Our go-to range! Great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciate the zero tolerance for intoxication since legal cannabis has been problematic at some ranges Ive been to. The only downside is that it can be super humid in the indoor range. Be ready to sweat. 🤣I love that theres all types of people that come here. All ages, genders, ethnicities, and skill levels. Its a super welcoming atmosphere for everyone!

Walked out very upset because no one asked us if we wanted anyhelp at all customer service very poor i had very good word on this place but it was the worst i had to ask if some one cam please help me and the lady there was like im busy then she asked a short white man to help us he gave a smurk like im busy as well . I would understand maybe that attitude if i wanted to buy a box of ammo may spend 50 dollars but no i was going to spend no more 1 500 is what i had set in my mind the guy had really bad attitude to start of with and was not helpfull at all

Definitely will be back. Vanessa (clerk ID 126 ) was very knowledgeable about the gun I wanted. Prices are definitely reasonable and my background came back within 3hrs., I was told it can take up to 24hrs. Im happy with my purchase and all around happy with the shop! I definitely will be back!

Really nice selection of things lots of ar 30 rounders of all kinds! And they have good extended mags for glocks which they would carry more of a selection tho overall really nice shop the lady by the ammo helped me and she was very nice and definitely did not discriminate at all! Absolutely one of the best selections in town! A wide variety of hard to find handguns and entry level to exceptional AR rifles. Plenty of accessories, optics, lights and holsters.... beware if you bring a lot of cash or credit card with you, you’ll definitely end up finding something you weren’t looking for but had to have! Staff are always asking “may I help you”😬 busy place but that says something about it! Highly recommend! Have purchased many firearms for there over the past few years and will continue to do so! The range is fantastic and easy to use!

Anyone who needs to get their firearm inspected either for professional use or personal. Do not come here, the company i work for sends its guys here for firearm inspections and they fail almost everyone. I thought that was a bit suspicious so I went to someone else for second a opinion and passed. I dont know what kind of machine theyre using or if its properly calibrated but people keep telling me not to go to discount firearm. Plus the customer service is horrible, no one is paying attention to customers and when you do finally get someones attention they act like theyre doing you the worlds biggest favor and speak to you and customers over the phone in a condescending tone. That along with unreasonable prices makes discount firearm the worst place to go.

Cant let you hold guns you cant buy.... Everyone you advertise too off the strip. Almost all the people that visit are out of state or out of country didnt make sense so we left. Also letting my wife know that she lets her hold a gun she could possibly walkout with it.

I don’t know why so many people are saying they a rude....not a single issue, they were very cool. Biggest issue is figuring out how to use the keypad to set target distance...it’s not posed. Other than that, they have a good selection of paper targets for $1.50 each and charge $5/30 mins to shoot. My business associates loved it, lots of fun, especially if you want to shot a big gun. Recommend bringing eyes, ears, your own oil and a flat head for jams.....

I do not recommend anyone go to this place to buy their weapons for ammunition. If you pay their $25 for a background check and you dont get approved but you already have put money on anything they are going to keep 25% of the money that you put on whatever it was you were going to buy. And they wont tell you this upfront theyll wait till your background check is denied then theyll tell you.

Discount Firearms is great. I went in expecting them to sell guns and ammo. But as it turns out, its actually a hardware store! The great salesmen there helped me pick out the best pair of shears to trim my hedges in the front yard. Thank you discount firearms and ammo! Great selection but horrible customer service. Had to stand outside in 54 degree weather for almost 5 minutes to get in and then waited inside for about 15 before I realized no one was going to help me, even though I stood in front of the counter as directed. It felt like I was waiting for an imaginary friend who was mad at me and didnt want to talk. You can stare them dead in the face as they walk past you and they wont even acknowledge your presence. The only person who talked to me the entire time I was there was the young black guy working the door. He was very nice. Everyone else. Cant even answer that question. No one ever said a word to me.If you have time to kill and dont want to wait on something to ship online, this place might be helpful but if the experience I had today was average, Id head elsewhere. I was going to go full Karen and ask for a manager but that would have required someone to actually give a damn in this place. If you want a helpful and friendly experience while you make a big purchase, go somewhere that will appreciate it. Sad too, because I just got done telling everyone about the great deals they had on ARs and now I have to redirect that traffic.

Great experience here. It was a rainy day, one of the employees came outside with an umbrella to help my girlfriend. Friendly staff, range was great, prices were on point. Will come back again. Terrible.Walked in and was asked what do you need at the door. Then told it would take around 2 weeks for them to process a ffl from an online store. When i asked why he handed me a business card and said have a good day. Acted like he had no time for me while he was sitting at an empty table.Went to one if the many other gun shops in town and had my ffl processed in 24 hours. Spent my 1000 there instead.Pass on this dump

Not only is it a firing range, but a fully equipped gun store!The people here love what they do and really go out of their way to give you an exceptional experience. We had Scott and he could tell we wanted to know the ins and outs of high-powered firearms, and he went above and beyond and explained things that normal visitors would miss out because they just want to fire a gun.You can go anywhere else in Vegas just to fire a gun but here, you get the full experience at a really good price. So good that we tipped not only our instructor but the driver who picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off. All for free!The whole experience for us took, from pickup to drop off - around 1.5 hours.They will take photos for you, let you take photos and videos, you can pose with weapons and you will leave feeling buzzing.Ask to shoot a .50 cal desert eagle. OMG the biggest handgun ever. Has no real world use but its like shooting a canon.They have HEAPS of different packages. We chose the 2nd Amendment package with the desert eagle option.Will definitely be back again for the works package!

