So this is my favorite place to get shoes!! Best prices by far and the selection is far superior to similar shoe stores. I not only got these for myself but I also got my son a pair of hiking boots and tennis shoes. Spent under $100. Adidas, Merells, and Nikes were the brands we went with but they have so many to choose from.

I love Rockport shoes. Rack Room had a great selection of Rockports. All were between $50 and $70 off. That was a great deal to begin with. Much better or equal to Outlet Stores. Then as an added incentive, the second pair was 50% off. I purchased two pairs. This was to good a deal to pass up!

Sorry excuse of a store with even more sorry employees. These young girls only care about chit chat with their friends or each other. On two different occasions I have came here to buy and never get any help. For petes sake this is Tennessee its a right to work state. Fire these young kids and hire people that really need a job. I will never darken these doors ever again.

Went in this store Sunday Nov 1, 2015 to buy my 2 grandchildren and myself shoes. My 5 year old grand daughter needed to use the restroom and when ask was told they did not allow anyone to use their restroom! I told her it was for the child not myself and was still told no that I could take her to the pizza place next door!! I put the shoes up and will never use this store again for shoes!

My wife was able to find 2 pair of shoes that she likes and they usually have a sale going on.

Rack Room Shoes this particular location has a decent selection.... Better quality Athletics assortment.

My daughter & I were shopping at rack room this evening & preparing to purchase 4 pairs of shoes including a 100$ pair of Birkenstock’s (not included in bogo) when my daughter asked to use the restroom & we were denied access & told to leave & go somewhere with a public restroom. It’s very rude to deny a child (whose mom is about to drop a bunch of cash on your merchandise) access to a bathroom & literally tell your customer to go elsewhere. So, we did. The service & restrooms at dsw were lovely .

A good middle of the road shoe chain. If you want the latest overpriced high-end designer shoes, this is not your store. But if you want a pretty good selection of stylish and name brand shoes at reasonable prices, this is a good place to look. Love their BOGO1/2 deals too.

The variety of shoes and boots is really nice. They have occasional great sales, and the staff is helpful without being too pushy.
