Woman knew nothing about car audio. Said they were going out of business. Sign out front hasnt changed in years. Came on Sunday after google hours showed open and they were clearly closed. People drive to places based on the hours owners put on google. Glad I didnt drive far or I would have been very mad. How do they not do stereo installs?? What exactly is a sound store supposed to do? Apparently tints, if that.

Never been so just ignore the star just want to let everyone know they are no longer in business dont waist your gas and time just a empty building but all the signs are still up

Rude and unbelievably mean service!! This place was highly recommended for car window tinting so I dropped by to inquire. The man behind the counter seemed annoyed right off. I felt like I was bothering him actually. I politely asked about prices and tinting details. After a few moments a misunderstanding occurred so to clear it up I asked if we could step outside real quick to look at my car and get clarification. He became angry and flat out said no, then motioned me away, stating I should go elsewhere. I was shocked. I guess he didnt need my $200. I was perplexed. I had treated him with respect. But I will take his advice and take my hard earned dollars elsewhere to a company who appreciates my money. 💪😉

I called for a stereo & neon lights, lady on phone sounded like she just smoked a boat load of meth, and apparently doesn’t even install stereos.Bad business, false advertising, unprofessional, terrible reviews, and does not know how to communicate. Steer clear!!

He left me waiting 1 hour just to tell me that he couldnt tint my windows because he had no time, it was just 12:00 pm just 1 customer besides me.Rude and dont know how to dealt with people and he doesn’t install subs anymore just saying

Hated to even have to give one star. Went here last min to have overhead dvd system installed in my wifes suv before we left for a road trip and these shadetree installers drilled two holes all the way through the roof smdh!! Then when I brought it to their attention they didnt want to do anything to fix the situation. They recommended me to have it looked at by someone they knew that would fix it. Then everytime I called to get that setup it was always an excuse. They wouldnt even give me my money back or anything. Terrible work, Terrible business. Never take your stuff here!!

Called and asked if they do stereo installs, they said “no we do not”..... Person on the phone sounded like they just drank a whole pint of lean. “Sound of joy”, pictures plastered with audio equipment through google.... welcome to America 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Lets see..Where do I start? Faulty equipment, they dont put screws back in, they charge too much for cheap stuff. backup camera failed within 24 hours and they claimed that there was nothing wrong with it, they charged $100 for a backup camera that anyone could buy for $20.

The lady in the store was very rude and inconsiderate! She does not belong at the front dealing with people becuz she is very hateful and rude. No wonder theyre going out of business!!!

I had a great experience getting my windows tinted.. They even stayed 45 minutes past closing to get the job done. Thats what I call customer service..

They are supposed to be open at 11AM on Saturday, and no one has opened the shop yet. I called and called and no one picked up. This is bad business in my opinion.

Went and got a plug for a radio and sold the wrong one to me then i did not want to pay 70 more for the one that i had to have and never said anything about a 20 dollar restock wont be back there again
