I really like this store. They honored a warranty on a battery that I purchased 2 years ago and installed it in the parking lot. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Staff are not friendly, they are not willing to help you find the parts youre looking for. They just tell go to that section. Never I will have their business again. Ill drive farther for better customer service.

I can’t speak to the general staff here or the products sold because I left as quickly as possible after an unpleasant interaction with one of the employees. It was Friday at lunchtime, mostly empty parking lot (although people were parked awkwardly spaced out) and I went in to ask if we could park our travel trailer for 1 hour in their lot because we had a blowout on the highway and the tire shop next door didn’t have space to park the trailer. The woman was very rude and dismissive. She said the trailer would block her customers (not true - it takes 3 spaces, max). But I guess the joke was on her, she lost me as a customer as I had intended to buy several hundred dollars worth of items which pretty sure would have boosted her numbers for the day…I don’t know if that should dissuade anyone from shopping here but travelers beware. Not a hospitable place if you are having a problem.

If you ever need help, come here to this location and ask for Jaysen! He just saved me from spending money I didnt need to spend! AND saved me from getting a ticket. Thank you Jaysen!!!!!!! You have DEFINITELY earned my business!

These people are amazing at this location. I had a frustratingly difficult time with my car and had to return to the store many times and each time they were friendly and helpful. Despite my ordeal, I never felt like a burden or a nuisance and that above all was so greatly appreciated.

Bought a Tumblr set and keys that I did not need ended up getting a steering column with the key already attached tried to return it the lady took it out of the box walk to the back wherever she went and came back and said this has been installed I told her it was not installed it said in the box in my truck she said its been installed look right here and would not return me my money lost a customer

They had what I was looking for and the cashier was courteous.I was there yesterday, and several times this year, not just “last year” as stated by Google Maps.

Above and beyond good service.My truck battery died will traveling.The roadside assistance fellow said to go to Autozone for a new battery even though there was an OReilly across the street.I am so glad I came here. I didnt have tools with me to change my battery. Arturo actually helped me changed it!Because of the amazing service of Arturo, I give this place 5 stars and I would give bonus stars if I could.To the powers that be at Autozone: you have an excellent employee in Arturo. You should train him for more responsibility and use him to train others stores, because with service like this you could rule the world.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I went there for parts that I needed for the following day, I waited in line forever and once I got to the counter the man was talking to his coworker and laughing not really listening to my request. He makes a call to another Auto Zone to see if they have my part which he asked about the wrong part and starts laughing with his coworker again. I just walked out, so unprofessional and disorganized. Wont be going to this Auto Zone again!

Usually when I go its really not that busy but for some strange reason when I went it was crowded but as usual they always have exactly what I need the staff was friendly so no complaints there just say need to make sure during busy times that they have enough staff to cover the influx of people that is coming in

Two weeks ago I bought 3 gallons of antifreeze here for a change that I made to my brothers car I only used 2 and today I went to return the one that was extra and when the cashier checked the gallon the seal was open and to my surprise it had oil used I had only waited so long to return it in case I needed more and when I finished fixing my brothers car I put it in my car so there is no way someone could have changed it. what a shame it gave me when the cashier opened it and the seal was open and not the correct fluid

Bought a set of durlast brake pads for 2013 Volkswagen cc. When i went to swap them under duralast lifetime warranty the manager told me they werent in the system under my number tried several times and nothing. He told me to go to original location i bought them did that and location said they would just bring parts when i arrived they told me i had to come back 30min for store manager when i had just spoke to them on phone they said she was there come down. To make a long story short i went to 3 locations for a set of pads that should of been in the system under warranty. They havent swapped to this day do not shop here.

This is one auto zone I really like!! I can go in and buy wipers for my truck and they are kind enough to put them on..I havent purchased them for awhile...I remember buying them for 35.00Not now they are 60.00They do have knowledge of most any part you may need..my mechanic normally takes care of my automobiles for anything...😃

I went to look for a car battery, I have to do a decent line, the personnel was very efficient and found the right battery that I was looking for.

Bought new battety 178 last week then battery died after 1 week had to get a recharge. My wife pick it up but no one bother to help. Front counter staff should help all especially females. That battery was very heavy and another customer had to help her. Im very upset at this location.

AutoZone usually has what youre looking for unless its some specialty item and even then they just might have it, this particular location is pretty good the staff here is friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend stopping by this location if youre looking for auto stuff. Check them out.

Duralast parts....Lifetime Warranty. Free Diagnostic Tests and you dont have to buy anything. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, the prices very reasonable too

Every time I come to this store, I either get I cant, dont know or we dont do that. Ive asked for tools that AutoZone supposedly loans out, its only for specialty tools. You can buy the tool you need, return it and its like you were loaned the tool. Today, I was looking for a 12v toggle switch and when I asked the guy, he said I dont know, I guess. Me: is there anyway to find out? Him: yeah if you have a voltmeter we can check it, I dont have one, but you have one in your truck, we can check it. As were standing in the middle of a fully stocked auto parts store, with several types of voltmeters hanging up on the wall.

Called and asked about parts availability as they are just a few blocks from my house, they said they had the part I needed... when I arrived there was only one person at the register and the line was almost out the door. When I finally was able to talk to someone about the part I needed, I was told that I was wrong and the part wasnt available it had to be ordered. The manager all but called me a liar... will never in my life time return to this location

Lazy staff, to include manager on duty. I just needed to dump some used oil. That doesnt even require involvement from the staff! But they were toobusy to show me where the container was... Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
