Dwight was so kind and helpful when I first called. He helped me get everything set up through my insurance and scheduled a mobile appointment for the very next day. The guys that came to my house to replace my windshield were super nice and did a great job! They showed up when expected and took care of everything in no time at all. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I will definitely be giving them a call! Highly recommend!

The owner of our Glass Doctor, Dwight, was very kind as was his staff. They helped us repair some windows for a family and we were very pleased with the results. They we needed the repair done as quickly as possible and they got out to measure the very same day we called even though they were swamped with calls(they must be very popular here in Knoxville). Wow what service! After getting no-showed several times by other glass companies I found Glass Doctors online and they followed through on everything they said, showed up on time, and also the price they gave me was a fraction of what other companies were giving me.

My driver hit a bird outside Knoxville and shattered his windshield and after calling 10 other companies with no luck not only did Glass Doctor say they could repair the windshield the same day but had my driver out the door in under an hour. All the services were excellent! I was able to schedule an estimate in a week, the estimator was very nice and quickly did his job. Two weeks later, the replacement window glass was scheduled. Unfortunately, we had two cars in one month get hit by rocks that cracked the windshields. Both times, Glass Doctor came to my office and replaced the windshields. I received excellent service at Glass Doctor. I had a 12 inch long crack in my windshield caused by a rock, most likely. I called on Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday morning to have my windshield replaced. They had my windshield in stock and estimated an hour and a half wait. Sure enough, they finished in an hour and a half. The quoted price was accurate and the new windshield looks great. I highly recommend Glass Doctor for any car or window glass repair you need.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was so impressed by Glass Doctors service. Every other place in Knoxville was going to take over a WEEK to help replace a busted out car window. Glass Doctors was able to get the correct window and come to me and install it in 2 days. They gave me a call when they were on their way, were prompt, professional and fast! All for a VERY fair price. The guy doing the window also vacuumed all of the old broken glass out of the car! Hopefully I wont be needing to replace a window again any time soon. But I know who to call first from now on! Thanks so much!!!!

Had a terrific experience with Glass Doctor of Knoxville for a windshield repair! Kind and talented folks, nice waiting area (I had a huge, comfy sofa all to myself), and they had me in and out before I could even adjust the couch pillows. When I got home I had a difficult time showing my husband what cracks were fixed because they were nearly invisible (I had three areas repaired). I will definitely call them with ANY future glass needs!

Poor customer service, was literally cursed at over the phone by Dwight. Not only over charged but also lied to by Glass Doctor about insurance covering some charges.

These guys do a great job, theyre very professional and theyll bend over backwards to do it right. I was selling a house and was surprised by the inspector with a window that had to be tempered or sealed glass. A job that would have taken anyone else 2 weeks took them 8 days, delivered on time for a reasonable price.Highly recommend.

My wire that hooks up to my back glass for my rear defrost malfunctioned and burnt into shattering my back glass. I called glass doctor and got an appointment for the next day to have my glass replaced. They did a great job. The guy that came out actually took the time to show us the burnt wire so we would know the problem and unhooked them to make it safe for us.

Had a good experience, the technician had a good personality.... I ONLY give 4 stars because he couldnt replace a particular bolt for my window.... They dont offer to come back to officially complete the job & just left it up to me (of which I would pay for) & then 🤦‍♀️my window squeeks in a bad way when I roll it down now & up now....

I am very pleased with the prompt service I received. Glass Doctors of Knoxville sent a service person to my house the same day I called to request service. The service individual was timely, polite and answered all of my questions. He replace the windshield in less than an hour. Additionally, the cost to replace the front windshield on my Chevy Equinox was the best price I found.....and very reasonable at that!

They all were very friendly to work with. Very knowledgeable with helping us decide what our office needed to install protective glass in our reception area. They willing replaced the first glass installed because it came with scratches. I would definitely call them again.

I had a rear window busted outThe forecast was for rain for the next couple of days. I called the day of the accident and the answering service told me they could come out the very next day and make the repair which was great because I worked from home by lunchtime no one had showed up so I called the office they told me the answering service should have never made the appointment they didnt have anyone who could come out but tell me if I could bring it to the shop they can make the repair that day so I took a vacation day and went to the shop they were very courteous and professional once I got to the shop they even gave me a discount on the overall price for my trouble with the answering service.

They took us before our appointment and had a comfortable waiting area. My only complaint is that the tech left a mess on the dashboard and fingerprints on the headliner. Going to have to detail interior to get it cleaned up.

We were visiting from out of town, about to drive home, only to find that a bullet(!) had bounced off the windshield and shattered it, making the car undriveable. Called 10-12 other glass repair companies, and they either didnt offer mobile repairs or were booked for days. Thankfully, we found Glass Doctor, and they saved the day! The dispatcher, Dwight, and repairman, Brandon, were both extremely helpful, going out of their way to deliver service as quickly as possible. The new windshield looks great, and we were able to make it home safe and sound (with a turnaround time of 4 hours instead of 4 days)!

I needed some large mirrors removed from my master bathroom that were glued to the walls. These guys arrived on time, did a great job taking down the outdated glued on custom mirrors and an even better job cleaning you the mess. Give them a shot. They did a wonderful job for me.

They never called to tell me my glass was in. When I called to inquire they said they had the glass and apologized for over looking it. The guys who came to install were very friendly. It started to rain so I opened my garage for them to use. They had to cut and break the old glass out of the frame to remove the old glass (they did this outside under my kids basketball hoop). They did an okay job with the installation of the new glass but they never swept up before they left. I am still finding shards of glass in my driveway under my kids basketball hoop where they set up to remove the glass and I am now finding shards of glass inside my home from getting tracked in from shoes. If they had of taken the time to clean up the glass, I would have given a better review.

Did not clean glass out of car. Glass was on dash and floor. Told my wife to go have detailed. Had noticeable glass on dash and floor. Terrible will not use or recommend to anyone.

I called a couple different glass repair places and got quoted insane prices, I called Glass Doctor and the service was excellent! The quote was 10x cheaper than some big names company, I was giving direct information from there sales representative, and I can’t remember his name but the guy who did my work did a fantastic job. I’ve already recommended these guys to a couple coworkers and close friends because they do great work there!

Quick, friendly service and a little less than Safelite, but....this shop needs to pay better attention to details. For one, my windshield washer wasnt spraying after windshield replacement...I fixed it myself by fishing the hose out from under the cowl and reconnected it to the proper connection. Second, the corner trim wasnt installed properly, so I fixed that, too. The windshield looks great now and doesnt leak or anything, just make sure you inspect their work closely.

The Glass Doctor does what they say, at the price quoted, in a polite/professional manner, and are very timely. We’ve tried several Glass companies.....do NOT use Bristol Glass.....just a small customer service announcement in case you were considering them.
