Because the web-site included repairing hand bags, I took 2 Prada purses to this repair. I paid $80 in advance & was told the bags would take 3 weeks. After 1 month not ready. It has been over 2 months now still not ready. When I phoned today. A nasty, aggressive bully basically told me if iI didn’t like it, come & get my bags. A friend went to pick up the bags. ( I just had back surgery). Bully told my friend, I was mistaken, I had not paid anything. Bully is also a cheat. Purses back. I am out $80 and feel let down. This guy is a creep &! Horrible business man.

They do good job. I brought over some designer shoes and they fix the shoes nicely.

This one-man shop seems to be a bit shoddy, if not shady.  The sole on my shoe was glued back on a bit askew. Time will tell how long it stays on.As to the shop’s business practices, there are no set fees for repairs, no receipts given, and only cash is accepted for work under $30, despite the credit card logos posted at the counter. Avoid this place of you can.

I took in one pair of my Converse to glue the bottom of the soul. When I came back to pick them up they told me the glue didn’t work he said he’ll use a different glue come back tomorrow. When I returned the next day he said the glue didn’t work. I replied call me when they’re ready so I don’t waste my time coming back, he replied you could go somewhere else. I don’t recommend this place they are rude incompetent and unprofessional.

Friendly staff good repairs of your shoes

Ive taken several of my high end shoes and handbags here and they always do an amazing job! Ricky is normally at the front... he is very informative and friendly. The prices are super competitive. Make sure you call before your pickup as they are usually a bit behind.

This guy never has your stuff ready as he says. Went to him 10 yrs ago for one job, had to come back 3 different times. He kept forgetting or blowing it off, now 10 yrs later, thought maybe he runs his business a little better, nope! Gave me a date to come back to pick up a boot, of course, wasn’t ready. Don’t waste your time as I did, he doesn’t care.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Cant believe they stay in business. Im definitely going someplace else next time. Three pairs of boots, three weeks and they are still not done! Then they tried having me pay for work that they didnt do. When I went in to pick up my boots, the work still wasnt done and I had to wait 20 minutes. Ten minutes for them to even find my boots.

After trying two other shoe repair shops that wouldnt help me, I took a handbag with what I thought was a broken zipper to the Shoe Doctor. In less than a minute, he gave the zipper slider a quick squeeze with pliers and a spray with oil, then showed me that it wasnt broken and gave the bag back to me without charging me. All it needed was a quick tweak. That type of honesty and helpfulness makes these guys my new go-to for shoe and bag repairs!

They do a very good job adding lifts to shoes per prescription and theyre barely noticeable.

My husband brought a leather duffle in on a Friday, to have strap redeem. Told to pick up on Tuesday. Called to confirm. When he got there, they gave him wrong bag. His was not done. Horrible service! No apology. Never go there!

Rude, arrogant, brashCame get to inquire about getting some rubber soles on my new penny loafers which cost $175.I was asking about the installation process, the width of the rubber sole, the effect on the shoe itself, etc.The guy (I believe his name was Ricky) interrupted me and asked what I did for a living (Im an accountant; dont know how thats relevant though). He then said that I ask too many questions.The entire episode reminded me of a saying I had once heard: Dont let the behaviour of others destroy your inner peace

If you want your shoes back in better shape dont take them here. I took 1 pair here they did an okay job. Took a pair of boots, and omg everything was awful. I should have taken a picture of my boots b4 I left them. They claimed the top of them on the outside was messed up already, they replaced a silver button with a rusted looking one bc they claimed they couldnt match it. However they dis manage to fix the inside. But I cant wear them because of the damage to the outside of boots. Never again, I dont care how long youve been in business this is awful and they know they messed up my boots.

These guys always do a wonderful job! I have been a customer for years and I always take my high end shoes and bags to them. The cost is fair, my only suggestion is to call ahead of time. Thier main downfall is timing. It is run by a couple of guys so be organized have your ticket and call ahead and you will never have a problem. Thanks you guys I love your work!

The person over there has no respect to customers, and their time, when I complained why my simple repair was not done at the assigned time, he refused service and gave me the item back. The two other customers were complaining for delayed service as well, Very bad service, disrespectful person with bad mood.
