After driving 35 minutes to take my daughter to shop for clothes at this location specifically and spending 40 minutes picking out lots of clothes to Tryon we found out that the dressing rooms looked open because there were three women sitting at the desk back there but in fact it is not open except Friday Saturday and Sunday!!! Most women do not just buy clothes without trying them on and not everyone likes to just spend their money on something because it might fit and they can just waste their time to bring it back later on. It’s not because they were shorthanded there were three employees sitting back there and Covid is a very lame excuse to not have a dressing room open I think this is a poor business practice Don’t even know what the real reason for this is what they are losing business. When I tried to call nobody would answer the phone either

Elijah was knowledgeable and kind as he helped me select and find a carbon Monoxide alarm at Target. His expertise made my decision so much easier. It was late in the evening but he was right on in customer service. Then Isaac checked me out and I asked him to report to his superior about Elijah and he did another excellent job of working with me as he checked me out. There is a reason I choose Target and it is the high level of customer service.

This place online and in store has amazing customer service. I order all the time and rarely ever have problems, but when I do they resolve it quickly and efficiently. Ive only had 2 package issues over the years once was for a package that was missing something. They told us to keep it and sent us another, and a package that got lost by FedEx that they gave me a refund for even though it really wasnt their fault, it wasnt even within the return period but they still refunded it no questions asked. Thats why I always go to target.com. most packages get to me within 2 days. Thank you for showing the rest what customer service looks like.

Caitlin, the greeter/cart attendant at the front, was phenomenal. Off the cuff before walking out I decided to ask her about a popular bullseye product that I was trying to find more of for a home organization project, that seemed to be sold out locally at other Target locations, including this Target. I knew it was a long shot asking, and never really expected a retail worker to want to investigate it more since it’s kind of a particular request. She went above and BEYOND to help me find more of this bullseye product by coordinating with her team to check inventory in the back, and then proceeding to call other local Targets that I had not been to, to check and put the desired color and number of bullseye items on hold. She was just truly exceptional in her guest service and candor and made me feel special and valued as a Target guest. She deserves to be acknowledged, praised, and promoted for her above and beyond behavior - she represents what I think of when I think of Target! She is the kind of individual who Target needs in leadership just based off of my one experience with her, and I feel confident in saying that. And her manager, Chris, was extremely polite and friendly and seems like a big contributing factor to the success at the front at this Target location!

I enjoy shopping at Target. There are a few negatives: products come and go quickly, and you may never see them again, so dont get too attached. At this time, I have noticed at the entrance to the main isle of the store, there are all places for people to walk to check out, but coming in, it feels as though youre intruding, with seemingly no place to walk! Its also difficult at times to find an employee on the floor if you have a question.

Greeter when I first walked in the store, store cleanliness, clean restrooms, found 2 pairs pants I love (enjoyed the fitting rooms being open), enjoyed my overall shopping experience.

Very disappointed with employees, not all just two in particular. I dont know their names but they are two Hispanic guys, and they racially profiled me. I was looking for a power cord in electronics. One of them came and asked if everything is alright, I told him yes. Within minutes they returned to ask the same question, not only once but two more times. Still that didnt bother me until I heard them speaking about me in Spanish discussing my suspicious browsing activity. Spanish happens to be my native language as I am Latino, but they obviously didnt know that. Apparently a Black male shopping in electronics warrants extra security measures.

Thank-you to the Crew and especially Skylar too nights ago. My family experienced a sudden loss and I was to fly out of state at 6 a.m A couple months back I had a sudden weight change and dropped several sizes. It is 80 degrees in Texas and I didnt have any bottoms to wear in the heat. Thanks for the extra few minutes in the dressing room! Your team took a weight off my shoulders so I could focus on my family and their needs.

Typical Target store. My major complaint: as a plus size woman, I really wish they had a better selection of decent quality plus size clothes. The selection is paltry, and the quality leaves much to be desired. They advertised a new plus line 2 years ago. It hasnt lived up to the hype.For other items, it really is a good store and a great step up from another nationwide chain store.I would suggest avoiding purchasing an extended warranty from them for electronics of any kind. I did, and was assured it took effect immediately, and all I had to do was call the number on the warranty card for any issue and the item would be replaced. ALL A LIE! My item quit working. I called the warranty number and was snootily informed the item wasnt covered because it had a one year manufacturers warranty...AND HUNG UP ON. So I had to track down how to contact the manufacturer. My item was replaced, but it was not an easy process and DEFINITELY NOT REPLACED BY TARGET.

