We have a rental cabin and was in need of replacing our damaged pool table as quickly as possible. Volunteer Billiards had tables in stock and Samantha worked us into their busy schedule. Had a pool table moved and refelted. Refelt was done fine. The pool table was barely put back together properly. Numerous screws from the table just left laying around, some bolts not put back in place. Table was not even close to being level when put back. I could (and ended up) doing a better job. Absolutely pitiful from paid professionals.

The folks at Volunteer Billiards are GREAT folks to deal with. I called them, they explained what arcades they had, sent me photos, and I placed my order immediately. They build what I asked for and delivered it and set it up at our cabin. Again, GREAT folks to deal with.

Gary and Samantha are wonderful !!!! I Ordered a MULTICADE for my daughter for a Christmas present and the first one shipped plenty early but got lost in transit .I was devastated and thought the big Christmas surprise was not going to happen !! Gary had another made and got it shipped out special handling the Multicade arrived the day before Christmas eve on the 23rd !!! it was cutting close but Gary and Samantha stepped up and made it happen and I sure hope the first shipping company has paid them for the first multicade they lostThe muticade is great my daughter loves it and so do I so fun to play all the games from the past they are so fun !! the game is beautiful and looks great and has not had any problems so farnice people great game Kristina Novak
