when youre reading their purchase contract and the terms. My principal was not applied appropriately stating that there were loan fees and other charges like DOCUMENT PROCESSING and TRANSPORTATION FEES. Car was listed for $3880, but ended up owing over $8000 with the interest and fees citing loan origination, complete nonsense. The worst part is if you take back the car theyll give you nasty looks. Update after 6 months: engine now overheats with a coolant leak(head gasket blown symptom), had replaced power steering pump, transmission knocks and theres a grinding noise in the front. Save yourself the hassle and headache and avoid this dealership.

Bought a used Mercedes, trickery abounded. Transmission bad, they knew it, asked them to fix it.They put a band aid on it. 6 months later,in the shop !for big transmission problem.As I walked in one day after purchasing, a salesman was very rude. Had to have my lawyer call.When I took it back to fix problem, my transmission could have blown, they asked me to drive it there, 60 miles from my home. They knew they wouldn’t be liable. The worst, worst, lying thieves.The company fixing my car now, had very bad things to say about them. Don’t buy a car from theseshoddy film flam men.

Very shady, wouldnt recommend. Sold me a warranty that barley got me past 2 years and swapped the papers. Charged me 2k and told me the bank wouldn’t approve the load if I haven’t bought it. Bought from a certified Chrysler dealer this time and guess what, bumper to bumper was 1600 for 100k miles and better loan rates. What did I learn, always go to the dealer that sells the brand your buying new or used.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a car with an aftermarket radio in November. The car overall runs fine but the radio is missing the face plate. It’s the kind that can be removed so it isn’t stolen. When I agreed to purchase the car I was promised that either the face plate would be replaced or the radio would be replaced and neither has happened. It is now January and I am being told they are still looking and I am also being told now that they will not replace the radio, only the face plate. I can play radio chancels but the Aux does not work, neither does the CD player, the satellite radio or the blue tooth and GPS functions without the missing screen. I would have not bought this car if I wasn’t reassured that this would not be an issue. I feel as though I am getting blown off although I do try to be kind when I call despite how frustrated I feel.Only 3 stars because when purchasing the car the staff was very helpful, but afterwords it feels like I cant get any real help with my issue at all.

My husband just recently bought a lifted pick up truck from Ideal motors. After numerous attempts with other dealers of attempting to get us out of our lease early and get us into this beauty as I call it (lol) Joe really kept his word on getting it done and keeping payments where we needed. I bought a 2013 Cadillac SRX from ideal motors back in December. My wife and I couldnt be any happier with the experience. The Owner joe is a great guy he got us approved right away and our credit isn’t the best. Worst place. Rude manager. They cry for their car milage if you dont buy the car after the test drive. Wrong false information on cars on their website to attract people. Advertising a car for 5 k milage ..but actual milage is close to 9k with slightly body damage. Typical used car lot business model.

After going to a new Mercedes dealership I saw the 2016 Mercedes on Cargurus at Ideal Motors and figured why not it’s under factory warranty and priced WAY below what Mercedes was asking..After a little hestitation about buying a car from a used car lot I entered Ideal and realized this is by far not a typical used car lot ..The bathrooms are nicer than most houses bathrooms (lol) They got me financed through a local credit union for a low rate and had me out quick..I would highly recommend them ..thanks so much Joe and the guys at Ideal ..ps can’t wait for warm weather to open my panoramic roof..lol....Danielle L..

