Opened a tester to smell the lotion and the lid popped. Needless to say, my nose smelt great the rest of the day!!!

The associates were very nice. I didnt see any sales that were spectacular but I enjoyed the shopping experience. One associate couldnt answer my question about a product but she did great with finding someone that could help instead of brushing it off.

I can never go into this shop without buying something. The smells are always inviting. I like that they have samples of every scent so you know exactly what youre getting. Just got a special on double wallflower plug in and got two wallflowers freeI probably wouldnt have tried it without special. Didnt know how it worked until helpful staff member said the scent of one will switch off to the other after so long. You get to enjoy two separate scents. I love it

Great deals but was disappointed today when they wouldnt allow us to go in 15 minutes prior to closing even though people had left lowering the number from max capacity. Dont say you close at 7 if you wont allow people in at 6:45!

I love this place!!! I have never had a bad experience at the Johnson City location. Prices are well worth it. 🎁 Great for gifts or self. Word of caution- if you have eye or nose sensitivities, tread carefully. I have a grandson, and due to breakable items, i will not take him in.( on line ordering is also easy and arrives quickly.)❤

Always a sale on candles, body care, wallflowers, etc. The bad thing is that you dont know what special will be ran what days/how many days. Some are just 1 day only like the 2.95 wallflower refills today. Or Wallflower Wednesday when theres usually a new wallflower with a free refill fragrance. Unfortunately you cant use a 20% off coupon that has been received for being a loyal customer with the $2.95 refill special for today....

The wife loves it and says the staff is great and lets you know the daily deals right up front to get the most out of their discounts which she loves and so do i and usually walks out with a full bag of her favorites for 23 bucks. Not bad either way.

Had the absolute WORST experience at the 2011 N Roan St. location. Employee criticized me for how long I was taking smelling the products, even though it was my first time at this location because I typically shop online. I have never been talked down to by an employee in my life and I will never return to this store. I work retail and people should never be treated the way she treated me.

Its a really nice place very reasonable & great staff.

The cashier seemed annoyed when I had a question about a coupon code online. It didn’t have a barcode so the manager acted like she was doing me a favor, but also seemed to chastise me for not having the barcode and they would do me a “favor”. It’s easy for them to do this so they probably should just do it and not act like it’s a big deal and give me a lecture. On another note, they also would not allow me to use a coupon in a different transaction. Why would I not just buy online in different transaction or come back another day? Anyway, customer service told me they are supposed to split up your order and can apply coupons in different transactions. So person at store was not trained properly or just being spiteful because of my coupon question. Anyway, I put back the other part of my order so I could just wait and order from a different store or online since they were so not helpful. Usually, I enjoy this store and I do like the product but caught them on a bad day or something. I will avoid this particular store though probably in the future. The final straw was when a tag was missing from a wallflower refill and they wouldn’t just scan a similar tag or make some effort to match the scent. I wasn’t sure the name of the scent I picked, but there were several that color and I just wanted the one I picked. I just said forget it and took what had been rung up. I tried not to be hateful or anything, but just really felt disappointed in my experience. Like I said, usually they are great but I just felt judged and lied too about their policy because I didn’t have a coupon with barcode.
