I was an out of state buyer and traveled 8 hours to the dealership to purchase a Raptor they just received, that had not been through inspection yet.At first they told me they couldnt get it available for purchase for a few days, and I was bummed because it meant I had to go back home in the car I came with. However the sales managers and my salesman Myles went above and beyond to make sure the truck went through inspection even though they were short-staffed in the service department.They finally got it into the shop for inspection, and I went in to make the purchase. Amazing service. Tanner was the bestest! There was no pressure buy and I was so comfortable with communicating my budget. We bought our 2021 Ford f350 about a month ago.They knew when we bought it we were moving across country. We signed papers saying our truck had no recalls.The day before we are supposed to move we get a call saying our parts for recall are in.... the recall has been since July! So they sold us our truck with no recalls when it did.....on the rear axel..... pretty important thing.The service manager we spoke with when we went down to the dealership to get this fixed was rude and had nothing but excuses. I DO NOT care about your excuses! we have every right to be upset and our problems are valid.A rear axel recall is pretty dang important. 🤦‍♀️Do not recommend the dealership!!!!!

Tried buying Porsche from them (first world problems). Poor communication. 2nd day of trying to get quote. Salesperson doesnt respond and I keep having to follow up myself and ask if I should speak to someone else. Tried to get one via chat online me as well, no luck. I understand everyone is busy. However, asking for just a quote shouldnt be an issue. Disappointed. Will go elsewhere.

I dont even know where to start. Went here to inquire about Lincoln Aviators, but left with the same amount of info as when I arrived. None. No one came to help, one salesman was standing in the middle of the lot just staring at me while he talked on the phone. He literally watched me the entire time I was walking around the lot and never came over. As I left, I looked over and he simply watched me drive off the lot. So I headed to BMW and Acura where my money was gladly taken. Terrible service here and apparently they dont need the money. There are so many car dealers here, dont waste your time with this one. Go where your hard earned money will be appreciated.

Took my truck out here for its first oil change since it was supposed to be free. I showed up on time and asked how long it would take. They said it would be 1.5-2 hours since they were running a bit behind so I went and waited patiently. Finally after 2 hours at 5pm I figured I should check in on things. Good thing I did because the whole service crew went home without even starting to work on my truck and no one told me anything. I wonder how long I would have been sitting there waiting if I hadnt gone and asked?So now I have to take my brand new truck to other shop for its first oil change. If they cant even handle NOT changing the oil I dont want them anywhere near my truck. Terrible experience, awful communication, huge waste of time. Id avoid doing business here if you value your time.

I happen to find “Lacy Castleman” at the Biddle Road Crater Lake Ford dealership.I have been eyeballing a jeep Trailhawk which was a little small but super cute but it was used.She said well what if I could get you into a brand new car?My little antennas went up because I have never had a new car. I thought OK let’s see what this chick can do but nobody else ever could!!She text me pictures of my dream vehicle the new Ford edge with leather package titanium and accepted my fun emoji texting,,, amazing. She even did a video of herself and the vehicle. Which was a nice extra professional touch.We drove from our rural coastal area the 3 1/2 hours after my husband worked all night. We test drive & fell in love. We are practical though and we knew we might not be able to afford this. Even at the crazy low 1.9% stunning rate.. The monthly price was to much. I work in an Er as a unit Sec and my hubby is evs so we are limited on a budget but we work so hard we deserve a newer car even if used.She saw my bubble pop and quickly said we are going to find you something suitable that you love.She showed us the comparable but smaller Ford scape which I really like but knew that we probably wouldn’t be able to afford that monthly payment either. So I looked at the used cars and found a trail hawk that I originally liked. I knew the payments would be reasonable but the interest would be insane. Not only did “Lacy Castleman” get me into the slightly smaller brand new 2020 Ford escape - she also got me the leather interior fully loaded package that I desired so much. I didn’t have to give up my 1.9% that I am still flabbergasted that I got!!My payments are doable. I even got the extended warranty on top of it for half off thanks to the finance guy IAN!The facility was neat clean professional everyone was polite and the facility was strictly Covid appropriate. *They also have this Matte green cobra with burgundy under the hood that I’m super in love with...so we know who to go back to when we are ready to do it again! This is how my warranty work went:-waited over 60 days for a part-car was damaged during this time at Crater-they left a message last week, saying my car was done. I got dropped off today at 730am, turns out my car is not done, still getting work done to fix the damage Crater caused. The service guy actually got mad at me for getting impatient and giving him a bad review for previous poor service. Bro you called me where is my car? Still no car and no idea where it is.Edit: still not too happy with how I was treated but I must add that the service manager Jeff was a solid guy, and his attitude towards me bumps up my original scoring.

I cant believe that the AUTOMATED system asked questions to get to the proper department.When you are transferred to said department, a recording will be saying that the number is unassigned and promptly hangs up on you!!!After way to long and a very large dose of frustration, I was able to connect with an extremely courteous and helpful lady in the rewards program!! So its just a suggestion, and I hope that theyre understanding, I would start there IF/WHEN you find yourself in the same position!! Good luck. Just swung by here yesterday with the brother in law looking for a new whip. Got helped by a really great guy Myles Marcus who was really informative, kind, and an all around fun guy to talk to. He was able to get a jeep ready for us to look at that I think had just been posted online, and worked with us to get a really solid deal on the vehicle, also including a great trade in on my old car. We left only a few hours later with the vehicle and he stayed well beyond when he had to to help us get going and out the door, and we really appreciated that. Worst customer service I have ever felt with. Was in contact with sales representative to purchase a car. Scheduled a date and time to pick up vehicle. Made a 4hr drive only to arrive seeing the vehicle I was purchasing drive away. Asked to speak to the salesman I was working with and was told he didnt have time cause he was working two deals. Even though we had a scheduled appointment. Asked to speak with the manager who apologized and said he would take care of me find a replacement car and contact me. None of this happened. Will never do business with this dealership. Waste of time and money.