I do NOT recommend going to this store. I went to this store because the two locations before I went there had a horrible selection.I went in to find a new weapon that i could use for CCW. They had plenty of options for this but the Sales person only recommended ones that were sold out. They wont sell ammo unless you buy a firearm and only 1 box of 50. The sales person I worked with couldnt find any .40 pistols outside the Glock category. I ultimately decided to buy a H&K VP 9 and the one I got was used (I cleaned more carbon off the H&K than my AR-15 5.56 we just took to the range an shot 100s of rounds). Yet they charged me full price for a new one.Do NOT trust this place unless you are willing to break down the weapons in front of the sales team.

Dont shop here during the gun shortage. They mandate that you sign a form saying no refunds if your Brady check goes on hold. They dont mention that being on hold or coming back inconclusive that your hold could take from 90 days to a year. Basically taking your money and collecting interest on the sale. So when you walked through the door and wonder why theyre the only place in town with so many guns, now you know why. Youve been warned.

I bought a gun here a few months ago and their customer service do kinda suck... I ask questions and they did answer them but I felt they were more annoyed by them... I just started collecting guns, I tend to by 1 once a year... there are worse places then this but also better places then this when it comes to customer service. I gave other places 1 stars and others 5, this one is in the middle.

How is the store called Discount firearms but dont offer discounts to veterans?

Me and my fiancé just went to get our first guns bought a pistol and a rifle, not sure why there’s so many bad reviews because we were well informed our sales person was friendly and a jokesters and well informed as well our friend even picked up an application for them too! They were professional and quick serviced and we are no ccw carriers and we still got good service and good sales we were given the prices that were already listed on the price tickets so there was no wiggle room for the prices so I’m not sure what “deals” these other people were getting. We were even told when guns were more buck than bullet, and the guns were pricey for no reason and made good well informed decisions with our sales person. Our background checks even came back same day we pick them up tmrw! I’ll be sure to come back for some more firearms for myself as well!

Very judgmental of a man with tattoos as soon as I walk in the door (serving customers who had walked in after myself, being very short with me as I’m trying to make a purchase to go have conversations with people who they assume who have more money I guess), this store has sold me firearms with out having to wait 3 days every time in the past (I’ve had 3 prior purchases from the paradise location), I guess they are starting to comply with anti gun group agendas. Also they are beginning to hire people who aren’t very knowledgeable on firearms. I will not be returning until they go back to their original policies.

I purchased a 9mm with my credit card and Discount Firearms processed my background check in October 2020, which required additional time, resources, and expungement because of a $35.00 bounced check that happened in another state over 50-years ago. While waiting for the paperwork to clear, I personally went back to Discount Firearms a few times to make sure the 9mm wouldn’t get lost in inventory, or the paperwork being separated from the weapon and sold to someone else. I went back again (January 2021) and was told by the manager (Keith) that they changed their policy and he wouldnt hold it any longer. He charged me a 25% restocking fee and refunded the difference to my credit card. He was arrogant and demeaning by making personal comments about my ethical character regarding the bounced check over 50-years ago, without knowing anything about the circumstances. I should have turned and walked, because the gun was paid for, which would have forced Discount Firearms to hold it, especially with nothing on my receipt stating a holding timeframe (it only states 30-days for lay-away’s, there’s nothing about direct purchases); then I could have sued him for selling my purchased weapon to someone else after my paperwork clears. But Discount Firearms takes full advantage of their 25% restocking fee, then they increase their profit margins by selling that same weapon to someone else rather than providing a higher standard of customer service to those waiting for their background paperwork to clear. So a word of advice, DO NOT PURCHASE A WEAPON OF ANY KIND FROM DISCOUNT FIREARMS UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE AN APPROVED BACKGROUND CHECK OR A CCW. Better yet, shop around and spend your weapon, ammo & accessories money with other weapon businesses that operate more ethically and offer a higher standard of customer service.

Just left this place. Customers service was good but the lady at the front didnt let me know or ask what kind of firearm I was bringing in. They dont let you shoot shotguns at this place. Now I dont know exactly if it says on there web site if shotguns are not allowed but I was able to shoot 15 shots before they said something and on top of that, they still charged me the full price and I was only there 17 minutes. Oh well, screw over the locals who spend money when it was half of their fault for not checking my firearm.

Told me they were closed early at 4:35pm on Wednesday April 14th, 2021. As I was sitting on yhe stairs another person came up to the door with 10 minutes, they let that person in. Their closing time is 5pm. Guess my business wasnt really important to them. Horrible SELECTIVE customer service.

