I was referred by my husband, because he had such good experience. So I went in by myself to purchase my very first firearm. I was so nervous going in without my husband, but I had great customer service from beginning to end. You can even call them on the phone, and the customer service is exactly the same as if you were there in person. I called last week inquiring about a firearm, and I put my name on a list. I got a call today telling me that they had it in, and would hold it for me if I was still interested. I was sooo happy to get the call, and so appreciative for the excellent customer service! I’ve called around to other gun stores, and they mostly couldn’t be bothered to answer my inquiry’s, and just told me to check their website! It doesn’t matter who helps you, they are all super nice, and very helpful! My husband and I, will always be a loyal customer! I have been buying from Freedom ever since moving from Honolulu 3yrs ago. Ive bought from several other shops, but the bulk of my firearms purchases come from Freedom. This place is amazing. I recently moved to Vegas and saw this place close to where I live went in and was instantly welcomed. Being new to the state there was a lot of info I needed and they have helped me along the way. I have went here so many times in the last few months they know me by name but I have bought everything I own at this store and if it was private I did my transfers which happened in within a few hours. Always helpful, reasonable and they take care of everyone. Customer service is A1 and they have a ton of products to choose from including the extras you need.

I’m from out of town and visit Freedom Firearms twice a year. Where I’m from we have great gun stores but still come short when it comes to very nice, high end accessories and certain firearm brands. Usually I’m forced to order online in most cases. What I love about this place is they have everything you need to kit out a serious firearm and then some! You can see every new gadget and gizmo in person, helped by an excellent, friendly, and NON-PRETENTIOUS group of people that make you feel welcomed into their store. I can tell they actually care because they recognize me every time I come to visit and ask me how I’ve been since my last visit. A very rare thing in this industry. I will continue to visit and shop with Freedom Firearms every time I visit Las Vegas. If you are in the market for a nice firearm with ALL of the whistle and bells, I highly recommend making them your first stop.

Tall Alex was very helpful! He definitely knows his weapons! I was able to get a lot of information on the AR Pistol I picked up. He took his time to explain the details and the laws behind it. As AR Pistols are the thing to get nowadays but there are limitations that you can’t and can do to them. The process of the purchase was smooth. The forms are easy and he explained how to do them if you get stuck he said wait he will assist you. Definitely will go back to Freedom Firearms to purchase my next toy. This store is awesome! I just walked in to have a look when one of the employees asked me if I needed anything. This was different than my normal gun store experience so I asked if he had a pistol brace. He ran it down for me and I was out in short order. Also the brace was competitivly priced with what you could find on the internet.Overall it was a great experience shopping here and I will go back to purchase a pistol soon!Update** I went back and bought that pistol! Same great experience and they got me a huge discount for the firearm I bought. Cant recommend this place enough!

This place was absolutely amazing. I live in the north east side and drove all the way there because of the reviews. The gentleman helping me was extremely helpful and attentive. He listened to everything I wanted and didnt want for my handgun. Most places just look at me and think I dont know anything because Im a woman and point to the little pink gun section. But he was entirely the opposite and had a great conversation with me showed me different types with what I liked and together we found my perfect gun. He made the process so easy and welcoming. Refused to return wrong Gas block, even made claims the packaging was ‘destroyed’ It has a small tear from when I opened it. Staff member went to LaLa land after pointing to the back wall. I handed him the gas block and asked “Will this work” I was treated rudely upon my return. Jonathan was a more important customer. I have my own business, this product isn’t destroyed and if I sold gun parts and the like, I wouldn’t have an issue selling this item.

This is the only shop you need to visit. It’s the first place I checked out when I moved here. I also tried a bunch of other well known shops close to the strip and not. These guys have pretty much exactly what I want I need, for the price they’re supposed to sell. No “tax included” but inflated BS. Small items, components and completes. I won’t go anywhere else. I even used them for a transfer and just like my lower purchase, I got a call early the next morning that my background had cleared and I had my pieces in hand an hour later. They’re also perfectly knowledgeable and not afraid to let you see what they’re talking about.
