Was there to get a part for my Jeep. I took picture of part walked outside to send to husband to make sure it was correct and they locked the door. I told the guy I was going outside. This was at 5:53 pm and their sign clearly states they are open until 7 pm.

Asked for a battery test and employee was obviously not busy, was more upset about an employee that wasn’t doing his job (cuz he had time to tell me)and can’t even help a customer with a battery test. Said him and the other guy working had no way to go outside and help. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Don’t go here if you need help.

Sold me ball joints that did not correctly fit, then would not help me fix the problem ... or even apologize ... I purchased them in good faith because they were Napa name brand and then they did not fit correctly ( I supplied all necessary information for the repair part needed ) .. I have had other issues too but I won’t list here the store was much better before it was sold this last time every since then there’s been issues that shouldn’t exist

I went in to buy fuel line for a motorized bicycle I had recently assembled. They let me borrow a couple tools and while I was outside installing it, the counter man came out to admire my creation. I always feel like employees at NAPA enjoy what they do and are experienced.

The guy said he would have the part I need for a 2000Ford Focus wagon by 0800 tomorrow and I can walk it over to the auto mechanic by 0830. Total charge of $150...nice...hope it works.

NAPA GOLD OR PLATINUM OIL FILTERS ARE VERY GOOD IN KEEPING THE FLOW OF MOTOR OIL GOOD. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD PRICES ON FULL SYNTHETIC MOTOR OILS ALSO.

They are unable to test a battery under very cold conditions. Only warm. As a 47 year, degreed automotive mechanic, batteries may test good under warm conditions, and fail under cold conditions.

Might cost a lil more but youre getting great parts and even better clearance sales

I normally have an excellent experience with NAPA Auto Parts but in this case the lady behind the counter told me she didnt have the battery that I needed for my work truck and it is one of the most popular batteries out there so after we looked on the Shelf I told her it will thats the battery right there then she really didnt say much after that but I had to tell her that she actually did have the battery that I needed.

All the parts I got I had to replace 2 months later, never had that problem with Auto zone.

We drive from the Cumberland area to go here because they always have what we need at a competitive price. The best thing however is that the staff is not only helpful, but they also dont seem to have the attitude problem that is currently plaguing other similar stores like autozone & OReilly.

Napa crappa!

Usally come here from greenfield. Last time i was here the guy at the counter acted like I was bothering him trying to get a part. Will probably still come here because most of the time its a good experience. Maybe he was just having a bad day doesnt know how to put that aside and be professional
