Still looking for a specific type of chocolate candies. Didnt find them here but I bought other chocolates. You cant go wrong with chocolate. Took a walk down the beach after.

Great place for chocolate candies as well as Caramel apples in a great setting at Shoreline Village

A bit pricey, but worth it as a special treat. So many yummy chocolates as well as many varieties of candies apples. Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing at least a piece or two. I had just one dark chocolate caramel and it was marvelous!

Went here to get a caramel apple. Big mistake huge mistake. Had them cut the Apple in wedges. When I ate the first wedge after I got home it was awful the Apple was supposedly covered in caramel then milk chocolate over that. I dont know what they used in place of the caramel or somebody doesnt know how to make caramel, usually you just melt the caramels, because it was grainy it was like eating sand, tasted like it was covered in raw brown sugar and then coated in chocolate it was awful. Threw away the rest of the $8 Apple. Will never never get another caramel apple from there ever.😝😝😝

It was very nice! Everything is freshly made. Would recommended going there for sweets! :)

Not really doing the 5 person capacity posted on the door as there was a crowd of 15 people inside. Also none of the employees are wearing gloves while handling customers food with their hands which I’ve never seen in all of my trips to Rocky Mountain company. I’m only giving it stars because I love the apples.

Very disappointed. I bought apples for my daughters and grands for Valentines day.I called and ordered ahead. Spent $79 dollars on Apples that were not sweet, soft and not attractive and I was gipped one apple. They were already packed when I got there. And they were small

Rocky mountain chocolate factory makes the best peanut butter cups ever on planet earth, theyre way better than reeses

Ive been going to this location since I was a kid, and its one of the few places that is just as good as it used to be. It smells exactly the same as it did in the early 90s and the quality is just as good. Shoreline Village has a lot of great places to get treats but I always like to stop here and take some snacks home with me. The apples are great obviously, but so are all the different chocolate covered things they sell. The people who work there have always been helpful and nice. And its always fun to take a picture with the big bear, whether hes inside or out on the bench enjoying the breeze. 10/10 I hope this place stays open forever.

I never had orange jelly chocolate sticks before, and they were tops bloobie. Im getting these everytime now.

The manager lupe is extremely careless. I came for an apple, drove about 25 mins! Arrived there was no signs posted about no one being in attendance. I waited 15 minutes hoping I didnt have to drive to another location. When she arrived she continued talking with someone. Then opened & still no acknowledgement. I asked if she was open & she answered me as in Duh. Were open... didnt seem like it to me! I let her know I waited, she said OK. And turned around. I wasnt done speaking Where! Where is the customer service? I expected an apology for her not doing her job but that is too much for her. Unfortunately she is the manager so she feels she is right. I asked for the owner, she said I can call whenever theyre here. She provided no time! That is extremely rude!! I know of plenty of people that would provide better customer service that her. This place is already slow, dont run out the last customers.

The essential workers were awesome with their service (very helpful and patient), and I appreciate them!!! Stay safe folks 🤗🤗

There is no menu, apples are lined up behind the employees and tags are small to read. 6 strawberries in case cost $50, total rip off. Caramel apples have sugar at the bottom, not worth the money.Citadel Outlets location has much better selection and quality.

Fun little shop to visit in Shoreline Village. Would have given it 5 stars but they were out of the specific chocolate my daughter in law wanted. What we did get was very tasty though.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is irresistible to the sweet tooth. Of course, they have chocolate, but they also offer candy apples, fudge, brittles, and more. Dark Chocolate Rocky Road was calling my moms name. The dark chocolate enrobed marshmallows and almonds for a decadent treat. We would have saved it for later but it would have melted on the walk back to the car.The low rating is for the customer service. The gal behind the counter talking with friends in Spanish and not really interested in actually serving guests that were coming in. There was a tourist in front of us. Not sure how long he was waiting before we got there. He wanted to ask questions about what was in the different chocolates. She answered one of his questions and then walked back to her friends to talk more. He finally gave up and just left. My mom really wanted some Rocky Road and it took us a while to get the gals attention again to come and serve us. Not sure I will be back in if I see this gal working.

These apples are delicious my favorite,only a advise for the owner or manager should hire new employees, all the time I go this white chubby girl is extremely rude not friendly at all and the time I have been there she is always gives me attitude and rolling her eyes, seems that she doesn’t like her job at all lol. It’s a disappointment that such a bomb place has really bad customer service.

This place used to be great and was a destination that I always had to get a candy apple from, but the last time I was here it was sadly a sub par experience. Lady was semi rude without provocation and the apples were DISGUSTING! You could tell they had been sitting there probably since the last time I had visited. Chocolate had that weird white crust on it and the apple inside were spotted with moldy spots. Tired to eat as much as I could but was too sad to enjoy it. 😢 Wont ever be back and that breaks my heart.

Drove from far and its verry upsetting to get to chocolate factory at 8:55 pm and its already closed when it closes at 9:00 pm. Managers should be aware that their employees are closing before the time they are supposed to close. Alot of customers outside complaining but seems employees dont care.

Went there tonight Dec 30th at 8:25pm, business was lights out and there was a girl mopping the floor and the door was locked. Seemed they wanted to leave early for the night because they closed early. Came all the way there for a candy apple and left empty handed.

I usually get Sees candies because there isnt a Rocky nearby. I prefer Rocky Mountain Chocolate over Sees anyday!
