Love this Biggby. U never wait long. And they always have a BOGO (buy one get one free) coupon available on fb. So cant go wrong with that. Staff is always cool and quick.My only gripe is its only drive thru. Ugh. Oh well. Better then nothing.

The electronic door opener at this Biggby has been out of order for over six months. I have contacted Biggby headquarters multiple times about this issue, and nothing has been done to address it. While there is a ramp and handicapped parking spots, lack of an electronic door opener means this Biggby is not accessible to people with disabilities. This is a clear violation of the ADA, and is discrimination against people with disabilities. I would give zero stars if I could.

The barista Kirsten was working the window today with exceptional customer service and a charming smile. As a bonus, the coffee was free.

I absolutely love love love this coffee shop. Not only can you get just about any concoction you could ever think of but you can also get it low to no sugar, and skim. They’re always really friendly and helpful if you can’t decide. The food is great too! Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Lansing!

Ordered a red bull freeze and they just gave me sugar free and didnt have sense to ask if that was okay. And when I asked if she used sugar free she replied yes thats all we had up front. 😡😡😡😡

Slowest Biggby in the area by far. Need more than one person working as that just isn’t enough. Have also gone multiple times and been told they were out of lids, out of certain size cups, out of certain flavors. Seems like no one takes the time there to do inventory and just waits until things run out to buy more. Better Biggbys out there for sure.

This Biggby has friendly staff and it’s close by my place so I visit frequently. It’s usually not very busy inside. The seating isn’t the comfiest but I have no major complaints about it. The staff are always chatty and friendly, which I like.

I love this location for a meeting/studying. Its quiet and the staff are lovely.

This Biggby has a drive thru which is really nice. Only problem is it sometimes backs up into the street. Be careful people!, And watch for on coming traffic.

The servers are very nice and attentive. That always even when busy make my tea and are very friendly.

Ill always stop at a Biggby Coffee rather than a Starbucks. The products they sell are of a higher quality.

Everything was good just a little slow at drive through.

The drinks are good, but I have never been so rudely treated by a biggby staff member before. I ordered a drink that normally doesnt come with whip, but I wanted it with whip. When I order whip I always order extra. When I was handed my drink without whip I said oh I asked for extra whip please the response I got was This drink doesnt even come with whip so I dont know what youre talking about in an extremely rude aggressive tone of voice. This worker working the drive through had been rude the entire transaction but the final snotty comment is what cost your company our future business.

Very slow. Only 1 person working. My banana berry smoothie tasted like banana and ice, not enough strawberry to even taste it. Disappointed!

Warning, this is long but the devil is in the details!I went here on a mid afternoon weekday and service was horrible in drive through. I spent 20 minutes in line 10 Mins of which were waiting in line for two cars ahead of me. When I get to window I soon discovered why the wait was so long. There is a middle aged man who is either brand new or just doesn’t give a damn, either way he should NOT be running drive through as multi tasking is impossible for him. I ordered an iced latte with a milk substitute which wasn’t difficult at all. It took him forever to make it and when he finally presented it I could tell it wasn’t right based on the color. While he ran my bank card I took a sip and instantly confirmed it was made with regular milk and not the substitute as I requested.He returns with my card and I ask him if this was made with the milk substitute and he then with a puzzled look takes the cup and disappears for another 2 mins. He returns and asks “what did you order again” and at this point I try to maintain my composure as I have been at this damn window over 5 Mins and was regretting my decision to try this location. He returns at some point with the correct drink. I ask for my receipt from the original purchase and he scrambles again for a period of time. He then returns and asks for my card AGAIN?! at this point I’m puzzled and ask him why? He says “oh I didn’t run the transaction correctly”. More scrambling and more time passes, at some point another woman comes to the rescue and I’m finally given my card back and one receipt. I demand the receipt from the originally transaction as well. More scrambling occurs.Meanwhile I check my bank app on my phone and see two transactions pending for the same amount. I ask them both what’s going on and they lie and tell me I will not be charged at all, I advise them my bank account shows otherwise. More scrambling and more time and they finally produce two receipts but one has someone else card number so it’s not even mine WTF...I advise them of this and more time and more scrambling. The woman finally indicates she fixed the issue and provided me with a proper receipt. I asked for manager info in the event the transaction doesn’t clear correctly and at this point she indicated she was the manager (plot twist indeed). I then left as it had been a solid 10 Mins at the window for one damn drink and was beyond irritated.I will NEVER return here and it’s the worst Biggby I have been to in the entire state and I have been to several locations in Lansing area and other cities throughout the state. They could benefit from proper drive through training and customer service. My drink should have been free considering my time wasted as well as the errors on their end. Further, when I left and stirred my drink it was awful in quality and I ended up dumping it ALL!!! :0I am a reasonably patient person, and a busy professional. I rarely write long reviews but this one was worth the time to share the awful experience.

