Its a box store. Everything is made in China, or elsewhere in SE Asia. Everything has a very cheap quality to it, like its meant to be replaced after a seasonal or one-time use. They do have what you need to throw a low key party and its a one-stop shop for kid birthday supplies.

Great selection of party supplies and decorations. Wonderful cashiers that were very helpful and polite. The Halloween selection was dwindling, but still a good selection given we went 10 days before Halloween. Will definitely come back for party supplies.

I bought some balloons here back in January. They said they would last a couple of weeks. After about three weeks, the balloons were still looking fresher than a vegetable at farmers market so I decided to keep them around just to see how long they would float. In one of the most inspiring and gravity defying demonstrations of air density and bouyancy that I have ever witnessed, these balloons floated between the earth and heavens until July before coming to a rest on my office floor. The balloons that were only supposed to last for two weeks held strong for six months. If you have ever dreamed of owning a balloon that could survive a nuclear detonation, Party City has you covered.

Update your website and automated message to the correct time. It is really frustrating when its says you close at 8pm and people get here and you are already closed. Learn how to run a business!!!! I called to ask and your Associate and she rudely said those are Halloween hours we start them next week. I dont care your buisness site says your open. Ridiculous. 🤦‍♀️😡

They were a little empty but I’m sure it was just because of the holiday season

I spent $150 here for my kids birthday party. Came back to have the balloons inflated a could of days later. They saw us walk into the store with the balloons and charged us for the balloons a second time due to not having a receipt with us. We will never spend our money here again. Our fault for losing the receipt, but this is ridiculous after seeing us walk in with them.

Had some items that I got duplicates but couldnt locate the receipt. The ladies were awesome and helped me find a few things I did need. Used the credit to get them. No hassle!

Vet unhappy with this store’s bad customer service. Went to pick up my curbside order, used the link they sent to alert them I was there waiting. Called the telephone number listed and the line just went to voicemail, no option to speak to a person as it was still saying they were closed on the voicemail, 45 mins after opening. After 20 mins of waiting, went in and the two employees standing behind the counter handed me my bag. No line, they were standing there talking. If you are going to offer curbside, then deliver on it and open up your phone line during operating hours, there were barely any people in the store.

Last minute Easter decorations shopping! They still had a lot of different items.

I live out of state and wanted to help make my Granddaughters 13th birthday special since I was not able to be with her due to Covid. I figured I would send her a balloon bouquet. I placed the order online with very detailed instructions for the delivery. They did not disappoint! They followed the directions to a T ! That morning I had called just to make sure everything was good to go. I was greeted on the phone by a very friendly lady that assured me all was good. The balloon bouquet was delivered on time and presented very well. The driver was geared up with mask and was very courteous and professional. KUDOS! I would recommend!

It was fine, just out of everything... but I mean its the day before Halloween sooo what do you expect?

Went in the buy West Virginia and Tennessee game supplies. Found exactly what I needed. Decisions decisions, which shall I where at the game.

Party City has all you need for a successful party, baby shower, graduation celebration or holiday soiree. From color coordinated plates, napkins and cups to decorations, you will find what you need. I was looking for tiny hats for my daughter--I know--tiny hats? She works in a nursing home and likes to wear something fun for the holidays. Believe it or not, I found several fun hair accessories to fit the bill. I found a tiny crown, Mardi Gras hat and St. Patricks Day finery. They also have bows and headbands for just about every holiday. So even though I was looking for something offbeat, I found just the thing I needed.👍

Its a pretty standard party city. They have all kinds of party stuff, for every occasion, any theme party, and tons of a Halloween costumes. Its a bit pricey but if you sign up for the email coupons it helps.

I generally can always find what Im looking for at party city. This visit they had exactly what I was looking for in the quantities I needed.

Service is always horrible! It feels like they are doing you a favor (definitely doesnt feel like they care for their customers!!!). I arrived 3min after closing time, people were still inside the store and I asked an employee if I could just get a piñata (I live 25min away from the closest Party City) and he said: no, because we are closed(!?)... Really?!

Great selection of merchandise. However, after walking to the register to make my purchase, I didnt receive so much as a hello from either of the employees working at the front. There was no one ahead of me, and no one at the register with the light on so I stood back at the wait here line while the two ladies discussed other employees leaving full drinks in the trash can. When one of them finally did come to the register, that was the only action that acknowledged my presence, as they discussed leaving a note for employees not to throw away full drinks and what type of paper they should use to do so. She gave me my total and they continued their conversation with each other through the end of the transaction. No one likes messy trash, but it shouldnt completely eliminate their ability for customer service.

I went to get a balloon order and they only had 2 people working. And three different lines. I was skipped 4 times before I said something and the lady blowing up balloons was extremely rude. It took less then 5 sec to hand me my balloons. Something that could have been easily done between her current balloon orders since I had already paid for them 2 days prior. Never going back.

I just had the most discriminating experience an hour ago by the manager Sarah. I was shaking when I left. A cashier checked me out then had a frozen computer as I attempted to pay. After a few minutes I asked if she could get a manager to check me out. She called the manager who then proceeded to check out everyone behind me on the next register knowing that the one I was at didnt work. I stood there in shock with my three children and asked Sarah to please check me out. She refused to acknowledge or even look at me and continued checking out everyone else! I finally asked my original salesperson if someone else could open a register to check me out. Someone did and he apologized several times for his managers behavior as she stood next to him checking other people out. I asked her several times why she woukdnt check me out as I had been waiting several minutes and she still continued to ignore me and checkout people behind me. I asked her what her name was and she would not answer or look at me. I did absolutely nothing to warrant this as I had been patiently waiting by a frozen computer. Then only thing I see is that Im a few shades darker than her and the other customers. I finally asked her if I was being treated differently because of my color AND she still refused to even look at me. What a horrible experience for not only me, but my children.

This is an abhorrence during Halloween. Every single costume that I took interest in was out of stock. The staff were very unfriendly, and when I piece to the costume I finally found was missing, they pretty much blew us off. This is a terrible place to go during the holiday seasons. Everything gets picked through. I would not recommend going here.

Tons of party items as expected but the store and staff are not worth it. The store smelled nasty throughout. (Kinda like the smell of a bowling alley. Like sweaty feet) The store was dirty and needed a good sweep along with some Febreeze. As I stood at the check out with my two young children, the manager very rudely asked do you need something? ummm yes, to buy my items! Then her and another employee loudly discussed some friend of theirs who went into a drug test and asked which drugs they would test for. These two thought it hilarious and apparently appropriate to discuss in front of customers. Keep it classy, Party City. Ill order on Amazon next time.

Went in for 9 balloons purchased and filled... Staff of 3 people looked at us without any greeting and after requesting balloons and fill ups they filled 15 other balloons for an order that was not present or waiting.Filled them and ran the hellium out of the system. Disappeared to switch tanks and 15 min later filling resumed.Not a great experience Party City.