The store is very clean and well-stocked! However when I tried to use my Military I.D. to purchase Beer I was told I had to show a valid Drivers License or another form of I.D. My Military I.D. has my picture and all the other information that they will need to verify I am old enough to purchase Beer. This is crazy, I have never ever before had to show any other form of I.D. to purchase Beer at Target.

This store is clean, no long wait in line, friendly customer service. I have a friend that works here, I believe she is in management. She knows me by name and always know I can get help from her when I see her! Thank you Jo! I love seeing her smiling face!

I tried tj maxx after I couldnt find anything at target and they had much nicer clothes.Used to always be able to stop in target and get an outfit not anymore! The clothes are so strange !! I was in and out in a very short time considering it was New Years Eve.

I love every department except the shoe selection. It’s always a hot mess with no clear pricing. Even if I see something I like, I don’t buy it since I have no idea how much the shoes are. I don’t get why it’s just this section that’s so disorganized. The rest of the store is organized and clearly labeled.

Targets should no be allowed to hold items for other employees. The Target website showed 6 (a full case) of a certain Funko pop that is sought after but “mysteriously” without even looking, employees told me that they were not in the stock room. I will not be back to a place that allows employees to lie to customers for personal gain.

I had been to 4 local stores and they were all out of a sale item. Finally, I asked Jasmine if the store would get any before Christmas. She went into the back and actually found one. I was elated. And, she did it all with the most positive of attitudes. I work retail for a drug store chain and I know what this time of the year is like. As I was leaving I told the supervisor I talked to, Chris, that I wish I had people like her working for me. What an angel!! Thank you so much.

This Target is closest to my home and is always so clean and organized. Love that they upgraded to include grocery department. Good prices, excellent service, and easy checkout.

The sales associate, Audrey, in electronics was wonderful. She was polite, humble, and extremely knowledgeable about the chromebooks. She spent a ton of time helping me decide which one would work best for my needs. She asked questions and listened attentively. Her attitude was so positive and helpful. Audrey was the main reason I chose to buy my chromebook from Target.

I Actually use this location often and I had a terrible experience with an employee. Could not believe it. I was just trying to check out at the self check out and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. I work retail and I won’t be back to this location.

Target has really improved their grocery section. I was impressed. I have a hard time finding Naked Berry Blast and I bought all they had for .20 each, less than Kroger.

I really enjoy shopping there. It is such a pleasant experience with great prices. You can sometimes get a tee shirt for 4 bucks. The kids sections has really cool stuff bargain priced. Nice FRESH produce can be found again for a good price. Target has really cool school supplies that you can only find at target. I would recommend shopping at target rather than Walmart.

This place is dangerous. I always wind up buying more then I went in for. Clean store with plenty of helpful staff. Easy parking and easy to get into and out of the lot.

Went in day after Halloween. Halloween stuff had signs everywhere 50% off. Got to register they told me it wasnt 50% off & it was full price. Walmart honors its 50% off isle. I left my cart full of stuff & walked out. Ill never return. Lost lifelong customer over few dollars. Horrible business practice. 👎

This is my favorite and most visited Target. Several of the staff greet me when I shop and I never have trouble finding help. Great prices that are competitive and the red card is the best

Fantastic customer service. We drove from old Knoxville to get a scooter that online said was in stock in Farragut. Not being familiar with the area we went to this store. The employee checked her stock then called turkey creek so we wouldnt drive out there for no reason. She had them put the scooter on hold. That is great customer service.

I chose this score for the variety of products offered and the great deals that Target has to offer. I always end up buying stuff that I dont plan on purchasing 🙂

Target is just an overall great store to shop at. They have a little bit of everything so if you only want to make one stop its a quality place to go.

