Its an ok store. If you can get in when they are open. Seems like this is just a hobby for them and not a real job. Seems like they are never open. Tried to stop in at 12:15 in the afternoon and its closed, on a weekday!!

This store is horrible. Everything from product knowledge to customer service. I started only using them when in a pinch but I wont even do that anymore. Save your time and go anywhere else.

Best grow store in 100 miles by far

I made purchase based on inaccurate information from employee. After realizing the information was wrong and I could not use the purchased items the employee admitted fault. I assumed I could exchange product but the owner chose not to honor the exchange even after admitting it was their mistake. The owner “ALEX” Is extremely unprofessional. They have lost a loyal customer.

This place always comes in clutch! The staff here is ALWAYS friendly, extremely knowledgable and not to mention helpful. If you are unsure where to get started in your garden, make a smart stop here and get growing!

Curbside only but no one answers the phone. Mailbox is full & has been the last dozen times I’ve called.

These guys are always friendly, always helpful and the prices cant be beaten, they are lower on everything I buy than any other store in lansing.
