Wonderful experience from start to finish!! Steve O my Salesman had the car I was interested in ready to go for my test drive. When I got back we sat down and he worked up a deal for me with no hidden fees, he understood my budget and helped me get a payment I could be comfortable with. My finance and purchase went through without a hitch and sitting down with Theresa was a pleasure. Unfortunately it had a recall that caused me to breakdown about a week after my purchase. I called Chevy 112 and they immediately sent roadside to assist me. Brought my truck in for a recall n I left with more problems. Worse dealer ship. I never told them to touch my fuel injectors and they did anyways. Now I got my check engine light on n my break light still on. This place is clueless. Dont get scammed

When picking up the car, I saw a sign to go to the cashier, she had me sign and gave me the keys with no explanation of service provided. I went outside but could not find my car. When I went back in she told me the car was in spot 34, which she could have told me that in the first place. Then I asked which way is spot 34, she told me to ask the service advisor who way very busy with a customer. Some training is in order and a little more courteous. Repair work was very good and the service desk was great.

Imagine buying a 2020 Chevy Camaro convertible and it breaking down after 11,000 miles. Brought it to Chevy 112 after a week of it sitting in my driveway undrivable because they had no appointments. The check engine light is on and there’s transmission trouble but no one can make a decision because the service manager, Mary Baryski, is out on leave so it sits there for another week and a half. Then a week later they say they fix it and I drive it out of the lot and it breaks down. Metal all in the transmission and the light is on again but they refused to replace the transmission. GM gets involved at the highest level. Calls and leaves a message with service manager. Guess what? She doesn’t return his call! A week later they say it’s fixed again! And now they’re arguing about compensating me for my monthly payment for the brand new car that I haven’t had for the last five weeks of summer! Poor communication all around. Terrible. Let’s see if it breaks down again after I drive it off the lot…Picked up the car again. They left my tank close to empty after driving it for miles and miles. It’s like the icing on the cake.Update: Thank you for responding. I have sent you an email to call me. No call as of yet. Not surprised.

Was told to drop truck off at 9 am to see about an issue with my headlights on my truck. Did just that and asked if they could change the oil while I was there. Never got a call so I showed up a little before 4 pm. Was told they were still working on It yet I had seen the truck just get pulled into one of the bays. A little before 5 I was asked if I could leave my truck another day because nothing had been looked at and the oil change wasn’t going to be done In half hour ? Terrible experience. No sense of urgency or professionalism. I wish they had the same enthusiasm the sales team in every dealership has.

He even went out of his way to get my old parking sticker off in one piece so I could get a replacement for my new truck after I forgot to remove it. Tried leasing a equinox Today. Dont bother. Unless you want to pay more than you should. Once the negotiating begins. The salesman will bring his manager over. Only to talk over you. Then decide hes done and get up and walk away.. professionalism at its best.. the manager didnt even introduce himself.. Go elsewhere..

Brought in to repair 2006 Chevy HHR for oil leak from oil cooler and key fobs not working.A mechanic diagnosed wrongly replace oil seals wrongplace and unnecessary new key cut. The dealer charged me $845 for nothing repaired, oil is still leaking, key fob still not working.

Bad experience. When we asked to bring used car to outside mechanic before sale the salesman and manager became agitated snd rude. Would not let us bring car to mechanic. We’ve purchased many used cars in the last and always brought to mechanic prior to purchase., and the other dealerships never had a problem. Chevrolet 112 lost a sale and we will never go back there. Beware.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership in 2018. I thought I got a nice deal and was assured the vehicle was clean. Well I traded that Jeep in yesterday (6-20-2021) at Donaldsons and they told me the car fax came up with two accidents, prior to me owning the vehicle. Buying a used car from Chevy 112? Demand to see the carfax sheet.6-29-2021 Follow up..I spoke with the sales manager who pointed out that one accident wasnt reported to carfax until after I purchased the vehicle. The second accident? That was basically none of my business since there wasnt structural damage to the vehicle. This does not have to be disclosed according to NY state law. Nice to know that $30,000 got me a car with at least one known accident on the report. This dealership will never see my business again. make sure you see the written report before buying. Dont trust anything they tell you here.