Completely blown away with the service I received earlier today. My mother and I came in to look at a used car. Unfortunately, that specific car wasn’t ready to be sold yet. (Waiting to test drive it whenever it’s available) However, David, showed us plenty of other options. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot. I test drove a 2014 Acura, and you could tell this dealer sells reliable cars simply by how this one dove. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the market. Wide variety of vehicles (even Tesla’s 😂)

Dont take you car to this place for service. We took it in at 7:50 am for a warning light on the air bag system. We left it off with the promise that they would call when it was ready to be picked up. They also sent a text to my husband, that he could check the status anytime through texting them. We received no status updates the entire day. At 4:45 he tried texting them with no answer. Then he called and was put on hold forever. Hung up, called back. Was put on hold again forever. This happened four times when he finally called the main phone and got a receptionist. She went to look for the service manager and could not find him anywhere. Then a service writer finally got on the line, and when my husband asked about his truck, the man had no clue what my husband was talking about. He finally asked someone else, and they came on the line and when my husband asked about the truck, they said they did not get to it. No communication throughout the day, and the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. And this is regarding a malfunctioning airbag, for crying out loud!! We scheduled this repair around trips we are taking with this truck. Now we will take our next trip with a malfunctioning airbag. Such horrible customer service, and lack of communication!! There is absolutely no excuse. Dont schedule the service without allowing the appropriate time to fix it!!To top it all off, my husband went in to get the keys to pick up the truck, and the service person was helping someone else. Then another service person came and proceeded to help someone behind my husband, then left. My husband reached over the counter in the pile of keys sitting there, and grabbed his truck keys, then came out and drove the truck home. I wonder if they have noticed it missing from their lot??

After being on hold for 27 minutes i decided to drive in to ask why I wasnt checked up on. Anytime a manager has to explain why they cant, even once, pick up a phone call thats on hold for 27 minutes, its a bad sign for customer service. Stay far away from Crater Lake Ford.

We did not even buy a car from this dealership because the truck we wanted sold, however the customer service and overall care Tom Ianieri showed us was wonderful. We live out of town, so he tried to gather all the information he could to make it easy for us to purchase a vehicle from out of town. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Tom!

I wouldnt recommend you guys to anyone. I think the finance manager was nice enough and this review is no reflection of him, but my whole experience was subpar to say the least. Not only do I work 16 hours a day but I am a full time student on top of it, I took time off to drive 5 hours to purchase this car. I put 23% down prior to driving down, I specifically asked David to make sure my approval was set in stone and he assured me it was LOCKED IN, come to find out it wasnt. I was offered an extended warranty at a cost and respectfully declined, the finance manager told me he was only providing it for me because of the troubles I had been through already.. well, that was a shady way of adding it into my purchase price and Im now paying interest to have an extended warranty I didnt want to pay for, I thought it was being provided. The ONLY reason I am providing anything other than 1 star is because I actually like my car. Not only was I disappointed with my overall service but my credit was to go to one lender only and I now have more inquiries than I had requested VIA written document.Thanks for the challenger, I just wish it had been offered at a different, more professional stealership.

Bought a used 99 Acura Integra for $2600. Was worth $500-$1063 in fair condition. This cars trunk wont open, and the keys wont turn anymore in the ignition. So now I need to fix the trunk and pay for new ignition. I got ripped off bad by Crater Lake Ford. They told me everything works great. When confronted they told me it all works good. Very upset about this! Just bought it 4 days ago.

On June 6th,I dropped my car off to repair my brakes..my understanding was,June 10th they would look at the 3recallsand then get to my main issue (the brakes) after talking to someone,I could drop it off and would be repair and ready to be picked up after I returned from Fires on July 26th..After or around a considerable amount of time of no call from the shop..I made a and inquiry about my car, I was told it wasnt done and they were waiting on a part..the electrical box, and they replaced the pump..so I told them,no problem, as long as long my vehicle was done by the time I arrived after I got off the plane!!After arriving on July 26th..I was told a hose line needed to repair,a little upset!! I asked what Im i supposed to do,its my only way home and car!!I asked if they had a loner, or rental..I was told, there wasnt anything he could do to assist me..that when my car was done in 5days they call me...so I went a rental a car from Enterprise, totally in confused and upset..didnt ask if I needed a ride home or to a get a rental car...Do I want to do any further service with this dealer,Ill let you answer that question!!You think if you had a customer come in and leaving there car there for that amount of time it would be fixed and ready..if not, would accommodate the customer..no fault of his,and asked for there help to get home!!Well Im just very disappointed..all I want is my car back... Worst vehicle service dept Ive ever experienced. Different manager every month seemingly, 2 hours for a basic oil change with an appointment, pompous attitude from service advisors, and good luck ever getting them to answer the phone!!!!!