As a disclaimer, this is a review of a specific employee, not the store as a whole. I have had plenty of pleasant experiences at this store until today. Jo was the employee checking us out. She did not make eye contact with us during the entire transaction, and actually kept looking past us to the next customer. We had trouble with the credit card reader and she wouldn’t even acknowledge it. It happened twice, and we started to try a new card when it randomly went through. She immediately handed my wife the receipt and started yelling “next” for the customer after us. The store was not busy and there was no one even in line behind us. It was incredibly rude. I would not recommend her for any customer service whatsoever.

Targets order pickup was easy and time saving.

Just left this store 15 minutes ago. I’ve been in many Targets and usually visit the Parkside Drive store in Knoxville but today I visited the other location in West Town area.There was a mom with several children who had lost a baby shoe. Her kids were crying and upset and she nicely asked if they could make an announcement that if anyone found a baby shoe to turn it in. Or radio to the employees and say if they see it in their section to radio over.They refused to do either. Leaving this mom walking around with her screaming kids alone trying to find the shoe. I don’t think an announcement or at the very least radio to employees was too much to ask. A few others who heard the exchange were walking around looking for the shoe as well.I usually expect better from Target and their employees.

The person in electronic deposit was wonderful. His name tag said Grizz. We switched phone service and he helped even though it took longer than expected. It was my phone that was the problem, but he was patient .

The shelves are not fully stocked and the employees on the floor seem overextended but were very nice and capable. Otherwise a good store.

Selection and price. Oh, and Isaac was pretty great. He made small talk and honored the prices when things rung up incorrectly.

They do NOT deserve any star because their customer service sucks big time.No wonder Target stores are never busy as other stores.Let me tell you about my experience that awarded them the 0 Star rating - you buy a doorbuster deal from their online store and request “in-store” pickup. They notify you of the order being ready and when you go to the store to pickup your order the day after and you find out they have cancelled your order, and “there’s nothing they can do about it”. But they’ll gladly start a new order for you with the current days price not the Promotion price that you placed the order at. Wow they surely know how to ruin a good Christmas for my kids.Be wise, spend you money at a better store or online shopping... BOYCOTT TARGET stores!

This is a good Target. Its about like any other Target out there but it is nice that they have a grocery section and their concessions area is very clean with good food.

It almost feels like a quick stop target cause its smaller than most. I like that I can go in, get what I need, and get out without long lines.

We went here looking for bookshelves and saw a piece we liked. The staff could not tell us what the piece was or if there were any in stock. Store is one street off the main road (kingston pile), and generally well maintained. Open later than most stores in the area.

This place definitely aint lipgloss but it be Poppin! Theres a lot of eye candy, actual candy and great sales blistering around the store.For the Casual Shoppers they do have one of their small cafes as well as a Starbucks in here. So you could definitely get lost and be comfortable both in your belly and with coffee while you shop. Super awesomeThe staff is very friendly at the store and I can always find someone when I need to. However, that does not mean that they know the answer to my questions most of the time so I dont know how to judge that one just yet but I will take the ability to have a person there.Bathrooms are usually pretty clean at this location as well as the fitting rooms. I dont know why but that is a big pet peeve for me; those things being dirty at a very nice establishment. I went to Target today to getny son a TI-84 calculator. They price matched the calculator and the service I got was A+. Very helpful and friendly.

Good store. Competes with Walmart, but a much better place to go. Has an upscale flare to it.

It had the item in stock and available for same day pick up. Really easy, it was pulled and ready in about an hour.

This target is huge! They have everything I can think of in here. The atmosphere is much better then any store that carries the same type of stuff.

I usually would not write negative reviews about a store, however, this negative review is made possible by Jo that works up front. She is rude, condescending, and just a very unpleasant person. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable around an employee at a store, yet somehow I always get stuck with her approaching me. She has returned things for me a few times, every time I am very nice and show her my receipt upfront so she doesn’t even have to ask. However, somehow she always ends up making me feel like I’m doing something wrong. I used to work at a different Target and a couple that I worked with went there to return something WITH a receipt and she acted like they stole the item and even asked for ID, which is not protocol unless you do not have a receipt. She profiled them and made them feel like trash and she does the same for many others, including myself. It’s a shame that she still has a job there because I will go out of my way to go to a different Target from now on just so I don’t have to see her and have her ruin my day.
