Nice experience receiving a arraignment, definitely wouldnt personally order one for anyone, the fruits were not good at all the only thing that was okay was the pineapple, I was not impressed with the arrangement the ribbon presentation was not impressive. Im grateful for the Birthday arrangement from my family.

I read the reviews of this store after I placed my order so I was nervous. Happily, I had no issues - the arrangement was exactly what I ordered, the fruit was fresh and it was delivered without issue. The recipient says it is delicious! Kudos to the staff.

Ordered for my mother to be delivered less than a mile from their location, card was charged, confirmation recieved. Day of: my mom got NOTHING, (not even a happy mothers day because I was waiting to hear from her first & didnt want to ruin the suprise), and I got nothing as far as notice of a cancelled order. Around 7pm Sunday night, I get an email saying they will refund my money in 5-7 business days! I guess that means they didnt and wont be delivering my order... My Mom lost her own mother, her only sister & her first born child in the last few years. My daughter and I are the only family she has & we live 360 miles away! What a nice way to tell her we love her, right??? ABSOLUTELY UNFORGIVABLE!

I made a order online the night before my mothers birthday once I placed my order, the order never had a time of when it’ll be delivered I went ahead called in the morning told them I needed it there at an exact time and they were their exactly at the time I gave them very friendly and sang to my mother Happy Birthday 🥳

Today, Mothers Day, trading with this store was the worst experience I have ever encountered at a retail establishment. My granddaughter ordered $150.00 worth of arrangements from this store to surprise her mother and grandmother for Mothers Day. She ordered the merchandise the day before and was told to arrive at 1:00pm on Sunday, Mothers Day. She arrived on time and found that the line was already around the block. She stood in line, patiently, for over three hours until she was finally fifth in line from the entrance. (I had called earlier to check on my grandchild and after talking to her, I realized she could not carry all of the items she had purchased, back to her car as she was parked rather far away, so I decided to wait with her to assist her carrying the merchandise.) I stood in line with her for the final ninety (90) minutes. When we finally arrived at the front of the line, a woman who obviously was a supervisor, stated that it would be at least another two hours before the orders could be filled and those at the end of the line were out of luck. I told her that we were about to enter the store after waiting in line for over three hours and now we were being told we could not obtain the items we had already paid for. We saw four other employees arrive shortly before we were told the bad news and even then, they could not fill our order. About ten minutes before the supervisor made the announcement, another employee came outside and you could see she was unhappy, finding that, three hours after opening for business, there were still over fifty customers in line. It was obvious they either did not have sufficient merchandise to fill the remaining orders, or they were concerned due to the fact that they would not be closing at the regular time. Then it got worse. The supervisor announced that if anyone did not want to take a chance and wait, they could receive a refund. When we arrived inside to secure our refund, the supervisor had disappeared and we were told to sign our name and order number to a sheet and that sheet would be used to process our refund. After 3 1/2 hours, not only had my nineteen year old granddaughters Mothers day surprise for her family been ruined, but they did not even extend the courtesy of processing her refund in a timely fashion. I subsequently, rescued my granddaughter and we purchased a floral arrangement and some wine at another store. When I talked to the supervisor to explain our dilemma, she told me that I was indignant and if I wanted, she could become indignant as well.Please do not trade here as customer service, responsibility and common courtesy are not attributes to be found at this location. This was a very disheartening and disappointing transaction. I counseled my granddaughter that in the future, she should place her business with a competitor.

Ordered on line but needed to contact the store for confirmation. The lady was sooooo nice and helpful (forgot to ask her name). Order was delivered he was very nice.The best part, the cheesecake and fruit with chocolate was extremely well received and really yummy! So much better than more flowers.

Apparently this place isnt keen to whats going on in the world right now. They delivered an order to my house. Which i get, its fruit, they need to verify it was received. But leave it at my door. Verify it was received from a far. The guy kept knocking at my door and didnt Just leave it. Rang 3 times. Get the clue dude! Im not going take it from your hand

First time I order from Edible Arrangements and it was a great experience. Great customer service and the family that received it was very satisfied with the arrangement. They said it was delicious. Most definitely will be ordering for other occasions. Thank for the great experience.

My gf said the chocolate was delcious, but an item was missing in my order. I called and they said they would give me a partial refund, but I never actually did get any money back. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

I ordered an arrangement for one of our very amazing and productive staff members at the office. It was intended to both a Thank You for your hard work and also an early Birthday present before her vacations. I placed the order on May 1st around 9am. Around 1:00pm, I decided to check up on the status of the delivery. The website said it was being created. Around 2:00pm, I decided to check again, but this time I also called the location but there was no answer. The answer machine kept saying it was closed. I called the corporate office who basically referred me back to the store without any real solution.Finally, around 4:30pm I get a phone call from the store advising they were too busy and that they would not be able to deliver the arrangement on that day. I feel bad leaving this review, but if the staff knew they were too busy, they could have contacted me earlier to let me know. Not at 4:30pm. If I had known earlier, I would have driven to a different store myself to get the present.

I am so pleased with this cute chocolate covered strawberry cone. It was the perfect on-the-go gift. Strawberries filled to the top and the staff are so nice. I will be ordering from them again.

Parking is tough. But the fruits and arrangements were fresh. Not much to say. I did not get to try the drink options though. As a note the phone line is often busy so keep trying.

The fact that I ordered an arrangement costing me $145 this morning st 9:30 and it’s now 5:00, hasn’t been delivered and no one will answer the phone. I’ve been on hold twice for longer than 5 mins each just to speak to someone. RIDICULOUS !!!
