Knoxville Chocolate Company has a cute gift shop with all of the items made out of chocolate.My 12 year old son loves the huge glass window inside of the Knoxville Chocolate Company where you can see them making milk chocolate inside the store.If you love or like chocolate of all shapes and sizes, then this amazing candy factory will be one of your favorite places to visit in Knoxville.

Friendly staff, delicious chocolate. They have many different options and sizes for you to buy. I love that the chocolate comes in specially designed cardboard boxes in souvenir like bags. If you’re visiting the Knoxville area, you definitely need to stop here!

Such a cool spot, delicious chocolate, and I really loved the old squeaky hardwood flooring and the very old brick interior walls, although they white washed the brick a little too much! I’m in love with the shop it’s self as much as I am the chocolate!

The chocolate is pretty good, but a bit too sweet for my taste. They say they use Swiss chocolate and then add milk to it, but that defeats the point, since its the milk of Swiss cows that precisely makes Swiss chocolate so great in flavor (from grass-fed) and texture (high butterfat content). I dont really understand that.

This is a chocolate lovers paradise! Theyve got anything you could possibly want covered in chocolate or molded into chocolate. They even had a chocolate Millennium Falcon! Fun store!

I cant say enough good things about the Knoxville Chocolate Company. My family and I recently visited the store, the staff was welcoming and very friendly. We purchased a variety of items which were all very good. My favorite though is the dark chocolate covered graham crackers. All I can say is wow! If you like dark chocolate try them, you wont be disappointed.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The chocolate was very good. A lot of the non-chocolate merchandise was too pricey for my taste.

Best chocolate in town! The Knoxville Chocolate Company offers chocolate made in house, so you can be sure youre getting the freshest chocolate! They have a wide selection of chocolates and various treats as well as other gifts. Even if you dont buy anything, Knoxville Chocolates is still worth visiting, as the store is interesting in itself. In fact, you can look through windows in the store and see some of the work being done! I would definitely would recommend a visit!

Small chocolate shop with excellent quality and a wide variety of novelty items. Polite, knowledgeable staff who do not hover. Prices felt a little high, but not ridiculously especially considering the quality and the excellent location between the art museum and the Worlds Fair Park. I will certainly return.

I needed a last minute basket made up.They were about out of everything. But they worked with me with what they had and came up with a beautiful basket of goodies for our staff at Knox High Independent living. Thank you so much.

Delicious variety of all types of chocolate candy. Shipping is pricey, but worth it. Have prepackaged boxes or select your own chocolates to fill a box. I always do some of my Christmas shopping there

What a great and amazing place to visit with kids or by yourself. The chocolate is indescribably delicious and while it is a tad pricey you get your moneys worth from any thing and I mean anything you purchase while youre visiting. The location has changed recently and it is a bit difficult to find parking 4 Market Square due to the fact that most all parking around Market Square has now been classified as business or H1 parking but that hardly falls upon the shoulders of the Chocolate Factory.

Yum!!!!! I cant get enough of the red velvet cake covered in white chocolate. Delicious raspberry white chocolate truffles. Everything was fantastic. Freshly made chocolate is heavenly.

Not commercialized. I like the shop and the clerks. The candy was great. Candy Man store in Lawsin Missouri is better though.

More pricey than a Valentines Day surprise, but it has that individual look; a perfect gift for anyone out of state. Its kind of sad they dont have samples, special deals, or special occasions, but they make up for it in custom orders and catering... if you have your own molds or designs. I am unsure if they take requests.An extra [star] for selling my beloved chocolate drizzled popcorn I havent seen in years!! A MUST buy for... any situation really!
