I just want to give a shout out to Marshall, who was the most accommodating when I asked if a curbside pickup would be possible due to immune issues. He gave me his personal number and told me to call him when I was outside, and he would bring me some options I could choose from. He was very kind and after doing this with 20+ stores during this pandemic, hands down this was the most friendly and above and beyond experience. Thanks so much.

I wanted the new King Crab Orange Yeti cooler for my father and couldnt find it anywhere in stock. West Marine came through for me and it only took a few days to receive it via mail. Im extremely pleased with the turnaround time and experience as a first time shopper here!

I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a retail store. Hunter (the manager) said it would take 2 weeks to get my shrouds back. At 2 weeks he said he talked to the rigging shop that day, and they were done and should be back any day. At 3 weeks he told me that the rigging shop had messed up the paperwork, but it was sorted and he would send me a tracking number. At 5 weeks I asked for a tracking number, and he gave it to me. When I went to pick it up, it turns out it was just a random tracking number and not my stuff at all. So at this point I call around and get the number for the rigging shop and the guy tells me they’ve just been waiting on parts and it should be here next week, he also tells me that none of the 3 lies I’ve been told are true. The week goes by with no call, so I call, and hunter tells me it’s there. He didn’t even bother letting me know. Avoid this place at all costs.

Its okay they got a lot of things but the price is there are way too high

Be cautious with ordering from this retailer online. They say orders are taking a longer time than usual.I waited three weeks for my order to be processed which it never did. I called on a friday to cancel this order. I was told it would take 24 hrs for this to happen. 96 hours later I called a 2 nd time. Was then told I’d receive a conformation that order was cancelled. Then was sent a notice one part of the order was shipped. 2 minutes later a second confirmed email that the other half of the order was back ordered. 10 minutes later that since partial items had already shipped they could not cancel entire order. I then went online to set up a return only to find out they expect me to pay for shipping. Never again will I do business with this horrible company. Shame on you for the terrible way you do business. Disgraceful that you steal from people. Shame

I was restoring an old aluminum boat, and needed lots of advice on products to use, and wisdom in the process. Everyone from the owner to the salespeople went above and beyond to be helpful. It had nothing to do with selling products, in fact they helped me choose the least expensive proper supplies to use. This is a good store, and I have been doing boating for a long time, and shopped in a lot of places. I have always been pleased coming to this store.

Went in looking for a rather unusual/unique piece of hardware, and was immediately greeted pleasantly, and offered help. The gentleman who helped me directed me to exactly what I was looking for in no time at all. Perfect shopping experience.

Good selection and easy to find. Staff was helpful but prices are soooo high. Found the same stuff online for half the price at many different retailers. Im all for shopping locally but will not be going back. My money doesnt come that easy.

If you need something for your boat they will probably have it. In the rare case they dont most of the time they will have a good idea on where you can get what you are looking for especially on older boats or engines.

Terrible customer service! It was hard to get a straight answer between all of the heavy sighs and sarcastic comments. Their customer service department could definitely use a new training program!
