What an incredible wine and spirits store! It was my first ever visit and I was blown away by the incredible selection. They even had a taste testing during specific times. It was like walking into a Toys R Us but for beverages for adults. I will definitely have to revisit here whenever Im visiting the west coast again.

All sorts of booze. Just about everything your looking for and those tiny individuals bottles that considered a shot to some.Besides the booze. They carry a wide selection of accessories to help prepare or serve drinks: glasses, strains for those cocktails, stirs, and much more. There are also snacks and greeting cards, birthdays cards, etc. Overall, this place is nice to shop and employees Are helpful and seem to know about the booze there selling.I am convinced this is my go to place to find what I need.No photos at the moment, but I will post some soon to add to this post.

This positive review is long overdue. Last September 2020 I had an amazing store visit with exceptional customer service. I am not very familiar or experienced with alcohol and the manager spent time walking me through the aisles and giving brief tutorials on different products and making suggestions. The store was very clean and handsomely displayed, all the employees were helpful and polite. For anybody looking to host a large gathering or event, I cannot say enough how wonderful and easy Total Wine made the experience.

Like this amazing experience to visit this store they have everything of liquor.

Positively lovely experience shopping in the afternoon. I had never had the occasion to visit your establishment until recently when I was invited to go by a very special friend. Indeed, his tastes in all respects are excellent as your store is very well appointed with an enormous selection of wine, spirits and all the necessary barware, etc to really have a fabulous event of any size. Truly a fine retail setting.

Great selection and very friendly folk. Their layout is bit odd, in my mind, as Irish whiskey was on different aisle than Scotch whisky, but rum, vodka and other stuff was combined on Scotch aisle. Not wrong, per say, just different. Lots of good stuff on sale.

If I need to try a new beer or spirit, I come to this place. The choices seem endless and Its mix and match carriers are the answer to many of difficult moments of indecision. They have cigars as well and even though I know nothing about cigars, other than how to cut and light them, I think Ive been picking some pretty tasty ones. The place is clean and the staff is very helpful. Its even great to come as a group.

In store service is is excellent when they are available, today folks were really available. Dont like the new layout, no rhyme or reason for it except appears to be less wine stocked now.

Vast selection, good prices, and the most helpful and knowledgeable salesperson since time began. I dont usually rate retail stores but this place earns an exception because I was blown away by professional expertise of the staff. Not all the staff, but one dude in particular knows basically everything there is to know about the products being sold and I honestly cannot state how impressed I was.

Always an awesome time. Feel like a kid in a candy store. They got samplings going on again, go try some stuff. Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Happy 4th!

I was at the checkout with all my stuff on the belt ready to pay when my brother text me that they have a really good michelada mix, so I asked the guy if they have any and he said they only have 1 kind but are probably out of stock, so the manager checks on the computer to see if they had any and she said yes theyre on isle 7 left hand side. I asked If I can run and go get it and they said yes no problem. As I was walking up to where the mixers where at, there was a worker already finding the mix for me and grabbed it and handed it to me as I approached him. I was impressed at this level of service.The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra!Theyre always very helpful here and make good suggestion and recommendations.

Best place to look for alcohol. If you dont know where to find something just ask one of the employees they love to help people. Dont know what kind of alcohol to serve at a function just ask them theyll have suggestions

This is such a nice Total Wine & More store. It is so clean and well taken care of, the staff greet you when you come in, everyone is super helpful, its kind of amazing. I came to stock up on some spirits for the holidays. I wanted a bloody mary mix, some Baileys and a vodka. Steve was super helpful and we ended up buying his recommendations of Tower Vodka (91 points! and only $20!) Bloody Gerry mix (local, Venice company, all Natural, double gold awards, $10.99), Kavanaugh Irish Cream (double gold and $13.99). Everything was delicious and really well priced! We got to smell some special spirits they had on display. Were not allowed samples right now but I like how they got creative and allowed spritzing into little disposable cups and you can kind of smell them through your mask. I appreciate the effort and really enjoyed the experience.

