Lucas and his team are great. This young man inherited the family business from his Grandpa and is doing great making it work in the 21st century. I bought my wifes wedding ring from another large jeweler whose name starts with a Z. Anyway after 12 years she lost the diamond. Lucas and his team got us a new diamond, mounted it, and fused the engagement ring to the wedding band all for under $300.00. Id definitely recommend Su Casa to anyone in the Greater Lansing Area and Ill definitely go back! Great work Lucas and team!

I love this place! Lucas is a great guy. He treats you like a person and not a sale. He even remembered I love deer heart and had one waiting for me when I came to pick up a jewelry repair the other day. I have purchased jewelry and gemstones, had rings resized and a gold chain repaired. Their prices are very competitive, especially for repair work. Theyll always have my business.

I had the most wonderful experience and service at Su Casa, quite possibly the best service I’ve ever had, and truly genuine care! I went it to have two rings resized, hoping it would be possible to have them done before I move in the morning. The owner assured me theyd be done before 5 but I knew I wouldn’t have time to pick them up so he happily said he could mail but it wasn’t necessary because he had them done just a couple hours after dropping off the rings! I couldn’t be more thankful, they are beautiful and I’m so much better condition! Thank you so much!!

With specific vision in mind, I spent some weeks this summer perusing local Jewelers looking to create an engagement ring for my now fiance. After finding and buying the stone that truly encapsulates her and deciding to stretch my limit, I spoke to quite a few Jewelers nearby and kept receiving the same boring pitch about CNC machined rings and perfection and Id already decided I wanted a hand-carved ring set from wax and to the specifications Id thought up and drawn out, not another same-as band with little character that could be found on hundreds of other ring fingers throughout the lands.Lucas took my idea seriously and showed me some examples of rings they had crafted using the lost wax technique. After some back and forth, we worked together to hone in my design and bring it to reality. Took about two weeks as Id expect for the amount of detail, and I was floored when I first saw it as my fiance was when I gave it to her.Her finger is a little smaller than Id estimated, but Lucas resized the ring a full size down and made it look as if it had never been altered, quite the work considering the handmade nature and significant detail of the band.If youre like me and you want discerning work, look no further. Theyve also got some great and unique smoking accessories in the boutique room. I picked up a Petoskey stone carved piece on my birthday with a generous discount.High quality and attention to detail.

The customer service is terrible. I was referred to this place by a coworker and I was not pleased at all. I wanted a custom ring made and sent my ideas over to Lucas via email as he requested. Took him about a week to respond, then he told me he would have something drawn up two days later. Gave him 3 days and he did not have anything drawn up. Called about the custom piece and he still did not have anything ready. So it took about two weeks of going back and forth with him for no sketch. Only after I made it clear that I was tired of the runaround they were giving me did he say he could have something drawn up and ready in two days. I took my business elsewhere! I will not chase you to give you my money. Especially when I was more than willing to pay whatever quote they were giving me! They missed out on a $1500 dollar sale just for terrible customer service! Would not recommend this business to anyone! SMH terrible!

You cant return unused or unopened products. Looked at reviews for the product they sold me and found out it was twice as much as walmart had it priced. Looked up reviews for the product online when I came home and the reviews were horrible, many stating the product doesnt work. Never going there again!

Eh, WAY overpriced. The Haven has pretty much everything half the price as these guys, plus they are way cooler and know what they are talking about.
