Outstanding service fast friendly couldnt have asked for better

Kirkwood glass did an awesome job making a replacement piece of glass for my mid-century door. The glass is an odd shape but it was cut perfectly and fit like a glove. They are friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Will definitely work with them again on future projects.

Great place to go if you need glass replaced or repair

Incredible experience with this company! We needed glass top for our table, so I wanted to call someone local to ensure I could get delivery and what not as I didnt want to be handling an 8 long piece of glass. I expected the ordering and delivery process to take a month or so. I couldnt believe it when I ordered on a Monday morning and the glass was on our table on Tuesday! Unbelievable. To top it all off, our salesperson, Kelly, was excellent. Helpful and friendly! The delivery guys were helpful as well, and gave that glass white glove service as they put the piece on the table. Ill be calling them again for any type of glass I need!

I arrived at the location around 8:15 a.m. to have them look at a chip in my windshield I had no appointment. They took the car immediately into the bay and had me back on the road by 8:35. very quick, very professional, extremely nice, I would recommend doing business with them.

Needed an odd-shaped piece of glass cut for a clock Im working on. Another glass shop wanted over $100 to do it. Someone recommended Kirkwood Glass. They did it for $14 and had it done within 2 hours. Will definitely be back next time I need custom glass cut.

Best glass company who provides great prices but the service is outstanding which is why Ive had Kirkwood Glass a few times. Just had my windshield replaced. They were reasonably priced. Bill the repair tech was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Had one of your workers come to my house to look at a simple window that is 8 feet of the ground, he rudely states multiple times that it is to dangerous for him to work on or measure. After waiting 6 weeks for him to come and just measure. After talking with owner they where just as rude lacking professionalism and would never recommend. Avoid at all costs.

Had a gentleman named Wes try and fix my broken mirror from their install of a new windshield. Told me I was pulling it off window when all I did is adjust and it kept falling off. He slammed my car door and told me he could treat me as he pleased. Do not use them.

I just had Jerry out to replace my windshield and wanted to drop a note about what a great experience it was. Jerry was competent, efficient and did a fantastic job switching the windshield with what appears to be an exact replacement of my factory glass. Im very happy with the product and the service. Furthermore, it was clear from speaking to him how much pride he put into his work and into the company that he works for, which gives me great confidence in using Kirkwood again and recommending them to others. I only dealt with Kirkwood Glass on a small piece of glass. I gave them the measurements and they cut it to specs. I thought they did a good job and the turn around was quick. Their prices seem reasonable to me for a custom cut piece of glass.