One of the better and friendlier buggy in Lansing. Would get 5 stars but its store owner is evil and everyone should ask who the buggy is owned by.

My order is wrong EVERY time I go to this location! I only go because it is the closest one to where I work and people gave me gift cards. Ill just throw the rest of the gift cards away...its practically what Im doing if I go here anyway.

After a few crappy experiences at Bigby, I was ready to give up on them. I decided to try again and have since been pleased. ( This store in particular) They have been doing a great job. A lovely young lady named Rose has been kicking ass in there and has whipped that place into shape. She is super nice, friendly and cares about my coffee. This morning in particular I saw her pull in and run back into the store after getting supplies from a different store. She has a bright future wherever it may lead, but I hope she is there for a while. Bigby needs more employees like her.

I get a Biggby coffee every day. (love them)..Sometimes twice, but the drive thrus are very slow. Haslet (the worse)and East Lansing)Sometimes wait 10 minutes. Im a tipper and I wont tip anymore because of the slow service. No reason for it. Understaffed. So Ive cut down to only a couple times a week. Wait is too long.

Overpriced but decent drinks, although their espresso could be stronger. Usually friendly staff. Good location right by the Brody neighborhood of MSU.

Friendly staff, good coffee, good food, okay prices. A bit more pricey than Id like, but I keep going so that should say something about the quality and service! Ive rarely had a bad experience here and some of the baristas recognize me and will casually chat even in the drive thru. Worth stopping by if youre in the area and looking for a great cup of coffee or snack. I love their bragel bagel sandwiches!

Dirty. Slow. Disorganized. Dirty. Broken equipment. Did I mention dirty? The worst Biggby Ive ever been to, BY FAR!! Youre within walking distance of Sears, go get a toaster... its called service and you chose to be in the Service Industry.

Service was drive thru oriented. Walked in and was told one moment and then I proceeded to wait for more than 5 without anyone taking my order. Had I gone through the drive thru I may have gotten my order taken faster. Wish I could say the coffee was good but I had to leave before I stood there for another 5 mins.

Decent coffee. Noticed two issues while in this location that left me perturbed. Choose any other biggby besides this location. One barista was using the bathroom when I entered, leaving a small line of two or three people. No big deal. When she came out she immediately threw on an apron and started making drinks. Definitely against health code to do this. Still not a very big deal. The issue that left the worst taste in my mouth was the customer service. Very RUDE. For me, it wasnt bad, or good for that matter. My issue was how they handled the next guest in line. A lady and her kid came in, obviously hadnt been to biggby and the barista was extremely abrasive with her. She asked for a large iced coffee with light ice. Obviously she was trying to get more bang for her buck, not that big of an issue but definitely annoying for the barista. After she had left the one barista made a comment about the lady that I couldnt hear. The other barista went on to talk about how she was scamming them and they hate customers like that. This conversation took place in front within ear shot of the other 10 guests in the store.
