TERRIBLE ORGINIZATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.DO NOT BUY ONLINE FOR CUBSIDE PICK-UP.I ordered a printer at 6:00am, it was charged to my account immediately, 8:00am I drove 2 hours round trip at $4 gallon gas, to pick up. They said they no longer had any in stock. Refused to recognize that I had been charged, even when I showed them I had in fact been charged. I lost $200 that will take over a week to be returned. I am never giving them my money again.

Print center is so convenient and easy to navigate! The print and ship associates were very kind and informative. Excellent snack selection trap at the counter.

Employees are never around when you need help. Someone should always be near the printer inks. They also leave expired food on the shelf.

Over price!Over charged!Order 4 cards.1 card is already design and printed it out there before. Went back to printed it again just changed the back ground. Get more charged for design 25$.One card has 2 sides I already has what in design just changing a bit of context and background. Charged me 2 sides 50$ for both side.F up!

Helpful staff but they dont have the accessories to go with their products. Example spend big bucks on a pen pencil set but no extra erasers. Hope that improves.

Great experience. Had an Amazon return but needed to print the label. Found out part of it needed to go inside. My wife went scurrying to find tape to reseal the box. Clerk said no need. She reopened the box, inserted the paperwork, resealed the box, taped on the label and offered to ship it all for 16 cents.

The copy service is good quality, but there’s usually a line. And it’s not cheap!Usually you find what you’re looking for without help. There’s lots of workers on the floor to ask questions. Checkout is quick enough unless they only have one cashier open. Best place in Hilo for most office supplies.Except day planners. They are Expensive at Office Max!!!

Chelsea at the Hilo, Hawaii store was SO AWESOME! No one was picking up the phones and I called the print center and she was very helpful and although she part of a different department she did not push me off! Their self use copier wasnt working so I had to ask for help and the two young ladies were more than happy to help and did a wonderful job.

I stood at the Fedex counter for 5 minutes while employees repeatedly walked by me and did not greet me. As I turned around to leave an employee finally asked if she could help me but by then I had already decided not to do business there!

I have both god and bad experiences here. Always hit or miss and no consistency to who seems to be in a good mood. Generally, I only shop at Officemax for smaller office supplies, its difficult to get anyone really knowledgeable about things. They always ask if I need help but when I start asking questions they dont have the answers. They usually tell me to call the manufacturer or look it up online. Last time I was there, the gentlemen who assisted me seems irritated with my questions and didnt seem to like me taking up his time. I usually enter the store without any expectations and then I dont ever have to leave disappointed.

I came over to find W-2 forms just as we walked in guy came running as fast as he could asking if we needed any help. After that we just looked around for a bit and they still came and asked if we needed anything else.

Caysha in the printing department is WONDERFUL. She helped me design business cards, a flyer and a banner . Very easy person to work with......Thanks Caysha....

Shane is an a_ _ _ _ _ e! And hes a supervisor! Unbelievable...they sell products and the warranties and when you call them to tell them the problems with the warranty...they get snotty with you. No customer service...hes there for his paycheck.

I like over here because they price match Amazon. Friendly staff.
