I was not aware that the average person could walk in here and buy parts. Everyone that I dealt with was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My parts had been pulled and were ready for me to pick up when I went in the door. The parts I purchased were Motor Craft and also half the price of the junk that the local chain auto parts stores sell. I will definitely be using this place again for my truck parts.