I brought a car from these guys back in 13...car was bought to a mechanic for a check up before purchasing...came back good...sold...next morning i realized they swapped tires on me ( 3 different tire brands)...bought it back and they give me the cold shoulder...a week later the car starts sounding different...i take the car to an actual nissan dealership...transmission belt needs replacing (only problem under warranty), struts are bad, front axel is shot...went back to the dealership and they tell me i cause those problems with 30 added miles...couple weeks later they call me for a review...i told them i was busy and hung up...they called right back, asked if i hung up on them and immediately hung up on me...then did it again the day after...i stopped picking up and they continued to call me for about 2 weeksDont regret it though. Prepared me mentally. Better a bad deal on a car then a house

Overall a horrible experience. I went into Ideal Motors needing a car, and didn’t end up leaving with one due to the pushiness and unprofessionalism of Rich the salesmen and their financial personnel. The dealership in general is very sketchy. They provided me with a FAKE CARFAX!!! I purchased a Carfax of my own for the car I was interested in buying. The document stated that the vehicle was in an ACCIDENT last October and had damage to the front and rear. But the Carfax they provided me, was TOTALLY CLEAN, and had NO ACCIDENTS reported. When I brought this up to Rich, he immediately became very hostile and defensive. Long story short, I was chased out of the dealership while being yelled at by Rich and another coworker.DO NOT GO HERE. There are plenty of other dealerships that are MUCH more Reliable on the same street, so SKIP this one!

Where to start? Went to the dealership to look at the car, wouldnt even allow us to get a word out, kept pushing to sell the car; theres nothing like having something you were already going to buy pushed on you. However, not being able to test drive the car was very annoying because as soon as I finalized the purchase I noticed two of the tires were really worn down. I was told because the tires had just been pumped the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light would go out soon. Therein lies the problem: not delivering a promise. Went ahead and kept calling in about the issue only to be told they werent going to address it-- lousy service at best. I still love the car, but would never recommend this place. If you still chose to go, be prepared, as that car may have problems theyll refuse to address once you sign those papers. Apparently their profits arent big enough to satisfy the customer, even if the fix is really cheap and simple. FYI, never allow a dealership to tell you they did you any favors. When you buy a car you are entitled to good service. You are paying them, and yes, including when you finance. Whether they post date anything, do registration, all of it, is part of service to the customer. None of it is a favor. They should be willing to go above and beyond for that person to be willing to recommend them. Never have I ever been to a dealership and was told registering a car was a favor to me. Since when is registration at the dealership a huge favor? You are entitled to good service. Remember that! No one dealership has that car youre there for. You can find it elsewhere.

Paid and traded my old car for a 2002 mustang GT from here months ago, was lied about the fuel gauge not working that it didnt have any gas in the car when the man test drove it. Told me that the little noise the car was making were the brakes and told me they were going to fix it if i were to buy the car. After i bought the car i noticed the noise became louder and i ended up having to buy a whole new axle and when i filled up the car with gas the fuel gauge still didnt work. when i went back to the dealership to ask for my money back they told me they couldnt refund me because nothing was wrong with the motor or transmission which is really messed up because they completely lied just to make a sale and i ended up paying 2500 in repairs after i just bought a perfectly fine car i do not recommend anyone coming here at all.

Unfortunately I cant say I have so far had a bad experience. I purchased a 2007 Jeep compass, 4 hours after having it the check engine light came on. I called them they told me to bring it to their shop, which I did, check engine lights off, 50 miles later check engine light back on. I called them back I was told to bring it back, again check engine light is off and again 50 miles check engine light is back on. I drove to the Hamptons figured Ill use the cruise control, well it dont work. I called them they told me they were going to schedule for me to bring car to Browns to have check engine light problem fixed but states that they dont know what is causing it. I was told that the part was ordered for the cruise control but that it wont be in till next week, well this is the second week and I have been calling to speak to Dave and of course he isnt in or just left. So as of now I have 30 day warranty left on my 60 day warranty and I am real close to bringing this truck back.

This is by far a shady place.... They have made up carfaxs.... Bought a suv to find out week lata it was in a accident mean while the carfax said 0 accident... False carfax... They all fake trust me you will see and horrible sales people

Place is a joke, you check out a car up front and no one comes out. You go inside and no one says a word. Seems like no one wants to sell a car.

At first we were a little reluctant to deal with a used car dealership but after a friend referred us, we decided to give it a try. Me and my husband are so glad we did!
