Came in, worker didnt greet, didnt try to help me, and wasnt attentive to what I came in for. Came in to find pricing and quotes for prints and decided to refer me to FedEx instead of talking to me about their options. I told him I was coming in to see about a printing service I couldnt find on the site and he didnt offer any help other than to go somewhere else.

I always travel to the galleria to get my print work done. Not anymore, not only was the service and quality of work exceptional. Its located in KATY, great job brother. Love my cards and love supporting my town

I was a bit disappointed after printing my husbands business cards. I found this place on Google. After reading the reviews I decided to go directly to print some business cards that I needed urgently. I was trying to do some home made with Avery but it looked so cheap that I decided going to a professional. I showed my design to whom I guess was the owner. He told me he will try to print them as soon as possible (1 or 2 days). After 20 minutes I received a call saying that the business cards were going to be ready for next day. That was pretty nice!. When I arrived next day, the content on the cards was very blur and find it difficult to read. I feel like he didnt care about the quality, he just wanted to do it and get rid of me. I would have expect he advised me this could happen. I assume, it was cause of my design on a pdf file. I just now that I didnt like its customer service.

This business is wonderful. Jay is the owner and he takes every step to make sure you get what you need on time. His work is professional and cost-effective. No more FedEx print store for me!

Great service and great product. They turned around a poster for my sons birthday party in one day. Very pleased.

I had 40 baby shower invitations done here. I needed 15 more, but when I called the owner told me that he was going out of for a week and was closing the shop. What business closes their store for a week? I was forced to order 15 invitations from Kinkos. I couldnt believe how much better the ones from Kinkos were. The color is much brighter and vivid. I texted the owner the image of the invitations compared to his and asked him to explain why the one from Kinkos looks so much better. Of course, he didnt respond. I called him and he didnt accept any responsibility, didnt offer a refund, and basically tried to deny any wrong doing. How can you dispute the difference when I sent you a picture? I wish I could could attach the picture to this review. I will never use this place again!
