Been in this store twice recently. Two different great people helped me --Sophia---then Angel--and they were both knowledgeable, very service oriented, and had great suggestions as we tried different shoes and insoles. Great selection of excellent product/shoes for people who either have foot issues or dont want to get foot issues. Highly recommend this store.

Sophia helped dial in the shoe that I needed to help with long lasting foot pain that Ive been having. The Hokas with the lucky feet orthitics with metatarsal support was just the ticket. And the Sowella recovery sandals are for in the house. Very comfortable. Thank you!!! I will be back

After several failed attempts at other shoe stores to find my 80 year old mother orthopedic shoes, I decided to go to the Lucky Feet Shoes store in Long Beach, CA. Stephanie met us at the door, listened to our needs and concerns, and we walked out of the store with an amazing pair of shoes. Thank you Stephanie for taking care of my mom. Angel was extremely helpful and personable. She has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to all of the footwear. I went in for a new pair of shoes that could help me with my plantar fasciitis, and she was able to get me exactly what a needed. She is very kind and does a great job. Awesome store, I will be back again for sure.

I had just about given up. Between plantar fascitis, bunions, and now a swollen arthritic toe joint, I didnt think I could find a sandal that would work for me. I didnt want to get my hopes up, but Angel was working, and Id read the reviews. They are spot on! Angel listened to my concerns, examined my feet, and came back with a big stack of fantastic and affordable shoes that not only feel great, but look great too! I am so happy I found this store and visted when I did! Angel, thank you. Made a customer for life!

I could barely walk in the store....Plantar Facsciitis kicking in real hard on both heels and feet....Angel the store rep recommend a special pair of socks and Running shoes as well as a pair of slip-on sandals. Angel was great! I came in for a pair of Dansko clogs and she showed me other shoes that would have also worked. I appreciate that she took the time to show me so many other brands and styles. I visited the Lucky Feet Long Beach store today to address my feet issues. I had previously purchased walking shoes a few years ago but knew I needed a more current assessment using their personalized foot scanning technology. Store employee Ruben assisted me through the assessment and recommendations based on my needs. Ruben was patient throughout all the shoe fittings and was knowledgeable about each pair I tried. Once I selected the pair to purchase I added supportive insoles and cushioned socks to ensure my walking jaunts are not challenged by any undue foot pains or irritations. I highly recommend Lucky Feet and their professional attentive staff to anybody having foot comfort challenges.

Came here yesterday afternoon, first off let me start by saying that I had called earlier looking for a specific model of shoe, the nice lady who took my call started pulling out shoes in my size before I even arrived at the store! How cool is that! I arrived and they were quick to assist me, the young man who was there greeted my friend and I upon arrival.Great selection of shoes. Very personable and kind even in a rush! Ruben was very attentive even with all the customers in the store. Loved that they had Dansko clogs for my work. The next time I came into the store there was a woman who was also very nice, kind, and very welcoming. She helped me and was respectful and kind. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone who wants quality shoes and quality customer service!

Im a hairdresser and needed comfortable shoes since the shoes I usually wear broke. I decided to come to Lucky Feet and check them out for the first time. Im so glad I did. Ulises helped me pick out 2 pairs of super comfy shoes. One casual pair and another that are a bit more dressy. My first experience here was great. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. During my unplanned visit at this Lucky Feet store in Long Beach (just strolling by), I went in and was soooo impressed with the amazing comfort of their shoes that I, unexpectedly, ended up buying not only the low-boot style leather shoes but also their arch supports because they feel sooo comfortable. And the frosting on the cake, figuratively speaking, was the great service and assistance from Ruben! I recommend you check out this store if super comfortable shoes are important to you .... and ask for Ruben! :-)

What a store!! Lucky feet has great customer service, comfortable shoes sneakers and inserts. Picked up my new balance running course sneakers at a fair price and they are so comfortable. Felt great from the minute I put them on cant wait to get on a walking schedule again. Thank you lucky feet!!

Sam was incredibly helpful in helping me to find shoes that help to support my arches and in explaining how to identify shoes that would be useful.The store’s approach is awesome, they had me step on a machine which identified areas where I was going to need extra support in my footwear, and then walked me through the whole process (even after I explained that I was just doing research and did not plan to buy today). 5/5. AMAZING! This place has comfortable and high-quality shoes (including top brands of running shoes), and the staff will personally help you select the most suitable pair. The customer service is impeccable; Jorge was super friendly and helpful. If youre a long-distance runner like me, or even just want some styling/comfortable new shoes, I highly recommend this store!

I was so amazed at the service I got from Sammie at the Long Beach Store. She spend over 2 hours helping me find shoes that would fit with an Arizona Brace. She had more knowledge than the foot and ankle doctor. I am so grateful for all of her time, and lovely personality.

Ive been meaning to go to this store for ages and glad I finally did. The girl who worked there was really helpful and the insoles she sold me are already helping, especially on my back! Which is a total mess and I had no idea my feet were contributing to the pain. Its not cheap but totally worth the money and the help you get.

At the same location, I used to buy specialized shoes for my wife from foot solutions. Foot solutions went out of business, and lucky feets came onboard. But yet this shop has good shoe collections as well. And Brianne helped my wife to get the right and correct show with correct arch support. She was very patient with my wife, suggested lot of options, and it was so great that we spent approximately $600. Without Brianne help we wouldnt have bought any. THANK YOU BRIANNE. YOU ARE SO AWESOME!!

I absolutely love the Long Beach store. Sammy and Jorge Were very knowledgeable about the shoes and what was the best fit for me. They are always very professional. I ended up buying a pair of aetrex slippers, a pair of Premium orthopedic inserts and a pair of Hoka shoes.

I had high hopes when I first walked into this store. The previous shoe store in this location, foot solutions, was exactly as the name suggested. A solution to my foot problems. Lucky feet was anything but. You are better off going to a different store in the first place. Thats what the staff will tell you to do when they dont have what you are looking for in their limited selection. Also, dont bother trying to special order anything from this store because they will take your money and then call you back the next day saying that they cannot fulfill the order.

Came here for shoes to fit around an orthotic ankle brace. Guy didnt know what to do. Sold me sandals that did not work. An experienced sales person would have known. If you have problem feet go to Bodells.

After a disappointing experience at another local shoe stored recommended by my podiatrist, I came into the store today for the very first time. I was met by Brianna A. She measured my feet and also had me stand on their “foot machine” and from this analysis it identified and verified all the problems I was having. Brianna was attentive and listened and then she brought out a large variety of shoes with an explanation of all their features. I felt no pressure at all to make a purchase. I’m very happy with my purchases today. I highly recommend them. I definitely will return.

I went into the store with extreme pain to the padding of my feet from long distance running. They gave me the recommended gel pads and now I run with no pain. I cant thank them enough for the help.

Very expensive. Run more like a mall shoe store instead of a place that helps with orthopedic issues. Used to be the recommended place by Drs. Now, not so much.
