Ive been in the neighborhood for 3 1/2 years and Franks has been a staple of my experience for sure. Solid prices relative to other spots in the area and the family that runs the place are sweet. Running a liquor store is not an easy job but they always make it a pleasant experience.

The owner told my 70 year old father to leave. My father was trying to get some money out of the ATM and he forgot his pin(LIKE WE ALL HAVE AT ONE POINT AND TIME). He was trying to figure it out then a Korean or a man with some type of Asian background started standing over my father asking what he is doing. My father politely told him he must have forgotten his pin....He left out the store to call his bank to get his pin info but they person on the phone ended up hanging up on my father because there is construction going on where he was, she couldnt hear him. My father went in the store another time to try again. Then the Asian guy in the store came over and told my father he was wasting the paper in the machine???? and then told him to leave!! My father said he wasnt doing anything which he wasnt. But my father left anyway before things could escalate. My father is a well respected elder who still works full time. If you cant understand people may forget their pin sometimes then maybe you should have an ATM. Dont worry you will have less people that our in my community patronizing your store!!

Treats the locals like family, always service with a smile. They have obscure items, from playing cards to charcoal. Cheap wine, cold beverages and other items, even caters to desires, as in having sour straws on deck, for my kid sister, And I love the decor and prices are decent, especially for being along my dog walking clients routes

Seems to have everything and very well stocked. Always got all the smaller bottles and I like the fact that they keep up with the stock especially on the club drinks. You know like the long island iced teas and screwdrivers. But there is much to demand from their customer services. Very rude and abrasive to the point that I had stopped going there for over 2 years, but in all fairness this might be due to the rough crown that they deal with on a daily basis. Management needs to clean the store and at lease afford air-conditioning in the heights of summer...God its gets hot and smelly in there!!