Please be cautious when buying from this establishment or even avoid them if you can.I purchased a fire arm from this establishment. When it was ready for pick up I brought it home and In the same day realized it was not working. (The rounds would not load into the chamber. They kept getting stuck)You are not able to test out your purchase before you buy because then it would be a used gun If you decided not to buy. So there is no way of knowing there would be an issue.I returned it to the store on the same day and the manger tested it out and AGREED it was not working. However he would not let me exchange it for a new one or even let me pay extra to upgrade to a different one.They offer to buy it back for $100 which is a slap in the face offer considering I spent well over $450. Poor business etiquette, go somewhere else if you can.

Expect long lines, outside in the heat. Some of the sales people are friendly others are arrogant and difficult.I have a lot of experience here, probably purchased a dozen guns in the past. I brought two guns in for consignment, when they sold they issued me a check. Their bank refused to cash the check.Very annoying. Plenty of other shops in town who will appreciate your business and treat you with respect.

I have been here several times and have always had a great experience! Staff is friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. They have a decent sized range with plenty of distance to play with. Prices are very competitive. Eye and Ear protection are offered as well.

I went in on Thanksgiving weekend last year to purchase hand gun. After the short older man with a mustache came to help me I asked him about a single stack .40 he showed me one gave me no information about it and why it was worth the price. The. I asked if he had something else he said nope and walked away. This was going to be my first handgun purchase in 20 plus years and he turned me off.Then my ended up purchasing targets but the woman at the cash register couldn’t be bothered by any questions. I for the life of me can’t figure out how they have any positive reviews. I have since purchased three handguns in three different calibers.

The lady at the front dest was rude. She’s got to be related to the owners. I felt totally unwelcome, like I was a burden. The have extremely biased ways to issue lanes. The prices are high too. The place is clean and well organized and i saw i lot of weapons that caught my eye but id rather purchase firearms elsewhere. The place it top of the like, the only thing missing is someone pleasant at the front counter. Use your passport or something other than a local id because visitors are treated extremely well compared to the local patrons.

I’ve bought a ton of firearms and ammo from this place. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and are great to deal with. They know me by name now and acknowledge me every time I come in, so the customer service aspect is there for sure.

Went in with my son to look at an AK variant to possibly purchase. We had over $800 with us, and were totally ignored walking by the counter quite a few times in front of sales reps that were not helping others. They acted too good for our money, so we left with it. Hell with that, that is not service.

One of few place that has most of competition pistol/ high end pistol. Price is one of the cheapest in the Vegas. They are mostly appointment base but walk-in is possible but need to wait. They were honest and not force to buy certain brand like other gun shop.

First time as an adult in Vegas, as an Australian Id love to fire a gun, I can do so at home but there are lots of hoops, which is a good thing. So I thought why not if Im here. Googled firing ranges and this one was the second option, so I looked at the website and judging by the website design alone, I knew this was a good place.They have multiple packages where you can try a variety of guns, shotguns, machine guns, pistols and even a 50 cal rifle. I opted for the most popular package as it was my first time firing a gun, didnt want to start to strong.When I got there registering was very easy, got given a large card with all the packets on it. Very easy to see the prices and what guns Id be firing. I was told to pick up 2 target papers and wait for my instructor. Didnt have to wait long at all, my instructor (big john) was just finishing up with a couple ahead of me. He was a very nice, chatty man. He asked a lot of questions about me and genuinely wanted to get to know me as a person rather than a customer, which was very nice.After I fired all the guns, he asked me if I wanted some pictures of me holding the guns. Then after that as I was leaving he told me about some places I should go for dinner, and to check out, as I was a visitor in Vegas. They also have a free pick up and drop off shuttle service to anywhere in Vegas, which is very handy.Overall I was very happy with the service and big John as well. Would definitely recommend any out of towner go there for your shooting needs.

Absolutely Amazing experience!! Sean helped us out and was super helpful. I went in for 1 garter holster and ended up buying a 2 pack of the garter holster and a sticky holster. He did a fantastic job explaining them to me and how easy they were to use. I absolutely recommend them. We live in Arizona but may drive to this store for all of our future firearm accessory purchases.

This place is great for buying a gun. They will help anybody coming in to buy a gun. But when i had an issue with my background check and went in for a refund waited 25min longer than new customers coming in. They could help if i wanted to buy a gun if i needed a refund i had to wait.

Doesn’t live up to its own name. MSRP pricing here and they discriminate against non CCW buyers. I was there for 10 minutes, agreed on a price with the sales person(who got approval from the manager). Upon discovering I was not CCW, the manager reneged and said deal was off the table. Pretty poor way to conduct a business, but like they told me, “these are different times.” Well, these “times” will pass, and buyers like me will remember how you treated us(over $45. lol). Great Instructors!! Chairs could be improved.Good honest class to really learn about conceal carry permit laws. Would’ve been 5 star but my 4 hour renewal class was really like 8 hours. I recommend to let renewals leave before lunch and not to have lunch come back and to finish.
