These folks do exactly what they say they will do, a rare and positive experience in todays times. Knowledgeable and courteous and good communication. Impressive value also. $300 for my Chevy Silverado windshield that had all the bells and whistles. Highly recommend.

Drove almost two hours here because every local place wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Saw the reviews so we called and got a quote to fix the windshield on my Cherokee. Everywhere else wanted to take 2+ hours to do the job. Only took the guys here maybe 45 minutes and did a pristine job. Very highly recommend!

I wanted to try this place, truly I did. After scouring the area for someone to look at and either repair or replace my windshield as needed, I stumbled upon PT Auto Glass who seemed to have phenomenal ratings and rave reviews. Perfect! Someone who will take good care of my car and not gouge it up! Or so I thought.I called twice on two different days, and even left a voicemail. A week and a half later, and still no return call. Why have a business if you cant/wont call your customers back? I guess maybe theyve got enough work that they can turn away people.At the end of the day, I went with one of their competitors instead who did an incredible job at a very fair price. Not to mention, they actually answered the phone, got me in to examine the windshield, and had me scheduled to replace it the very next day.

I had my windshield replaced a couple of months ago. PT wasnt the least expensive but they were the most customer-focused and service-oriented and remain so even after the sale and installation. I had them recheck my windshield several weeks later to make sure it wasnt leaking. They did that as well as helped find the source of my problem without any hesitation or mention of additional cost! They are on my list of favorites and I recommend them highly!

My first visit with PT Auto Glass was to get a crack in my windshield repaired. It was a very positive experience. However, the crack got worse and I had to take it back. The second visit was even better. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The man that repaired my windshield said it would take a certain amount of time and he was accurate to the minute! Every step of the way was thoroughly explained. Since then, I have shared my experience with a number of people and highly recommend PT Auto Glass to any person that needs their services.

Came here today to replace my shattered windsheild and I dropped it off at 4:00 and it was done in 45 minutes and looks so good. The guys were very nice to me and took great care of fixing my windshield and the cost was not expensive and I was very pleased with coming here. If I ever need a widow fixed again or if I have any friends that need their car fixed I will definitely refer them to come here! Great place!

The brisket was nasty as hell

This company replaced by cracked windshield and less than 2 weeks later it cracked again. The second crack was due to either defective materials or shoddy installation; it happened while the car was parked in my driveway.I called to ask what could be done. The manager said he wanted to talk to the glass manufacturer and then call me back. He never did. I called again about two weeks later. He said, I didnt forget about you, and told me he still hadnt heard back from the manufacturer. He told me he would call me back. Once again, he did not call me back.

Well Service was very prompt and I have only had the vehicle for a couple hours and the price was very competitive but all of the broken glass is still inside my door. I was not really expecting that to be the case so now I know in the future what to check for

The job for my vehicle was expected to take multiple days based off quotes from several other places. I showed up at PTs and they replaced my backglass in LESS THAN an hour! After paying way less than I expected, I left feeling comfortable with knowing there are honest mechanics in this town

Auto glass is one of those things where the installer knows what hes doing or doesnt. These guys were quick, and severely undercut the big box place out west (and I mean my quote was only $205 out the door at PT, but $330 out at SL). Great group of guys, and you can feel good about shopping locally instead of all your dollars going to support some out-of-state corporate greed.

I got my windshield repaired at PT Auto Glass after a bird crashed on it. It was a stressful experience but at least I had no trouble repairing the windshield. Got it back from PT the next day.

Paid 600 for a sliding glass window the very first time I opened the slider it bust my window they will do nothing about it.i was told they stand behind there labor not the product.but I put a level on my window an its not even so its there work.so wouldnt recommend them to anyone
