I had a very good experience at the store with many questions clearly answered regarding different types of mattresses which helped me choose the right mattresses for my family.They delivered the mattresses and bases on time and accepted rescheduling of the delivery before that with open mind.The mattresses were excellent and we are enjoying them.I strongly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone who is looking for good quality mattresses.

The gentleman who helped me in Lake Charles was awesome. He was knowledgeable and had me in and out with the bed I wanted within 10 minutes, probably less. I can’t express how awesome the sales people are at this location! The delivery company, however, was terrible. I paid to have the adjustable bed set up, they walked in, left everything in boxes, and left. I thought they were coming back. When they didn’t, I called and the company said that I had told them not to set it up because I needed to “paint the room” - all complete lies. I called the Lake Charles store and they apologized and refunded my money.

The staff was nice, but they wouldnt tell us what the payments would be. When I got the card and statement in the mail, it was not from Synchrony Bank, but another company (Vive) that only has a one year deferred interest plan. We were not told by the associate that we didnt qualify for the Synchrony plan. My fiancée ran her credit first, and received a lower quote. She received a card in the mail from Synchrony, even though she didnt agree to open the account.We will have to make $230 monthly payments to pay it off within a year, which was not in our budget. We would NOT have bought the mattress if we had known that!Make sure that they tell you which company is handling your credit before you leave the store, as they will not tell you up front.
