I bought a sofa and loveseat in March of 2020..by August of 2021 they are both sagging and out of shape. I bought the extra protection on them and now after waiting 3 months..they are saying that its taking six months get replacement cushions..and over 3 months to have someone come out and fix the sagging frame. Which if they were selling quality furniture..never would have happened to begin with. $1500 on a sofa and loveseat that really only lasted a year. The staff has been nothing but pleasent.

This is just another place that is designed to take your money theyre worse than the bank if you dont make a payment like the mob theyll put a hit out on your furniture come repo it youre better off just saving your money and go buy the stuff brand new cuz they charge three times more than what it cost and if you miss a payment youre in trouble dont fall for this place its all a scam cant believe places like this still exist

Staff is very polite and helpful. Keep the delivery time or call to say running a few minutes late. One lamp shade is supposed to be replaced havent heard anything about that but Im sure they will. I have several items I rent from them and they are top quality. This is a photo of one thing I rent.

Kathleen Albany was very nice she helped me get the items that I wanted and she did everything in her power to get my stuff delivered on time she makes me laugh so hard she is very sweet and out going down to earth let her help you with your next order you wont be disappointed Shes really a really awesome lady! thanks Kathleen Again

Terrible experience renting from them. Very unorganized. Did not even leave the owners manual with the TV they FINALLY brought me after paying on it for 1 1/2 weeks. Very unhappy with the service I have received from this location.

I have been a long time renter at this store. They have helped me and my husband a few times with our payments everyone is super nice and friendly.

Not very happy already!!! Was asked if i would be home all day.. That they close at 7.. But my stuff will be on the truck and delivered today... Well giving benefit of the doubt here it is 10 pm and nothing delivered.. I work 6 days a week and now i wont be home... Ughhh

So, I have been having a difficult time financially...Last mont I made 2 payment at once...This month I missed a payment, but Matt called and said if I could just make a half payment that would help, so I made a half payment last weekend and I got paid yesterday and had a phone call today saying I was 7 days late on my payment (which now is $38.00) and they were going to seize the property..My problem with this is I have the money I had family issues today. But I tried to pay online and even though you can go to the site it says I dont have a valid email address. Does anyone else pay online?? My email is valid, I use it daily. So Im not sure what the problem is.

I can say that the staff at the Rent-A-Center on Cedar is very professional and knows how to interact with their customers however I do want to warn you to pay off your whatever it is you get in 6 months. To avoid interest rates soaring

This place is a joke will never get anything from Rent-A-Center again. Ive been waiting on my cushions for my couch for over 6 months now every time I call i get the run around. The guy they have to repair furniture is a hack. No one there has any customer service skills. STAY AWAY from these jokers

Just got a couch here delivered Monday it’s tuesday well technically Wednesday- 2am WE have gotten bitten and eaten alive by bed bugs ! They have bedbugs ! Do not rent any urnkture from this place !!!!
