Some people offer nice beds at a decent price but when u go to sleep number your going to get a lifetime investment for a surprisingly fair price.... I highly recommend if you need improved sleep come give them a try ask for Hannah and tell them I sent you.... now on to Hannah she is awesome did all she could to get us in the bed we wanted, she was super patient with my kids even though they were slightly unruly, make sure yall go and see her and let her take care of your future sleep needs

It was so nice to go in the store and not have a salesman try and “supersize “ my purchase. I knew what I could afford and it was a pleasant experience. The salesman was informative and extremely professional. He explained that upgrades are available without starting from scratch. I will keep that in mind since my visit was successful.

Have been in market for bed that helps with sleep issues due to medical problems over the last few years. Needed bed that allowed me to sleep with my upper body upright, much like a hospital bed. Greg Nelson was probably one of the most professional sales people I have ever dealt with as a buyer, and I used to be in sales. He was informative, energetic and pleasant, without being overbearing. If he had been, I would have walked out right away, considering the investment for the type of bed I was looking for. I was able to demo the bed, ask the questions I needed to, and Greg asked the other important ones. I look forward to my Sleep Number bed for years to come.

We looked at multiple places for good pillows and this place had a lot of choices. The customer service was excellent and the manager was super kind and helpful.

Worst experience ever. I shouldve purchased one of the competitions beds off of Amazon. When you spend a few grand on a bed you expect everything to be correct and to have good customer service. Nope. First, go ahead, pay your money... they dont stock ANY beds or ANY bed parts, such as the legs for the bed frame. Oh, those are optional by the way, but they wont tell you about them because theyll just assume that you have a bed frame for a normal bed that you are going to use. Go ahead, purchase it, let the salesperson get their commission, then wait over two weeks to receive your bed. Once it gets to your house and you only receive half of the bed, dont expect any sense of urgency from customer service to get the problem corrected. Instead you can count on waiting longer to get the right parts. Well, you can get the right parts once you are able to get the highly trained customer service representative to understand that you received two boxes of cover panels and only one box of bed railings, when for a king bed you need the opposite, one box of cover panels and two boxes of railings. For the money you pay for one of these beds, you certainly arent paying for quality of customer service. Ill say this again, if I wouldve purchased this bed from Amazon I wouldve had it in a few days, and in the highly unlikely chance that there was an issue with it, Amazon wouldve had the problem corrected before I was off the phone with them. I will NEVER purchase another sleep number bed... EVER. I highly urge you to do the same.

My husband & I went to our local Sleep Number store. Already doing the research on the different models we knew going in which one we wanted, just had to give it a test “lay down”. It was AWESOME 😎. We ordered the Innovation Series 3600 i10 Smart Bed / King size. Anxiously waiting for delivery 🚚.

I found a bed that was the most comfortable bed I have ever been in my entire life of 63 yrs. onky thing is I should if been saving up for it for 63 years. expensive but if you have it buy it here ya will never regret it. I want one so bad lol

We had no intention of buying a bed so expensive however, with the right information from Jaylen, we learned that this purchase is a lifetime of amazing sleep and comfort like we have never experienced.
