I really wanted to support a local small business but, don’t know too much about printing … unfortunately, when I called the team member who answered the phone was not only annoyed but rude, short, and not helpful whatsoever. I understand I may not have had the best knowledge and information about printing but, that is why I called a print shop. I really would have appreciated help from the staff who knows about printing instead of just being shut down and talked down to. This was NOT what I expected when I decided to reach out to a local shop …

Great service I went in to get a paper faxed and Matthew helped me with that. He made a copy just to make sure it went through the fax because the paper was wet due to the rain. Definitely recommend.

Worst customer service ever. ... The man couldnt wait to get me out of the door fast enough. I only had a small printing job which he claimed he could not do. I asked if he knew or could recommend anyone else. He just said no and went on with some other task ignoring me. I really dont understand the past good reviews - I recommend taking your business somewhere else rather than dealing with bad and rude attitudes at this place.

Im a local comic book creator & wanted to support a local business by getting some art prints done. I was refused service because the content was deemed offensive. The supposedly offensive content was a cartoon illustration of a middle-finger hand gesture, which was taken from a published work that is available in comic shops all across the US, available at Amazon, Wal-Mart, Barnes & Noble, and many other mainstream outlets.This business is perfectly within their rights to deny service, but if you want to support local artists and support free speech, do not send your print jobs here.

Best place to go for printing if you want your freedom to be respected and see few smiles. They are very customer friendly and have great pricing. If people dont like freedom, they can stay at home and print with their printing devices.

I had called because I needed a form printed in a hurry, and I was assured they could oblige me. Took one step inside, saw that absolutely no one was wearing a mask, and immediately left. The sign on the door talks about freedom. I exercise my freedom by never giving one red cent to companies that willfully endanger their customers health and safety. Wont be back.

I was not at all informed about the huge difference in price for the 2 certificates I added to the order later. I used to get all my printing works done here. But never going back!! Disappointed.

We have used Katy Printers for years and have never had a problem and always positive customer service… Today was quite different! I was treated extremely poorly when I brought it to his attention of his hostile attitude towards, I literally was shocked at the customer service I was getting… he literally stared me blank in the face and said nothing as if he didn’t care at all what I was saying to him! The owner or manager was sitting in his office with the door open and could hear every word of our conversation not one time did he try to get up and resolve the issue… This place is completely different than what I remember it being which is unfortunate because their customer service used to be Great! just don’t understand businesses today and how they could care less how they treat their paying customers! Mind blowing!