I absolutely love this place. If you can think of it, they probably have it. It is also at a great price! Grocery stores charge a premium for their booze because it is a convenience. What ever you buy at a grocery store, I guarantee it is at least a few bucks less at Total Wine.The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They even have tastings for wine, spirits and beer.Be sure to join their rewards club, I save a ton with that alone.

Never been to this store before but stopped in to pick up a bottle of wine. When I got there, I was not greeted and stood at customer service for 3-4 minutes before I finally asked the gentlemen who was just standing there staring at me where do I go to pick up orders 🙄 but Cody came to help me and He and the Manager Justin went about and beyond for me after I told them what happened. Note to anyone in customer service, just acknowledge the customer even if you cant help right away because they obviously came in to spend $$$ on your establishment.

Between Ashley Furniture HomeStore & OshKosh BGosh, Total Wine has vino out of the wazoo. However, I shop here for bourbon & amari. In 2020, I started deep diving into budget (what I refer to as workhorse) bourbon. As a sleep aid, to increase insulin sensitivity, the antioxidants, etc. Rite Aid is the usual shop I go to, but the selection is lacking. At Total Wine & More, their bourbon aisle has a large selection, from small batch micro-distilleries to the ubiquitous Jack & Beam. Basically, all the bases are covered, here.On the hunt for something new, I scoped all the shelves & found Old Forester. I found the entry level OF 86, but the OF 100 was out of stock. In my brief journey into bourbon, I found anything < 90 proof is weak sauce. 90 thru 101 proof is my range. A man, whom I believe was a manager/assistant manager, asked if he could be of assistance. I inquired if there were anymore OF 100 in stock. He searched the inventory gun, found it be in the affirmative, and quickly climbed a ladder to grab a box. Great service!Ive also purchased Ramazzotti amaro at Total Wine. If youre a Dr. Pepper/Coke fan, youll like this. There is a good selection of amari, and I want to try them all. Only the wallet restrains me. BTW, Ive also had Fernet-Branca. I enjoy the complexity, but man, itll put hair on your chest AND your back! Its like mouthwash as bitter as my black heart ;pLocated at the Long Beach Towne Center, Total Wine & More is a better & safer alternative to the dodgy liquor store at the corner. Checkout is usually a breeze, and I can spend a lot time just trying to figure out exactly what I want.Highly recommended!

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Was looking for a specific spirit and while they were sold out at the time, pointed me to something comparable and turned out fantastic. I came back later for the bottle I originally looked for and was in stock next time.

The most expansive selection Ive ever seen. This store is amazing. Incredibly helpful staff, clean and well-maintained store, and just a pleasant experience overall. The prices are also some of the lowest Ive found in SoCal; compared to BevMo, some bottles are half off. I cannot recommend this Total Wine & More location enough.

Horrible service by staff. Extremely rude guy with glasses who was working the register. We spent about an hour looking throughout the store, when we got the register the whole group was carded ?? My sister, 19 years old, was with the group and so they didnt allow any purchase. Ridiculous since there were people with children there.Their website also states nothing similar, simply that anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of legal drinking age.Highly doubtful Ill be going back, wish I could give 0 stars

Holy canolies! Every possible kind of wine and beer ever. A mall of alcohol. We searched for YEARS for a particular beer that grandpa remembered from Hawaii forever ago and found it here! (Had to get it into the suitcase safely but it made it home!) definitely should be a first stop for vacationers in the area! (Not a last stop like we did because I bought too much and my husband had to down what we couldn’t fit in the checked bags and he had an interesting flight) 😅

They have a varieties of wines, Sweets wines are my preference, but they have dry wines as well, Margarita and bunch of varieties for everyone.. Wow! What a fun store! The huge variety of spirits and wine blew us away. We not only found the rare Bacardi flavors we needed, but in large bottles too! Love the vibe and look of the store too.

Horrible experience. We normally love it there but today we were racially profiled.At first it seemed the staff was being super attentive, asking us if we needed any assistance anytime we looked at something. But we we noticed the manager was following us around and yelling out eyes up a few times..... we the misses worked in retail for roughly 17 years. She knew what was going on, and I eventually realized it too. Will never return to the Carson store ever again.
